- Maria Regina (5/5): Bom apartamento mas a Administradora atual deixa a desejar - O apartamento é bem localizado e espaçoso. Já fiquei várias vezes. A limpeza estava mal feita. Tinha lixo do hóspede anterior: lata cheia de fraldas. Não tinha à disposição sacos de lixo avulso. Entrei em contato com a administradora, que depois de muita conversa, se dispôs a coletar o lixo. Fiquei 3 dias lá. Todos os dias reforcei o pedido para coleta do lixo... muito mal cheiroso ....e não cumpriram com o acordado nenhum deles. Perdemos muito tempo e não fomos atendidos

- Juan Manuel (8/5): Buena ubicacion, comodo y equipado - La ubicacion es muy buena. El departamento muy bien equipado con todo tipo de electrodomesticos. Cercano a varios lugares para comer/desayunar. Tiene un supermercado muy bueno en la misma cuadra. El dormitorio de abajo un poco pequeño sin tomacorriente ni mesita de luz cerca de la cabecera de la cama. Hay un mueble con la television pero esta a los pies de esta. Deberian considerar poner algun tomacorriente mas.
