- Kaye (7/5): Friendly staff - Our room (for 2) was a family room so a bonus as there was extra room. The barman on arrival was very helpful giving us local information where to eat. The lady in reception was also very helpful with local information and attending to our requests (see below) The pool is small and felt enclosed but the roof terrace is more inviting. Good location for wander along the beach front in opposite direction of old town. We booked for 1 week and had to ask for clean towels and cups and toilet rolls which were given to us without issue but no one came in to clean our rooms which I think is acceptable if staying for a few days but not for 1 week. There were a few reasonably priced restaurants nearby (information from barman), not a lot of choice. The old town is a 30 minute walk which we were aware of and meeting places for excursions were there so take account of extra time before and after if planning full day excursions. Also the bus station and ferry terminal is 25 minute walk. The bar was noisy till after midnight at weekends but quieter during the week. The hotel seemed to cater for young weekend guests maybe just this time of year.

- Tina (4/5): - Das Hotel konnte insgesamt nicht überzeugen. Der Jacuzzi war unhygienisch – überall lagen Haare, sodass wir ihn nicht nutzen wollten. Auch das versprochene Parkplatzangebot war enttäuschend: Es wurde ein Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel angekündigt, tatsächlich mussten wir jedoch weiter entfernt parken. Für den gebotenen Service ist der Preis aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt – ich würde diesen Preis nicht noch einmal bezahlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht

- Laura (8/5): - The property was beautiful. We had an apartment with terrace and sea view. The pool area was also nicer than I imagined. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. There’s a loud bar behind the property that we could hear through the walls, it didn’t bother us as we were up late anyway, but wouldn’t be great if you had young children.

Split is such an interesting place for a holiday. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. Katya was very friendly and really helpful when our air con was playing up. The pool was perfect as a place to cool down and the roof terrace was a great place to relax. We enjoyed coffee at the next door bar and were never disturbed by any noise. (As mentioned in other reviews). Would definitely recommend. Nothing

- Anne (7/5): - De ligging. Dicht bij zee en restaurants in de buurt. Half uur lopen naar centrum. Het zwembad om even af te koelen. De rust en de airco in de kamer. Kleine kamer. Net iets te klein. 1 raam op binnenplein waar het zwembad was. Geluid van de koelkast. Beschikbare ruimte buiten was het zwembad.

- Helena (5/5): Passable - Refrigerator in the room. Nice personal. Clean. New towels every day. Dark room with just one small window, the electronic lock was broken so we only had one key to share for there people. Very small pool with only few sunbeds. No fire exit at the Hotel, no frie equipment, no fire alarm in the room. I will not come back.

- Frances (4/5): Too noisy - The main issue with this property is the noise from the bar next door which you share a wall with. I did email the property before arrival to ask them about the issues with the noise and was assured this would be fine. The first night was a major football game, so the noise went on into extra time - in the breaks the music was turned up so loud we could feel the bass in the rooms. We were travelling with a toddler, so switched rooms so our daughter was further away however this meant we couldn't get to sleep until the bar was well and truly closed. I did text the lady from reception who did ask the bar to turn it down. they did this but obviosly the people in the bar didn't care and carried on being loud until they went home. The next day i complained and was assured it would be quiet. It was ok until 10pm when the music was turned up really loud again. The following day i complained again and assured it would be quiet - which it was until we got to the following night when i took it upon myself to message the bar itself to complain when it didn't close at its supposed closing time and continued playing music til one in the morning. The owner of the bar is the same as the owner of the property you are staying in. they need to decide who they want to prioritise - their bar or their accomodation as the two are not compatible. I feel sorry for the lady on reception who was left to field complaints with little abilty to control the bar. She seemed genuinely sorry for us.

- Joanne (8/5): Fantastic facilities helpful kind caring staff - I recently stayed at this property with my daughter (10). I booked it for facilities pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay the property was clean and the front desk staff and cleaner were very kind professional and welcoming. The staff were a credit to this property and could not do enough to make our stay special. Very informative re how to get about and potential areas to visit. We walked along the coast to split centre old town it took about 25 mins. This route took us around coast so we saw beaches one sandy (Bacvice). The other small white pebbles. Water is crystal clear and we did go into sea cold at first but ok when in. Hot tub at hotel great very relaxing warm. The pool initially was too cold for us but at our request it was heated up which was wonderful for me and my daughter. I loved our stay if you don’t want to walk 21 bus is outside room on Main Street. We had a fridge hairdryer in room and sofa very spacious. If the pool was warmer upon our arrival but after conversation with staff it was heated up and much more pleasant to use. It was clean and comfortable once warm.
