- Stephanie (10/5): - Really comfortable apartment with lovely bedrooms, pristine linen, warm bedding, plenty of fluffy towels, excellent bathroom and kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Really close to the town centre, not far from the big supermarket, convenient for the thermal spas and other activities. A great place to stay for a week. The only negatives were the kitchen exhaust fan that needs attention and slightly temperamental washing machine. But Grant the owner is very amenable and contactable for problems.

- Christine (6/5): - It was cold and noisy. The windows and walls are not well insulated. We could not get warm despite turning up the heat over several hours. We could hear the neighbors easily through the walls or windows. For the amount of money we paid, it was not a good experience.

- Monica (10/5): Modern Apartment, Close to It All - Great spot to stay at if you're visiting Rotorua. The apartment is perfect for a family of four however it was only my husband and I so we had so much room. The apartment has a cozy master bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller room with two twin beds. My husband and I agreed this bed was the coziest in all of the NZ cities we stayed at. The place is very modern inside with a full-size kitchen, modern bathroom (stand-in shower, no tub) and washer (dry clothes on clothing line inside/outside). There is only one TV in the living room so this may be an issue if you want to watch TV in bed before going to sleep. The neighboring area has a shopping center nearby that you can easily walk to go to the mall or grocery store. This was very convenient.

Really good communication (although slightly creepy to get a text saying ‘I see you have checked in...’) and nicely decorated unit. Couldn’t get heat pump to work quite the way I’d wanted,and panel heater in bedroom didn’t work. But well equipped kitchen, and great to have a spa and a washing machine (not that I used that)
- samantha (10/5): Great place - Thank you - Check in was easy did see the on site manager at all. Rooms were well equipped. I didn’t read memory foam beds somewhere I thought but ours wasn’t. The spa was so great! Communication from the host wasn’t that great as I messaged a couple of times about adding children to our booking. It wasn’t till check out that they txt and charged us more. Would have appreciated knowing earlier so we had the option to find something else. Would definitely stay here again as quiet and close to town, shops and food!
