- Verified traveler (4/5): Skuffende og larmende - Modtaget af en meget forkølet receptionist, køleskabet var ikke koldt og airconditionanlæget larmede. Der var et par tæpper i skabet men vi frøs alligevel. Morgenmaden var fin med god kaffe, desværre var brødet hårdt og tørt.
- Rene (8/5): Mooi hotel - Een uitstekend hotel midden in een oude woonwijk! Eigen parkeer mogelijkheid, maar om het te vinden is een ramp en om net een middel grote auto naar binnen of buiten te rijden is een uitdaging. Wel zonder schade!!! NIET DOEN

- Verified traveler (10/5): ok malgré quelques détails - Hotel moderne, design et bien placé. Malgré tout, la chambre était dégradée à plusieurs endroits : mobilier et literie abimés, pièces métalliques rouillées dans la salle de bains.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Important de préciser un supplément parking - Lors de la réservation il n’est pas précisé au client que le parking est en supplément malgré les flitres dommage. Nous n’avons pas eu de chambre mais plutôt un appartement encore une fois aucune information lors de la réservation, dans l’ensemble limite correct niveau propreté de la chambre, ménage pas tout à fait finaliser une chambre très très bruyante. Petit déjeuner parfait et de qualité le personnel du déjeuner est très accueillant et très souriant Je précise que le parking est extrêmement extrêmement étroit et très peu de place et très compliqué pour se garer. Dans l’ensemble je dirai correctement moyen

- Magdalena (10/5): - Muy amables, la habitación cómoda, conexión wifi excelente. La única cosa es que cuando llegué la habitación que me dieron tenía un olor muy fuerte a lejía. Me cambiaron la habitación y la nueva estaba bien. Una pena que en el 2024 todavía se usa lejía, que es tan malo para el medioambiente.

La ducha muy correcta.La caja fuerte y el teléfono no funcionaban, falta mantenimiento El desayuno lo mejor! Vale la pena.

Colazione cara 10€ a persona, troppo... Garage 10€ al giorno, troppo,circa 10 posti.Noi col suv per accedervi, si è dovuto fare qualche manovra, in più,una utilitaria entra bene. Cmq buona struttura

- Isa (6/5): - La habitación es bonita, pero falta mucha limpieza. La pared del lavabo tenia manchas,imaginamos de algun producto de limpieza. Las cortinas estaban realmente sucias, sobretodo en los bajos, totalmente imperdonable en cualquier hotel, y más en un 4 estrellas. Colchón muy, muy, blando, se hundía con tan solo tumbarte. Toallas muy finas. Desayuno, tirando a bueno. Personal, simpático, pero parecía que algunas veces se olvidaran que estaban en su lugar de trabajo. Durante el desayuno, había ruido muy molesto de algun extractor. Una lástima, porque las instalaciones són bonitas, pero el mantenimiento y el mimo no són los adequados

- Steinar Wiik (8/5): Bra hotell, elendig parkering. - Meget flott nytt hotell inne i gamlebyen. I gen mulighet å kjøre frem til hotellet. Jeg måtte parkere 700 meter unna hotellet ute i gaten.
- Guillermo (6/5): Casi me lo creo, pero no. - En general buena, lo que más me gustó fue la ducha, televisión aceptable, bastante hueco para la ropa y varios, pero había mesa de trabajo, los muebles en melamina barata y el colchón malo. Soy comercial del mueble y del descanso, si quieren pueden llamarme para darles algún consejo. La recepción y todo lo que aparenta el exterior e interior del hotel no tiene nada que ver con las habitaciones. De un tres o casi cuatro estrellas pasas directamente a un dos estrellas. Les ánimo a que sigan mejorando llevan camino de ganarse las cuatro estrellas. Voy a buscar otro con más comodidad para el siguiente viaje. De todas formas, muchas gracias por todo. Saludos.
- Susana (4/5): - Me gustó la decoración y no me gustaron muchas cosas:más de una hora llamando y nada, al llegar, recepcionista una chica bastante joven hablando por tlf con una amiga supongo😬, m dice por las molestias d no cogerle el tlf Le dejo una habitación superior, mentira, justo era la K reservé x Expedia, estaba con polvo, marcas d vasos en las mesillas, las sábanas marcadas d rimel, pelos en el lavavo, aún así podría ser aceptable todo eso, incluido k la recepcionista M tome x estupida, pero el ruido fue lo peor, una pesadilla, la gente para arriba y abajo tooodoa la noche, portazos, risas, horrible la experiencia, no volveremos, una pena, pk el hotel es bonito y tiene buena ubicación, pienso K justo x eso y su buen precio hay gent toda la noxe dando x culo

La signora che era alla reception ha dovuto cercarne un altro per poter effettuare il pagamento La camera negli standard, il frigo era vuoto e non c’era una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia, non mi è piaciuto il bagno, il lavandino è in camera ed era otturato, gli asciugamani della doccia sono veramente piccoli. La colazione meno che minimalista, il buffet scarno e di poca qualità, lo yogurt sapeva di plastica e la marmellata sapeva di nulla, la cameriera che ha fatto il cappuccino ci ha tossito sopra. Comodo il garage che è nella struttura

Los amenities pobres, no te podías duchar, los cojines muy blandos. Personal atento, desayuno más que suficiente. Situación muy buena.Si vuelvo a esta zona repito.
- Marcela (10/5): Otimo - Ótimo hotel, com café da manhã delicioso e boa localização. Tinha a opção do estacionamento pago, mas optamos por estacionar na praça que ficava a 200 m do hotel e sempre tinha vagas grátis. Muito perto do parque port aventura e ferrari land, 10 min de tarragona.

- Alex (8/5): Not amazing but handy - Best part was they let us check in at 11am instead of 3pm. The rooms are a bit deceiving, I thought we were getting a kitchen in ours but it was just a bed and bathroom. The cleaners are very loud in the morning, you can hear the furniture being dragged on the floor which is very annoying. All in all, I probably would stay again if I needed to, it was stylish and the people were helpful
