- Carl (4/5): Budget is one thing - bad is another - Well I wanted a budget hotel, but this was the pits. Scruffy to dirty throughout. Electric sockets dangling from walls. Broken down piping with only cold water working. Shower from a bucket. Old towels and sheets with holes in. A front desk that can't manage its own administration and has no idea how to receive guests. Porters jacking up prices for anything brought to the room. Thoroughly unpleasant stay.
