• Larissa (10/5): Go for it, they are amazing! - Lovely house with very clean, comfortable rooms and common area. The owner and her mom are very welcoming, kind people. They even provided like a city plan with a list of sights, restaurants, parks, etc. It felt like getting some insider tips, that were amazing (especially the local lunch food courts!). Besides we got very well supported with any question we had and a scooter rental. Every day there was two free water bottles, new toilet paper and room service. Highly recommend staying at Sleeper House. Nothing

• VerOlivaux (10/5): Trang tout confort - Chambre 5 - 1 er étage. Spacieuse avec porte serviettes et petit buffet chevet entre les lits jumeaux. 2 ventilateurs et air conditionné. Hôtes et femme de ménage souriants, aux"petits soins". Ménage quotidien de la chambre. A disposition : café, thé, eau, grille pain, bouilloire, réfrigérateur, micro ondes, couverts. Sanitaires communs très propres. Grande salle accueil avec tables et salons. Localisation parfaite à 400 mètres de la gare, avec agences de voyages, commerces à 100 mètres, marchés de nuit proches. Un bel hébergement. Particularité de cette chambre : pas de fenêtre sur extérieur mais sur la réception, cloison mobile sur l'escalier. Cela ne m'a pas gênée mais comme souvent, pas d'isolation phonique.

• Gertrud (9/5): - Das Einzelzimmer war sehr geräumig und ist im 1.Stock. Die Besitzerin ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles ist sehr sauber.Es gibt kostenlos Tee, Kaffee und Trinkwasser. Toaster. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sind ebenfalls vorhanden.Man kann günstig Fähren nach Koh Mook buchen. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof, wo sich ein Nachtmarkt befindet. Es gibt nur 2 Duschen mit WC für alle Zimmer ohne Bad. Diese befinden sich im Erdgeschoß.

• Merel (10/5): An authentic night! - The hotel has a really nice interior, with a big lobby and very thoughtfully cozy rooms. The couple who runs it is super friendly and speak English very well. We didn’t like the city of Trang that much, but the hotel helped us to get the most out of our stay, sharing many nice tips and things to do in and around the city.

• Lisa (10/5): Entspannte ruhige Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, sauber und der Dorm ist wirklich sehr groß. Zudem sind die Betten sehr gemütlich. Der Eingangsbereich ist großzügig mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Büchern. Die Inhaberin ist sehr lieb und gab mir viele Tipps bezüglich Unternehmungen und Restaurants, doch aufgrund des Unwetters war es mir leider nicht möglich, so viel zu besichtigen. Wenn ihr in Trang seid, würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, im Sleeper House zu übernachten. :)

• Nicholas (10/5): Beautiful guesthouse! - We only stayed here for one night before we headed to Malaysia but it left a great impression. Firstly, the staff are soooo nice and helpful, we really appreciated their friendliness, recommendations for food, and upgrading our room. Secondly, the interior design is beautiful, the lobby area and our room were so stylish and gave us an insight into the history of the city. Finally, the bed was very comfortable, after 5 weeks of firm beds, which I personally like, my girlfriend was especially pleased to sleep here. We will definitely be back when we return to explore more of Trang province. Everything was great!
• Sarah (10/5): - Le personnel est adorable, la chambre avec un lit double est géniale (encore mieux que sur les photos), tout est propre (même la douche qui se trouve dans les toilettes, ce n’est pas dérangeant). Mes amis ont pris la chambre lits jumeaux, c’était très propre aussi. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel / auberge ! Dans la chambre lits jumeaux, il y a un mur en porte coulissante ce qui peut être dérangeant pour le bruit (mais très peu de passages). Les lits sont plutôt durs mais au final plutôt confortables.
• Fabio (9/5): - The place is absolutely beautiful and the room was great. The staff was extremely hospitable. The price was excellent as well. There only 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor, and the rooms are on the first, or in my case second, floors. This meant that I had 2 go 2 flights of stairs for a midnight leak or to brush my teeth. It's not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind.

Pear is a wonderful host and provided a huge list of recommendations which we took advantage of. We're been travelling around Malaysia and Thailand and this is the most comfortable bed we've slept in - it was bliss! Would definitely stay again if we were back in Trang. Wouldn't change a thing.

Staff leaves at 6pm and most times i was there i had the hostel to myself 😊free water, coffee and tea abd cookies. There's also fridge and i think a toaster. 7/11 around the corner

Brilliant location unless you arrive and leave by bus... Near train station. Nice atmosphere, but almost no guests. It would have been a blast to be here with more people, lots of hang out space, very cosy. But hey, a dorm to yourself is maybe not so bad for a change 🤣

• Ben (10/5): Fantastic guesthouse with the most amazing host! - We booked 2 rooms due to having the four of us. The main bedroom with an ensuite and the twin room with shared bathroom. The main bedroom is immaculate and artfully decorated. We loved the little touches like floor lighting, extra pillows, a safe and a guide to Trang. The bed is large and comfortable. The TV had a subscription which was a nice break for the kids after being on the road for so long. The location is central and is 10 mins walk to the train station and the night market. It is down a quiet alley with great dim sum and roti option around the corner. Pear is an amazing host. She and her husband speaks great English and helped us organise a driver to explore the amazing caves and botanic garden. She got us to try local snacks and even drove us to a famous Trang puff pastry house to purchase their local speciality. A must try for everyone whom visit! Overall we loved Trang as a city and this wonderful guesthouse. Trang is an underrated city which is great for travellers hoping to get off the tourist trail in Thailand. The shared bathroom is downstairs but wasn’t a big deal for us.

Pear is really welcoming and helpful and gave us loads of recommendations for places to eat and things to see. She has very good English which was also really helpful for us. Our room was large, beautifully decorated/furnished, immaculate and had a comfy bed, good en suite and plenty of drinking water. It's super close to the railway station and town but the room was peaceful at night. The large entrance lobby is also a lovely place to spend time in. This is our third time in Trang and we'll be back again - what a great place for food (still dreaming of those dim sum and roti breakfasts!!). 😍👌

The staff were incredibly kind and facilitative considering the late time we arrived at and the fact their reception closes at 8pm (we arrived in at 11pm). I couldn't get breakfast the next morning so the lady who works reception/manages the hotel gave me a bag of homemade biscuits for my bus journey. They provide a list of recommendations for food and what to do in the area as soon as you arrive. close to the bus station. the bathroom is downstairs

The room is wonderful - super clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It’s a really relaxing space with all the amenities you will need for a stay in Trang. The host has an excellent range of recommendations for activities in Trang as well as restaurants. She is ready with paper maps for you on arrival as well as a Google Maps link with all the landmarks highlighted - it’s super helpful information! We had some excellent vegetarian food in town based on her recommendations! She was also super helpful with our transport arrangements in and out of town. We would love to see a plastic free water refill machine (like Coway) rather than single use plastic bottles.

The room was clean and A/C worked well. The hotel is nicely presented and decorated and has a cool atmosphere. Ideal location within walking distance to central Trang and lots of nice restaurants and cafes. -

All great amenities with tv woth netflix, fridge, water, tea, coffee etc - the owner was kind enough to show us maps of local areas of interest, restaurants and markets. She was so knowledgable and helpful and even helped us arrange our transport to Koh Muk as our plans changed last minute. Will definately stay again next time we are in Trang. 10/10
• Moriyama0101 (9/5): Very comfortable stay in Trang, with a charming and helpful manager. - Convenient location 7-Eleven is 5 mins walk distance, aesthetic instagramable Chinese themed interior. Notably, very friendly charming and helpful manager 'Pear', she is ready to help you anytime she's available. She gave us useful information such as 'must try dishes' when we arrived. She even organized us a transport that was very helpful for us. She speaks English pretty well, so that was great for us as foreign travelers. 3 rent bicycles are available for THB100 per day.

She provided us with all the information we needed to including places of interest, where to eat and famous dishes around Trang. All the rooms are located upstairs. • George (8/5): Sleeper is not a place to sleep, otherwise a passable place to spend a few quiet days - The host was friendly and provided some good recommendations, which is a rarity in my experience. The hostel is clean and in a converted house, which gives it a more authentic feel and like it actually has some soul. The name is not accurate, this was unfortunately NOT a place to get a good night of sleep. The private room has a door that doesn't block sound at all, and the windows overlook the main common area of the hostel while also not blocking any sound. So, basically anyone walking by or even talking in the common area, you can hear it as if they're in your room. There is no place to sit in the room aside from on the bed, and not a lot of places to comfortably sit/hang out in the common area. Not much socializing at all. The hostel isn't convenient to much aside from the train station and one of the markets. Most other things you'd probably visit are at least a 10-15 minute walk and often more.

Three night markets and a superb dim-sum place for breakfast in walking distance as well as Trang's only rooftop bar and a spectacular Chinese temple. Since Trang can be hot and humid, the fridge in the room is very welcome. Laundry was done in no time for a very decent price (100 THB for up to 5 kgs) Pear, the owner, was extremely helpful organising tuk-tuks and a car to the airport for our onward journey to BKK. Perfect value for money. PS When it comes to Dim Sum, there are many options in Trang. We chose the Ton Cha (English menu available) and went there twice. Not a thing to complain about
• Udo (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful design of the room. The host was very welcoming, friendly and gave us good information about the town. She has travelled quite a bit herself and so she knows what you might need to feel at home in a foreign place. Thank you very much! Everything was alright.
• Carlos (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice hostel, confortable and close to the train station. Personal very kind and helpful

• Nicola (10/5): Amazing place! - A great stopover for a night before heading to Trang airport. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, our room was very big and had great facilities (aircon, digital fan, hairdryer, smart TV with free Netflix). Pear was so friendly and welcoming, she even gave us a map of the local area and made some good restaurant recommendations. The recommended Dim Sum restaurant for breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again 👍 Nil

• Spencer (10/5): Wonderful! And great value. - Lovely place, friendly owner. Big room, comfy bed.Ridiculously good value for a very high standard of accomodation.
• Julio (10/5): Worth a stay - Very nice place to sleep in Trang. Pear has a lot of information about nice restaurants, bars and night markets to visit. She also organised our transfer to Ko Muk at the most competitive price we could find.
