- Ekaterina (10/5): Прекрасный отдых в Зеленоградске - Все очень понравилось. Отель удобно расположен - до набережной десять минут пешком, до пешеходной улицы пять минут. Хочется отметить хорошее обслуживание, качественный завтрак в симпатичном кафе. Номер просторный, есть балкон, сейф, холодильник, большая удобная ванная комната, каждый день бесплатная бутилированная вода. С удовольствием рекомендовала бы отель всем желающим хорошо отдохнуть в Зеленоградске.
- Kseniya (10/5): Рекомендую - Замечательный отель! Мы бронировали люкс - номер очень комфортный. Для сына поставили кровать дополнительно. Хорошая сауна в номер, халаты нереально удобные. Есть терраса со столом и стульями. На 3 этаже в свободном доступе кофемашина, лед, чай, микроволновка, холодильник, приборы, посуда. Завтрак шведский стол, все было вкусно! Расположение отличное: на самой территории отеля музей Мурариум, башня. Недалеко пешеходная улица (мин 3-5), до моря мин 10 не спеша. Однозначно бы вернулись и будем рекомендовать друзьям!

- Denis (10/5): Превзошел ожидания. - Останавливались на одну ночь в феврале. Припарковались на небольшой стоянке перед отелем. Днем мест было мало, в связи с тем, что развлекательный комплекс "Парадокс" весьма популярен у местных жителей и туристов. Имейти ввиду, что отель также располагает закрытой парковкой для гостей. Заселение прошло быстро, персонал на ресепшн дружелюбен и расторопен. Отель оснащён лифтом,на котором мы, в сопровождение сотрудника поднялись в наш номер, расположенный на 4 этаже. По дороге нас ознакомили приятной зоной отдыха оборудованной на 3 этаже. Она включала в себя: небольшую кухню, с чайником, кофеваркой, микроволновой печью, тостером и набором посуды и несколько столиков. Номер понравился. Достаточно просторный, светлый, с большим балконом. Ванная комната, также достаточно просторная, имеется ванна, фен, косметика для душа. Единственный минус - неудобное (низкое) крепление на стене для душа. Мыться не очень удобно. В самом номере, единственно, что не понравилось это матрас, одновременно излишне мягкий и тонкий. Всё остальное - хорошо. Освещение, удобное расположение розеток, хороший сигнал Wi-Fi. Неплохой завтрак. С омлетом, творожной запеканкой, блинами и конечно с мясной, сырной нарезками и салатами. Очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный персонал. Выйти с завтрака голодным, практически невозможно! В целом, отель оставил приятное впечатление. Техническое состояние и уровень комфорта, не ниже большинства отелей позиционирующих себя как 4*.
- UlysseKL (10/5): Wonderful Stay, Great Location! - We booked this hotel because of good reviews and also for its location. Location: The hotel is close to the: - Train station, about 15 mins walk (if you don’t get lost along the way). - Kurortny prospect - the Central pedestrian street (5mins walk) - The beach - The Baltic sea shore (12 mins walk) The staff: Friendly front desk staff and they speak English too. The housekeeping staff and the F&B staff are all polite and courteous. The room: Airy spacious room. Comfortable bed, pillows and beddings. There is even airconditioning. Spacious bathroom with almost full amenities (except dental kit and shaver kit) Strangely, there was also a teddy bear in the room… Breakfast: They serve pre-odered breakfast. There is a sheet for you to choose your breakfast set: Russian / English / French We were there for 3 nights, so we tried all 3 and they were all great. The portions were just nice. Although it was our first time experiencing having a pre-order breakfast concept, but we personally appreciate it as it’s one way to eliminate wastage. Others: On our floor (3rd floor) there is an area for free coffee and tea facility and some board games the the guest to chill and relax. Last but not least... it's value for money. We enjoyed our stay very much! Tips: Request for the corner room if possible for more windows.
- Alexander (10/5): 3 star hotel with 4 star look and service - It is one of the best hotels in Zelenogradsk. The location is good, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is modest but tasty. We enjoyed our stay in Paradox. It is such a wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations! We will definitely come back. Замечательный отель, который превзошёл наши ожидания. Рекомендую!
- irinab447 (10/5): I am really impressed - We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Zelenogradsk. This is a small hotel with amazing design and large rooms. We had a standard room Comfort ( number 4) and it was around 35 sq.m. We had 2 windows in the room. The bathroom was very spacious too and had a bathtub. Additionally, the hotel had a separate area where you could make some tea, coffee or take empty plates, cups to your room. You could also use the fridge in the same area. We did not order the breakfast there so I am not able to comment in this. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel has a small bowling center inside for extra charge. Awesome place!
