• Dario (9/5): Bello ma non rilassante - La camera pulita con un bel terrazzino. Buona la colazione. Molto disponibile e gentile la proprietaria. La struttura si trova su un incrocio di strade trafficate. In Vietnam tutti suonano quando si avvicinano a un incrocio, le finestre non insonorizzano, quindi se non avete dei buoni tappi alle 5 di mattina vi sveglierete al suono dei clacson.

• Mayte (10/5): Homestay muy limpio y bonito, con unos dueños muy amables - Precioso homestay, decorado con un estilo muy bonito y limpio. La habitación era limpia, muy espaciosa y contaba con aire acondicionado, televisión, nevera, un gran armario y baño privado, con agua caliente. A pie se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar al casco antiguo, aunque con grab puedes llegar en menos tiempo ya que es casi en línea recta. Para mí la ubicación era perfecta, porque huyes de toda la zona del ruido del centro y, en cambio, a pocos metros puedes llegar a la zona más tranquila de Hoi An. Reservé con ellos la actividad de cocina vietnamita y me encantó, realmente te recomiendo reservar esta actividad con ellos. Por otro lado, y lo más importante, Linh y su marido fueron súper amables durante toda mi estancia. Realmente se respiraba tranquilidad en su casa y ellos tenían una actitud muy cálida con los huéspedes. Al despedirme, Linh lo hizo como si una madre te estuviera deseando lo mejor en tu viaje :) ¡Sin duda nos volveríamos a alojar aquí si regresamos! Tener que irme, me hubiera gustado estar alojada más tiempo en este lugar.

• Nathalie (10/5): Super séjour!! - Nous avons passé un super séjour . Nous avions prévu d'y rester 3 nuits et finalement nous avons ajouté 1 nuit supplémentaire. Les hôtes sont attentionnés et disponibles. Mon mari a eu un problème de dos, ils nous ont indiqué l'hôpital le plus proche , également trouvé un rdv chez un kinésithérapeute vietnamien et même accompagné chez lui. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux avec la possibilité d'avoir un plat local. Top! Le logement est très propre. Je le recommande.

• Caroline (10/5): Un séjour inoubliable - Tout était vraiment parfait dans cette maison d’hôte, qui est très joliment décorée d’une part, et d’une propreté irréprochable d’autre part. Le lit est très confortable, le quartier est calme et à 20min à pied de la vieille-ville. Linh et Toan sont des gens adorables, qui ont à cœur de rendre votre séjour très agréable, très présents en cas de besoin pour les activités ou des conseils. Très bon petit-déjeuner proposé à la carte. Notre séjour chez vous restera inoubliable, merci encore !

• r12mailman (10/5): It’s a idea place and the Karaoke should not be a problem for people who enjoy night life. - Good breakfast and very generous food served every morning during my stay, owner being very warm and friendly. There’s a Karaoke place close by and it’s a little too loud for me because I’m not a night owl and like to go to bed early.

• Kristyna (10/5): Exceptional - We booked only one night to be closer to bus station. The homestay is super nice, staff is so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious! It’s not in the center but the area is nice as well.
• Sam (10/5): A home away from home! - From the moment we arrived Lihn and her husband were so welcoming. Our room was clean, bright and spacious. A laundry service is offered which is a great price. The property is located in a lovely quiet suburb of the town and a short 15 minute walk into old town. Plenty of shops, restaurants and spas within walking distance. We recommend claypot for food and blue gift spa for a super massage, both situated very close to the property. Lihn was also helpful with organising a transfer to Da nang airport which was considerably cheaper than grab taxi which we really appreciated! Lihn even made us homemade banana pancakes one afternoon which were so tasty! If your looking for an affordable homely stay in Hoi an - don’t hesitate to book! Would 100% recommend.
• Florian (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay here! The host family is very kind and welcoming. The room was cozy and clean. Wifi worked well. The breakfast was good and they have a variety of dishes - you choose what you want the night before. Location was great - walkable to the Old Town but located in a much quieter neighbourhood which we loved because Hoi An is quite touristy. They also arranged an airport transfer for us from Da Nang that was cheaper than Grab. We totally recommend this homestay!
• Melisa (10/5): The best Homestay in Vietnam! - This is the best place we stayed in Vietnam. Linh and her family make us feel so comfortable from the first day! The house is very clean and cozy, and we loved the breakfast as well. It was so tasty and it was prepared with the love of a mother! We really enjoyed staying with them !
• Ciara (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay in Gia Vien, it was the best accommodation and welcome we experienced in our entire time in Vietnam. The location is a little walk outside Hoi An centre but this means it is very peaceful and provides a nice break from the busy town centre. You are able to bike to the beach in 10minutes or so. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful - they couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. The breakfasts are delicious, great options and very generous portions. Our room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with lovely decor. We also visited their tailor shop in town and had a wonderful experience. Finally, the owner helped to organise postal service directly from the accommodation for us as we wanted to send some items home - this was so helpful and saved us having to bring everything to the post office etc. Thank you to Gia Vien and the lovely couple that own it for such a wonderful stay 😊
• Neele (9/5): Superb - The family who is running the homestay is soo friendly, they made everything possible to make our stay comfortable :) we also extended two more nights. The rooms are spacious. It is 5-10 minutes walk to the city which didn't bother us, plus it is not far to the rice fields. One of the rooms was a bit mouldy, but we could change directly! :)

• Page (10/5): The highlight of Vietnam, thoughtful host, spacious room, affordable bikes, and tailoring services - This was by far the best homestay of our entire month in Vietnam! We truly felt like we were staying with a Vietnamese family, while still experiencing the authenticity of the culture. The room was simple but spacious, with a lovely balcony and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly thoughtful, giving us the space we needed while also being available for anything we required. She even let us check in early after arriving on a 6 am night bus, which was such a relief. When we mentioned we were celebrating a religious holiday, she made us feel so welcome, preparing a special and delicious breakfast just for us—such a meaningful and sweet gesture. Her husband also arranged very affordable bikes for us to explore the area. The location was ideal—only 15 minutes from the old town but far enough to offer a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. A highlight of our stay was visiting her tailor shop. I designed and had items made in just one day with Lin, and the price was fantastic. There are plenty of tailoring options in Vietnam, but I highly recommend going with Lin—she’s truly talented! We would absolutely love to stay here again! nothing!
• Marco (10/5): Perfect stay in Hoi An - kindess of the lady and her husband. They were so helpful and kind. Rooms very good. Breakfast very good. Position: 10 min walking from old town, this is a good thing because the old town is busy at night so here is quiet and you can sleep quietly
• Rachel (10/5): A wonderful home stay with the most welcoming hosts - Lihn was the most warming and welcoming host. Spending 4 nights there felt like I had joined the family. As a solo traveller, she was spot on with being helpful and offering advice but also giving me space to explore myself. She was quick to help with washing, hire scooters and offer quick lifts to the beach when I couldn’t get a grab taxi. Nothing was too much for her. I was keen to get items tailored and naturally she took me to her shop. After seeing the quality of the first order of linen dresses I designed on day 1, I decided to place more orders and ended up with a lot more than intended! A credit to the quality, attention to detail and care she and Đài have as I can be quite picky!! Nothing. Outstanding value for money. Would highly recommend.

Linh noticed it was my birthday from my passport and surprised me at breakfast with a huge bunch of flowers! The rooms are really big and comfortable. Air con, balcony, super clean. Breakfast was really nice and a big portion. The location was good - roughly a 20 minute walk into the old town and a 40 minute walk the other way to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Nothing

The accommodation is beautifully designed and our room was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed all the breakfast options (Western and Vietnamese) and loved trying some local dishes which tasted great! The accommodation is well placed, and only a 15minute walk into the old town. We rented bicycles which was a great way to get around. We hope to stay here again in the future. Everything was perfect!

• Maria (10/5): I booked an accomodation and i found a home and an oasis of peace in a touristic town - An accommodation that is like a home. I have no words to describe how I felt. But what I can say for sure is that the harmony of the owners and their way of being can be seen and felt everywhere, from the plants and bonsai trees in the yard to the decoration of the house, there is so much atention for detailes! The lady even made me different color combinations of the fruits at the breakfast. It is a location that I have not met anywhere in Vietnam and i am coming in Vietnam for 4th time. Very, very clean, everything done in such a way that the tourist has all the comfort. It is an oasis of peace in the middle of a city. I extended my stay, I felt so good. I couldn't find anything!

Lin and her partner were warm & welcoming from the moment you arrive they are always on hand to help. Tours, scooters, bicycles they can help you with all. The owner also has a small shop where can custom make clothing for a great price. The room was clean and comfortable and wouldn’t with no doubt be back again. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on coming to vietnam next year and will be coming back here for much longer.

Lin is a very helpful women and will get you a Scotter, bus , train tickest. She is full of information and always willing to help. I can only recommend all aspects for this Homestay.

The family that runs the homestay were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodations themselves were top-notch, with a clean and cozy room that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, situated in a peaceful and quiet area of Hoi An that was still within easy reach of all the city's main attractions. But what truly made this homestay stand out was the warmth and hospitality of the family who runs it. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were eager to share their knowledge of Hoi An and the surrounding area. They even went out of their way to help me plan my itinerary and gave me great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. You can also rent a Motorcycle/Bike if needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Hoi An. With 10/10 on everything, it truly is a gem and I can't wait to visit again. Nothing, everything perfect!

Sehr schönes Zimmer für den günstigen Preis, aber leider etwas weit weg vom Stadtzentrum. Es sind aber Velos verfügbar. Das Morgenessen muss seperat gebucht werden (40000vn). Zwei Kritikpunkte: Wir gaben unsere Kleider für die Wäsche, aber diese waren dann nicht wirklich sauber. Und es sollte Wasser geben, aber dies streitete Sie ab.
