- Carolina (2/5): voto zero - Ho prenotato una camera il giorno di ferragosto, per mia distrazione non ho controllato l'orario di check-in (dalle 14 alle 16), impossibilitata ad arrivare entro l'orario previsto, ho chiamato la proprietaria intorno alle ore 13 per trovare un accordo. Trovandosi fuori città mi ha comunicato che per quel giorno non era più possibile accedere alla stanza perchè dopo le 12 non ci sarebbe più stata la persona incaricata per la consegna delle chiavi (quindi fuori orario check-in). Mi ha gentilmente invitata a contattare il servizio clienti per richiedere il rimborso e che senza problemi avrebbe avviato la procedura. Ho contattato un'operatrice hotels.com che ha ricontattato la proprietaria la quale ha cominciato ad inventare scuse per non farmi avere il rimborso. Non ho nemmeno avuto la possibilità di contattare una persona per accedere alla stanza al posto mio entro l'orario check-in comunicato sul sito perchè la proprietaria mi ha detto esplicitamente che non avrebbe in ogni caso trovato nessuno nemmeno dalle 14 alle 16. Sono sinceramente amareggiata per il trattamento e confido sulle procedure di hotels.com per ricevere un risarcimento.
- Jose (2/5): la información de lo que ofrecen no es verdad - yo solicité una habitación para 4 personas, y cuando llegué al lugar me dicen que solo es una habitación para 2 personas, por lo tanto no pude quedarme ahí, ya que no es lo que yo había reservado
