• Sabrina (9/5): Fijn verblaas, comfortabele bedden en goede locatie - We hadden een ruime kamer geboekt, bedden waren heel erg comfortabel en het was schoon. Hadden wat extra’s op de kamer zoals wasmachine tabs, koffie en thee. De locatie is wat verder van drukke gebied wat heel fijn is. De bus stopt voor de deur en brengt je zo naar het drukke gedeelte Niks

• Edith (9/5): Calme et confo quoiqu’un peu petit. - Dans un superbe quartier très tranquille. Kitchenette avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Grande salle de bain avec machine à laver, très pratique! La chambre comme telle très petite, pas vraiment d’espace pour déposer nos valises…

• Ryou (2/5): 客の立場と状況を考えて、問題解決する体制と態度はまったくないオペレーターさんの印象はひどすぎて、このホテルグループは他人にはおすすめできない。 - 部屋はまあまあよかったが、チェックインのサービスと問い合わせセンターの対応は、ひどすぎるほど全くできてない。 ホテル税金を払ったのに、レシートもくれなかった。後でレシートをくださいってお願いしたくも、その離れた場所のフロントには、いつもスタッフがいない。 スタッフはいないホテルは何回も泊まってた経験はあるが、こんなにひどいオペレーター対応は初めてやわ。 泊まるホテルでチェックインできなくて、実際に歩くと8分かかった別の小さな建物の小さなロビーでチェックインしなければならなかった。足の悪い80歳の老人をホテルの外に15分以上も待たされて、座る場所もなく…酷すぎた対応だった。 ホテル自体は駅より正常の徒歩で20分かかる(大通りの信号待ちを含まないで)

• Victoria (7/5): Noisy, claustrophobic and underequipped - Good bed and best bath/shower room we encountered in Japan By a noisy road and beeping traffic light, noisy people staying above us, very overheated and claustrophobic with no natural light. A poorly equipped kitchen (no bowls, chopsticks, plates, knives and a single sachet of coffee for a 4 night stay!)

• Przemysław (8/5): - Czysto, ciepło, ogrzewanie w łazience, sprzątanie w połowie pobytu z wymianą ręczników i pościeli. Możliwość dostarczenia bagażu z punktu obsługi przy zameldowaniu przed 16. Łazienka z telewizorem ;) Dobre skomunikowanie z innymi częściami miasta - do większości atrakcji dojazd autobusem. Kilka przyjemnych onsenów w odległości spaceru. Kioto to wspaniałe miasto :) Brak dużych talerzy, poza łazienką brak jakichkolwiek szafek do rozłożenia czy powieszenia rzeczy - w pokoju stojący wieszak i kilka wieszaków szafowych. Brak choćby małego stolika i stołków. W pokojach widoczne ślady zużycia.

• Hakki can (8/5): Güzel ve tatmin ediciydi. - Temizlik ve oda rahatlığını sevdim. Konumu da iyiydi. Odanın içinde ihtiyacınıza göre her şey düşünülmüş. Personel güler yüzlüydü ve yardımseverdi. Checkin yapmak için tren istasyonuna yakın bir noktadan checkin yapmanız gerekiyor. Bizim gibi bu maili atlarsanız checkin yapmak ve anahtar almak zor olur çünkü her otelde görevli bulunmuyor.

• Efi (6/5): - Points positifs l'emplacement, la literie, la propreté. En revanche, trop petit pour trois personnes, pas de placard et peu d'espace pour poser les valises. Côté cuisine pas très bien équipée, manque cuillère, pas de couteau pas de table et seulement deux chaises pour trois personnes... c'est dommage car c'est un endroit plutôt sympa et calme et proche des transports.

• Aoki (4/5): セール価格で妥当 - フロントスタッフの対応がとても良かった 上の階の足音がうるさくてゆっくりできなかった。建物が古いのか上の階の人が歩くたびに建物がゆれていた。 ソファにはシミがついていて、黒い家具は埃がかぶっていた。とても不快だった。

Just a bit far. - Provided with free luggage service where they delivered our luggages to our hotel from the Check In Guest Centre near Kyoto Station - which was awesome! Staff were lovely and it was convenient for us to be able to store our luggage with them and have it delivered instead of lugging it there ourselves. Hotel was a lot more spacious than we were expecting. Beds were big and comfortable. Toilet and showers were separate which was good. Shower was big and conditioner and shampoo provided. Washing machine and washing detergent was provided which was nice! Overall very clean and good experience. Quite far from train station and main city. In a bit of a deserted area in comparison to other hotels we had stayed in. But there were buses which would take us close to our hotel so that was convenient. No pyjamas were provided 😔

Lavatrice sporca, ci abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi di chi aveva alloggiato nella stanza. Lavatrice comunque sporca che non ha ben lavato i nostri vestiti. Moquette polverosa. Reception per le chiavi un po lontana e fuori mano.
• Jac (6/5): - Location was good to visit the temples. The spare bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows. There wasn't enough plates and cutlery to even eat takeaway food. So we left a day early.

• Katherine (9/5): Quiet location nestled with buses less than 100mt away and trains 500mt. Great beds, but no cupboards or space for cloth - Nice and quiet location. Great comfy beds and linen. Shower was excellent! All toothbrushes razors etc supplied. No cupboards or places to store luggage of unpack. Team cannot facilitate moving luggage to another location if it’s not their own property

• Catherine (6/5): - It was more spacious than a lot of Japanese accommodation and it included a washing machine and kitchenette. It was near the 208 bus station which goes into the heart of tourist areas of Kyoto. It was not very clean. There were makeup stains on the bed and there was a strange pink goo behind the sink. The amenities with the kitchenette were also not very good. There were virtually no large plates or bowls, nor a tea towel to clean or dry surfaces with. The pots and pans were also very wet when we took them out of the pantry. It was a relatively far distance from Kyoto station, but it was not a big issue with the 208 bus station nearby. There was also no way to call the front desk staff when we arrived, so we want to wait a while (very minor issue).

• Georgia (7/5): Comfortable stay in Kyoto. - Nice size room with 2 single beds. Had a small kitchen and also a washing machine. Space to sit down at a desk and also to sit on the couch. Bus stop just accross the road. Space to hang your clothes and a drying function on the bathroom fan. Nice that the guest services near the station could store our bags before check in and after check out. Check in was at the guest services at a separate location to the accomodation.

• しらはま (7/5): 一軒家のような居心地良さがありました。 - 洗濯機があり、お風呂場で乾燥できました。雨降りでぬれたので助かりました。 駅近のサービスセンターから部屋まで荷物を届けてくれるのがありがたかったです。 一階の部屋でしたが、窓の鍵が空いていました。不用心なので気をつけてほしいです。

The neighbourhood is fantastic, a great mix of the very old and new. Incredible Izakayas within a few blocks. Cannot wait to return. There is nothing we did not like.

• Zhamilya (8/5): Few days in Kyoto - The room was extremely spacious (Japan standards). Bed was quite big, very comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub, it's also heated, which is great. Although the rooms are dated, they are very clean and neat. The neighborhood is quiet, feels very safe at night. It is far away from literally everything in Kyoto. No convenient stores nearby either. The check in location is far away from the actual property, didn't really understand why.

L appartamento è davvero bellissimo, pulito e con tutto i confort, in particolare il bagno è davvero eccezionale con ogni sfizio e i letti sono comodissimi! È in una posizione con poche attrazioni, specie alla sera è un po' isolato, però vicino ai mezzi pubblici

• Kindness (10/5): - I and my friend had a pleasant stay. We were very grateful for their luggage delivery service because we arrived early in Kyoto before check in time. The staff were very pleasant to engage with. Our room was clean and organized and very cozy, it felt like home. Nobody would regret this place, as it is also close to a bunch of places.
