Je mettrais 9.5/10 (mais comme on ne peut pas ce sera 10) Des chambres mieux insonorisées pourrait être la cerise sur le gâteau
- CELINE (8/5): - L’emplacement Nôtre chambre avec la douche hammam La disponibilité de l’équipe qui nous a préparé la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés à 9h30 du matin pour déposer nos valises. La gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner. Le mini gratuit. La musique tard le soir dans le jardin. L’odeur des draps très très forte, c’est limite rédhibitoire, vraiment désagréable pour moi, cela m’a beaucoup beaucoup gêné la première nuit et c’est estompé progressivement. Il manque de quoi prendre une tisane un thé ou un café en chambre, pour une suite junior, cela manque vraiment. Le bruit de la Clim!

Tina even remembered us the next day and knew which coffee each of us preferred (party of 4). Would've preferred two keys for the room since the card controlled the lights. Also the vanity is rather small, not much room for keeping makeup and toiletries. Also wish that the bedding was better quality and didn't have a strong detergent smell. Pillows and blanket felt plastic.

- Laurent (10/5): Très bel hôtel que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. - Hôtel bien situé qui permet un accès facile aux lieux incontournables à visiter. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. Une mention particulière aux 3 personnes qui s’occupent du petit-déjeuner. Elles sont serviables, souriantes et toujours aux petits soins. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, notamment la literie. Femme de ménage efficace qui vous permet de retrouver votre chambre en parfait état au retour de la journée. Présence du bar pour finir la soirée dans un espace extérieur très cocooning (welcome drink offert à l’arrivée). En conclusion, hôtel très recommandé avec rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Rien !

Its location is especially convenient if you’re travelling by train, as it’s only about a 5-minute walk from the station. It’s also very accessible for airport travel, with a bus stop less than 10 minutes away. The staff are amazing—very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The staff was very helpful arranging a water taxi on the day of departure. The courtyard was beautiful and perfect for coffee or a drink. The room was stuffy.The window opened but there was a lot of noise carrying up from the passage below. A fan or very low A/C would have helped.

Breakfast was amazing lots of scrumptious food to eat. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants close by. Close to train station, we caught a ferry bus that took us to train station instead of lugging our luggage over the huge bridge. This was about 4 min walk from hotel no bridge to cross. O acesso ao hotel é feito a pé, por estar localizado dentro de Veneza, algo típico da região e que não representa qualquer inconveniente. O hotel é muito bonito, com ambiente acolhedor, e a equipe se destaca pela educação e cordialidade. O quarto é extremamente confortável, com cama de ótima qualidade e roupas de cama e banho impecáveis. O café da manhã é bem servido, com boa variedade de opções. A localização também é um grande ponto positivo, facilitando o deslocamento e a experiência na cidade. Uma experiência muito satisfatória. Nada a pontuar.

- Michaela (10/5): I highly recommend it for a truly special and memorable stay. - A beautiful and comfortable hotel located conveniently close to the vaporetto, as well as within walking distance of both the bus and train stations. The surrounding area is full of charming cafés and restaurants frequented by locals, which adds an authentic atmosphere to the stay. The hotel staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, making you feel at home from the very beginning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and maintained daily to a high standard. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a wide selection of high-quality food to start the day perfectly. We visit Venice regularly, and this hotel will definitely be our first choice next time. I highly recommend it for a truly special and memorable stay. There is nothing to complain about.

Lovely garden /outside area for drinks etc. Staff in particular were fantastic and very helpful and in particular arranged our return to airport via taxi at very early time very professionally . - Paulo (8/5): Ótima! - Ótimas instalações, funcionários super prestativos e educados, café da manhã excelente, localização boa (próxima à estação de trem). Poderiam melhorar um pouco a iluminação do quarto (muito baixa). Alguns pernilongos a noite, porém foi prontamente resolvido pelo hotel após reclamações. Nenhum dos itens acima desabonam as ótimas instalações do hotel e o bom atendimento dos funcionários.

Уютный, стильный, современный интерьер в венецианском стиле, номера по-разному оформлены, все новое, чистота и обслуживание на высшем уровне, персонал на столько дружелюбный, что захотелось здесь остаться еще. Надеюсь мы еще вернемся сюда! Все отлично!

- WorldTraveler (10/5): Fantastic hotel, great breakfast, lovely staff- Unfortunately not convinced by additional service - Thank you so much for this incredibly wonderful stay! Above all, we felt so comfortable and at home thanks to Anna, the charming breakfast staff member. Anna was always attentive, anticipated our every need, was friendly, and created a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere. We were only there for two nights, but she remembered how we like our coffee or tea and greeted us with a smile. We were there with our mother and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Many thanks also to Mateo, who made our welcome so pleasant, and to Eleonora, who handled our departure and check-out smoothly and reliably arranged a water taxi for a reasonable price us. We arranged both our arrival and departure by water taxi through the hotel. However, we find it incomprehensible that the arrival cost an unbelievable €260 (!!!) when the return trip, the same route, only cost €180. This price difference annoyed us. I expect that when booking such a service through the hotel, the prices will be fair and correct. An €80 price difference for the exact same service is neither understandable nor acceptable. In the future, we will probably arrange this ourselves. Postscript to your reply to my review: 1) The person we apparently had to pay extra for wasn't at the agreed meeting point. The meeting point was clearly described in the WhatsApp message. We were there. We even sent the driver a photo. When he arrived, he said we were in the wrong place. After I showed him the WhatsApp chat history, he just mumbled something to himself. No word of sorry. (I'd be happy to send you the chat history.) 2) The boat wasn't there either. We had to wait about 15 minutes. It wasn't a tragedy, but it wasn't worth the extra cost since nothing went right. When we booked the boat ourselves through a provider on our last visit to Venice, it cost €160, the driver texted us which pier and everything was like agreed. The boat AND driver were waiting for us at the pier. Therefore, I repeat — I won't be booking this kind of service through the hotel in the future. I'm willing to pay for extra service, but then that extra service has to be provided.

- Erik (10/5): Home away from home - The hotel is just perfect for a stay in Venice. The rooms were so clean and we really loved the Venetian style of the place. The staff, especially Anna from the breakfast restaurant made it feel like home away from home. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back soon!

The bartender was awesome and made me a drink that was delicious and native to Italy using “Select” and listening to the fact that I don’t like Aperol spritz. So he made his own which was so good that it didn’t last long. He was friendly as was the front desk staff The only thing I wish I as that I couldn’t hear the guests Nextdoor sometimes. Also, it would have been nice if there was an option to chromecast since the TV’s are smart TV’s. We weren’t in our room much but they were beautiful!

- Marie (10/5): It was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. - This hotel is unique with a beautiful setting. The main entrance is through a garden and sitting area. The staff was very professional, attentive and efficient. The breakfast choices were above our expectations. The chef prepares you certain items à la carte. There wasn’t any additional charge for items of the mini bar. Not applicable
