- M.-L. (2/5): Schlecht gewartetes Zimmer! Doppelt berechnet!! - 1. Die Klima-Anlage in unserem Zimmer (201) war defekt (bei 36 Grad Celisius Außentemperatur und 28 Grad Innentemperatur). Sie konnte auf die Schnelle nicht repariert werden. Das Rezeptions-Personal hatte keine Befugnis, ein alternatives Zimmer zu vergeben, obwohl mindestens ein Zimmer frei war. 2. Bei Abreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, das Zimmer sei noch nicht bezahlt - obwohl wir die Rechnung bereits bei der Online-Buchung per Paypal an Hotels.com beglichen hatten. Wir mussten also zwei mal bezahlen!!! Die Aufforderung von zuhause aus an das Hotel, die zweite Zahlung zurückzuzahlen wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet!!! 3. Weitere technische Mängel des Zimmers: Fön funktionierte nicht. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war defekt (sehr! lose in der Fassung, Drehung des Hebels nur mit zwei Händen möglich). Fenstergriffe sehr! lose. Keine Möglichkeit, die Fenster über Nacht weit zu öffnen. --> Dieses Hotel können wir NICHT weiterempfehlen!!

Tyvärr gick det inte att ligga vid den stora poolen sista dagen, då det var en dj som spelade, ljudnivån var hemsk. Frukosten lite sådär och personalen i restaurangen tittar knappt upp när man kommer.
- Therese (6/5): Ikke helt pengene værd - Dejlig pool, men ikke fedt, at der ikke blev ryddet op ved poolen (mad, som havde stået der hele dagen, ligesom folk fik lov til at lægge håndklæder og så bare gå fra solstolene i timer, uden at personalet fjernede håndklæderne/sagde noget). Tv'et på vores værelse virkede ikke, og der var også bøvl med vores aircon. Morgenmaden var ikke specielt indbydende, men dog acceptabel med undtagelse af kaffen (kold). Vi fik betydeligt bedre hotel for langt færre penge andetsteds i Nordmakedonien. Tjenerne var søde, men vi måtte lede efter nogen, der passede receptionen, ligesom tjeneren i restauranten (han var vældig flink) ingen basalviden havde om vin. Han troede eksempelvis, at rødvin generelt skal serveres ved stuetemperatur og var helt målløs, da vi sagde, at vores rødvin - ca. 24 grader - var alt for varm.

Behjelpelig med skyss til flyplassen og de lager "early bird" frokost i bagger til de som reiser tidlig. Flott restaurant og bar. Rent og ryddig over alt. Hyggelige ansatte. Romslig lekeareale for barn.
- Cecilia Ingrid (6/5): Fin pool men långt från allt - Vackert poolområde! Dålig frukost, litet utbud, kallt kaffe. Fick först ett standard rum som var litet och trångt och till toaletten var det GLASVÄGGAR!! Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen men långt från allt annat.

- Craig (2/5): Don’t stay here!! - Do not stay here, first off they knew the air conditioning wasn’t working but didn’t say a thing at check in. When we called to complain they said “oh yeah, we know, they’re gonna fix it soon”. Then the curtains are all falling off because the curtain rod hooks are not strong enough to hold the curtains up. There was nothing in the room, one towel, one coffee, no soap, n conditioner etc. Finally, do not come here with anyone you’re not completely intimate with, there is no barriers between the room and the shower and even the toilet. It’s kinda disturbing!!

- Phillip (10/5): - This is a modern, stylish hotel just a five minute drive from Skopje airport. Everything is new and clean, and there is a nice restaurant and bar on site. A free airport shuttle is available at any time. The only thing to be aware of is the bathroom in the room is all glass, as in, there is no privacy no matter what you are doing in there, so if you're traveling with someone just be sure that modesty is not an issue.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful hotel for an overnight stop over. - Excellent hotel near to the airport, very comfortable and offering a bit of luxury. The pools and sunloungers were great and the restaurant and bar were lovely to look at but were let down by the poor kitchen service. We waited an hour for a basic chicken dish and tables around the pool had glasses not collected. The larger of the pools looked a little bit dirty in the shallow end of the pool , the smaller pool was fine . The hotel did offer nice little touches such as breakfast included and an airport transfer and the room and the balcony were spacious and very clean. Overall a lovely hotel .

- Diana (4/5): - First, when I called for the shuttle, I was admonished for not setting it up in advance. When I got to the hotel, I was placed in a room on 3rd floor with no elevator. They have an elevator but not in the building I was in. My room’s thermostat did not work - the phone didn’t work - the outlet was hanging out of the wall - I had to ask for water. Glad I only stayed one night - and despite the fact I paid in advance I got a bill charged to an unknown credit card for $100 in MKD. I wouldn’t go there again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great service and nice hotel - We only stayed in the hotel for 8hrs due to a very late flight, so we didn't get to experience the full range of amenities that the hotel offers sadly. The breakfast was very nice and it was also great that it could be eaten outside, especially on a nice sunny day like my visit was! The room was decorated nicely and it was a quiet room. The swimming pool was big and the surrounding furniture was nice - this was one of the things I didn't get to experience during my very short stay and wish I had been able to! The other positive I would like to add is that the hotel staff were very helpful. We organised a transfer through the hotel and messages were answered quickly, the transfer was prompt and helpful and when we arrived at the hotel just before 3am from our late flight, we were really thirsty and the lady working on reception personally came to our room to check we had received a complimentary bottle of water, which was great!

- André (8/5): Hotell/restaurang - Fantastiskt hotell på många sätt, men… Restaurangens service var under all kritik. Personalen bara gick förbi helt nonchalant och gav gästerna ingen som helst uppmärksamhet. Satt och väntade 25-30 minuter på att få meny och då hade personalen ändå gått förbi 10 gånger. Vinkade på personalen, fortsatt nonchalant.

- Jessica (6/5): - The hotel is a few minutes from the airport and is perfect for when you are flying home. We had booked two double rooms but one room was upgraded to a junior suite. The room only had towels for one person so we had to ask for more. After our first day, the room was not cleaned when we returned. I asked for new towels and shower gel and it took over 3 hours before it got to the room. The hotel is non-smoking but the staff smokes outdoors and the doors to the hotel are open so the lobby smells smoke. The breakfast buffet was small but good. The restaurant had good food. The pool is nice and there is a good selection of sun loungers.
- Kerry (10/5): Relaxing hotel with class - Hotel stay was great. It’s the closet hotel to the airport with a shuttle service. The patio and pool layout is gorgeous. The hotel room was super clean and fantastic. The food was good at a fair price. Food Service was excellent. All the staff members spoke excellent English.

- Graeme (10/5): - Nice airport hotel. Certainly 4 star in service and facilities. It has a nice large pool, restaurant with classy dishes. Though it is in a quite poor environment which is to be expected near an airport. The hotel creates a nice bubble in the area to remove any aircraft noise and poor neighbourhood. We only got three towels for two persons so we had to ask for another one. At the reception and restaurant some people can speak english, but not the cleaners. Great hotel for one or two night stay.

- Stacey (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is so convenient to the airport and they provide a complimentary shuttle. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. The only feedback I have is that the people at the front desk are not able to see when you have pre-paid through a third-party site (Expedia, etc) and they try to make you pay again. This happened to me both at check-in and check-out. I brought the paperwork that showed I paid, but it still required a call to the manager. I suggest you work to update the software so you are able to see this. I have traveled to over 50 countries and this is the first hotel that I have had this problem.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - I was worried about the pick up. I was coming in at 2am and that changed to 4am with delays. They responded to the messaging app all the way through the night and weeks before. Most hotels dont respond. The driver was waiting for me with a sign. As was reception. The hotel and room was brand new. I just wish i didnt sleep through check out because they had a nice pool. They would have let me stay longer to use it. I just had to go. They drove me back to the airport and i got the express bus to skopje at 1230pm. They made a possibly frightening arrival a piece of cake.

- Laurent (8/5): Great place - We first stayed at this hotel on our way to Greece and it was such a great place that we decided to stop there on our way back. Pleasant staff, beautiful decoration and very comfortable rooms. There is a swimming pool but was somehow cold so we did not use it but it sure looked tempting. Food is good and the chef was attentive to our need.
