Michael (7/5): Fine if you know what you're getting into - Convenient location for my specific needs for this trip. Rooms seems secure and the bathroom has hot water, towels are soft but small. No bugs. Staff was pleasant The bed is fine, the bedding is not good. Lumpy pillows, no blanket, and worst of all nasty stained sheets. This is one of those places you bring your own bedding.

Anthony R (10/5): I will to stay again. - It is a very comfortable place to stay, the bed and pillows were nice. The bathroom was clean, the exterior of the building is nicely painted. I would of liked a microwave and or a coffee maker in the room. Also facial tissue paper. A phone connection to charge my phone by the bed would be great.

Roberto Carlos (6/5): Its just ok - The staff was nice. They receive me almost at midnight without any trouble checking in. The AC and wifi worked great. There are food places nearby (panda express, kfc, burger king, mcdonalds), also there is a target and a food4less at 10 min. The facilities are just ok. The room's floor was dirty even though at first glance you couldn't see it. There were some stains on the blankets but no weird odors or anything like that. There is an ICE machine but because its outside it looked sketchy and dirty. There is no drinkable water fountain except one from the lobby.

The only issue was water was not hot enough and he said he will fix it. The place was clean. Bug free. Pest free. Bed bug free. Clean. Nice smell.

Verified traveler (4/5): Not for me. - Floor was dirty, put the “request maid service” on the door and no one came all day, Went to work at 6:30am retuned at 3:30 pm. Pretty sure I heard gun shots next door. At the very least explosions of some kind. I ironed work shirts and due to the floor being dirty I had to roll my sleeves up because the cuffs were filthy where they touched the floor. I wore shoes the entire time I was in the room. Overall I won’t be back at that location.

The room was sufficient for the price in the LA area. There are no homeless camps around it which is a huge plus. The floor could be cleaner, I understand it is a popular place to stay for the price and safety factor. The staff are great! I love that they have someone available all the time.

Forget the weight rooma or pools and extra amenities. Yes it doesn't have that but when you have staff and super clean rooms that care. Better than cheap motels, beds nice and no roaches or dirtyness. I CARE ABOUT SAFETY and decent rooms inside fairly updated. Dont listen to any negative reviews. This place is about SERVICE That is the feeling of some better 4 stars and 5 stars I been. They were even steaming concrete and will work with your accommodations. And for price and value and location. This is the spot. The main manager is so awesome! If you need scissors, or something not in room, they got you, you need anything - reasonable this place is epic to me. I slept very good and didnt worry about my car or safety or cleanliness!
