L’accueil n’était pas à la hauteur de l’établissement, effectué par une personne peu sympathique et sèche, contrairement aux autres personnes plutôt charmantes, rencontrées le lendemain. L’intitulé de la chambre réservée mentionnait « vue montagne » mais offrait finalement la vue sur le parking d’une entreprise (photo)! Rien de grave, mais décevant!

Hande (9/5): - Super Lage in einem süssen Dörfchen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte viele kleine, liebevolle Details. Das Zimmer ist gross und sehr bequem. Check in war auch super, flexibel und einfach. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, wir könnten die Nachbarn sehr gut hören. Das Frühstück müsste etwas angepasst werden. Es gibt viel süsses (Küchen etc.) jedoch kaum etwas herzhaftes.

L’accueil était très chaleureux, le personnel adorable, une literie de très bonne qualité comme la décoration des chambres et surtout la propreté il n’y a rien à dire c’était super. Vous pouvez passer votre séjour à Courmayeur tranquillement au sein de cet établissement je recommande vivement !

FABRIZIO (10/5): quando arrivo in Valle d'Aosta/Courmayeur sono a casa, grazie!!!!!! - struttura poco distante dal centro pedonale di Courmayeur, accogliente e curata in tutti i dettagli, camera ampia e pulitissima, letto matrimoniale comodo e più grande della norma, il legno è dominante e dona quel "calore" accogliente dello chalet di montagna, adoro il riscaldamento a pavimento; il bagno spazioso ed elegante con doccia extra-large con porta in cristallo; se la cura dei dettagli fa la differenza, quì troviamo l'eccellenza (riscaldamento separato bagno/camera, poltrona e divanetto, illuminazione diffusa) Colazione abbondante e di qualità a buffet, con bevande calde fatte al momento con attrezzatura professionale. Il personale è gentile e super disponibile. Bravi!!!! sinceramente nulla, il design della struttura è moderno e funzionale, denota la massima ricercatezza dei dettagli, temevo la rumorosità del torrente adiacente alla struttura, in realtà dona una sensazione di relax e contatto con la natura. The staff were very welcoming & helpful with everything from organising ski passes, ski rental, shuttle to & from the lift. Good selection at breakfast buffet to start the day. Comfortable mattresses! The pillows were quite hard - but that is a personal preference!

Ben (9/5): Very good place for skiing - 15 min walk from Courmayeur - great place. All good. Recommend. - The hotel is modern, clean and charming. The communication is excellent. The hotel also drops you at the lift for no extra charge and picks you up. There is a warm ski room. There are restaurants close by and the host can recommend good ones. The breakfast room is really nice as is the breakfast. Stayed with my daughter.
