The airconditioned in the room that we stayed in is leaking, and also the shower drain clogged everytime we take a bath. Importantly not satisfied of the cleanliness compared to other Ramada hotel abroad.

• Chhanhima (6/5): Okay for quick transit - Ramada Encore Makati Manila scores high on location—it's easy to get to from the airport, and there’s no shortage of cafés, restaurants, and even great street food nearby. However, the experience really depends on your room. If you’re a light sleeper like me, rooms facing the main road can be a big drawback. They’re quite noisy and far from peaceful—I had to rely on earplugs just to get through the night. Without them, it would have been a sleepless stay. The breakfast buffet was another letdown—honestly, it could use significant improvement. On the bright side, the ladies at reception were lovely and courteous throughout, even though they weren’t able to accommodate my request to switch rooms due to the noise. Would I stay here again? Yes—but only if I’m assured a room that doesn’t face the main road.

• Annamária (2/5): Terrible hotel with unpolite staffs - Netflix This hotel in reality max. 2 stars hotel. There were a lot of bad things: - the walls were crumbling, the breakfast was very poor, the reception ladies were disgusting, the view is at best a crumbling roof, at worst another wall. They charged me extra because my towel and sheet got bloody. The rooms are only cleaned if you ask for it, and then only roughly. In 5 days they never vacuumed or washed the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
• 908razvana (2/5): Western / Europeans stay away. You will be profiled. - One of the worst experiences I had in Asia. Being deceived by the name of the brand, which I though is the same international brand we have in Europe, I booked. The staff has nothing to do with hospitality. From the first moment I step in the hotel, the receptionist look bored and annoyed that I wanted to check in. Her sour face, told me that this is not gonna be a great stay. Unfortunately when I realised that this hotel has nothing to do with the brand that I knew, it was too late to change due to my heavy meetings schedule. The room was clean, but smelled moldy, but kind of clean. I did not receive an invoice for one night, which I paid with my card. Probably they pocketed the money. Here comes the story, when I tried to check out, even I left the room in perfect order, they came up with a story that I smoked in the room, due the fact that they found some trash that I disposed from my backpack from an e-ciggarette (not vape). I asked point blank if they do this, because they want my deposit, and they started to spin my words in their local language. Best do not order a taxi until you finish the check out here, they will try to take advantage that you are in a hurry. Anyway, when I tried to talk to the GM, they told me that she is not there (Tuesday morning at 11 AM) she is not at work. I am gonna escalate onto social media, so other people will avoid this.

• Joshua Francisco (7/5): You get what you paid for. - Room was clean and spacious Most of the staff seemed too tired or pre occupied when working on the floor. Only some of them gave smiles or offered a helping hand when guests arrive or pass the reception area. Breakfast was too cold at around 9AM on our first day there. Nobody seemed to care that the guests were complaining about the food not being replenished on time and that the dishes were getting colder by the minute.

• Darren (9/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well arranged, with two double beds and one bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was kept clean throughout our stay. The service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant and bar, which offered a great place to relax. There is also a laundry place about a 5-minute walk from the hotel and a 7-Eleven around 7 minutes away on foot, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a nice stay, and I would recommend this hotel. It was very safe to stay there. The gym is quite small. And the bathroom was smelling a little bit. It was quite far from everything. But grab and green sm was easy to have and cheap.

• Ester Joy (10/5): Had a great stay at Ramada! - I had a great stay at Ramada. The location was perfect, close enough to the circuit tower and there are nearby shops and stores (7/11). The staff are all friendly and accommodating of my requests (e.g., flat iron, printing a document). They also have a bar at the top, where you can check out the view and have drinks. I love their amenities, and so far the only problems I had were 1) that the shower was hard set to the perfect temperature, 2) the noise from the room next to mine was still audible (I could hear the kids being too noisy at some point).

Its location is one of the biggest strengths – it’s well-positioned in Makati, easy to reach from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (about 7-10 km away, depending on traffic), and close to business districts, malls, and dining options. I found it offered excellent value for money given the reasonable nightly rate. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable with comfy beds – exactly what you need for a no-frills stay. On the service side, I messaged the hotel three times before arrival requesting adjoining rooms for our group, but received no response. Fortunately, upon check-in, they accommodated the request without issue, so it worked out in the end. Breakfast is included and quite basic – a simple selection that’s perfectly reasonable for the price point, though don’t expect a lavish spread. The main disappointment was the gym. While it’s advertised as a facility, the equipment (like treadmills) lacked power connections/plugs, rendering much of it non-functional. If the hotel offers a gym, it should be properly maintained and operational. Overall, this is a reliable budget-friendly option for short stays in Makati, especially if cleanliness, location, and value are your priorities. I’d stay again for the price, but hope they address the communication responsiveness and gym maintenance.

• Michaelmas_AM (10/5): A Perfect Base: Comfort, Convenience & City Vibes - I had a great stay at Ramada Encore Makati. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to reach popular areas around Manila. My room was spacious with a decent city view, and the staff were incredibly friendly they even gave me great tips on where to explore the nightlife. Breakfast could use some improvement, but overall I still had a pleasant experience. I also loved that the property has a skybar with amazing views; unfortunately, it was closed due to rain during my stay. I would recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The lift was small and only one life was functional but the rooms were relatively fine. Moreover, they sent us to a room where a guest was already sleeping and didn’t help with settling into the rooms. They took deposit of 2000 Pesos which was not taken by any other stay in Makati or Philippines.

The hotel staff are so incredibly slow that it took them 1 hour to check me in. The rooms in the hotel all vary, some have mould on the wooden floor and smell damp. There are 2 lift. 1 was not working so there was always a big queue to use the lift. The air conditioner was always leaking water, sinks in the hotel were cracked and there was a sound of rats running through the ceiling (to the point that dust came out of the air conditioner when the animal ran in the ceiling).

Tu trzeba zaznaczyć że ekipa sprzątająca cudowna. Nie podobało mi się że za drugim razem pomimo rezerwacji pokoju deLux 35 m2 próbowano mnie umieścić w pokoju z dwoma małymi łóżkami i o wiele mniejszym pokoju. Dano mi pokój ciut większy z jednym łóżkiem ale przez non stop działającą pompe na zewnątrz spanie było koszmarem. Po wymianie na kolejny pokój problemem było nie domykające się okno które dawało odgłosy z ulicy. Ostatniego dnia przestał działać ogrzewacz wody i prysznic tylko zimny. Po zgłoszeniu usterki zaproponowano mi wzięcie prysznica w siłowni gdzie ubrania na przebranie zostały mi zalane przez nieszczelną dyszę prysznicową. Woda zbierała się przez zatkany odpływ wody i stałam w 10 cm BRUDNEJ WODY !!! musiałam z tej siłowni o 23 iść do pokoju w samym ręczniku gdzie byłam narażona na jazdę windą i 4 podpitymi gośćmi ktorzy wybierali się w miasto w celach towarzyskich i czucie sapania nade mną. Po mimo zgłoszenia tego i poproszenia o klucz do innego pokoju abym mogła wziąść prysznic przed wymeldowaniem i jazdą na lotnisko obsługa nie zgodziła się i w dalszym ciągu proponowała prysznic w zatkanym prysznicu w siłowni. PRZESTRZEGAM PRZED CWANIACTWEM OBŁUGI. CZASE TEŻ ZMIENIĆ LUDZI OD DROBNYCH NAPRAW bo są bezużyteczni

First, a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways and common spaces made the environment feel unhygienic. Second, and most disappointing, was the "breakfast." The selection was tiny and lacked fundamental items no butter for the bread, no cheese or ham, and no coffee machine. What was available was very low quality, forcing us to find a local cafe each morning. For the price, we expected much better.
