- John (2/5): - We got there & the property was "not available." Owner & Expedia still haven't refunded the charge, despite owner saying 2x, he'd contact Expedia & copy us. Expedia says "they can't" because owner hasn't responded.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid this unit at all cost! - Worst place we've ever stayed and we travel a lot as a family. First we were told the unit we rented was under construction and that they had one 15 minutes away so we went there and waited a total of 1 hour to get in. They didn't plan at all for us to check in. We had cranky kids ready to go to bed and they fell asleep while waiting for the unit to be cleaned. The 3 bedroom unit had 1 hand towel and 1 body towel for a family! There was only one top sheet. We looked for other towels and sheets and couldn't find any. The floors under the beds were filthy, filthy stained sheets were left lying around. The internet credentials didn't work so we had no internet while there. There was no tv to use the netflix credentials provided left us with no internet we couldn't even use our laptop to let the kids watch a show! The mugs had coffee stains because they hadn't been washed. So we washed our own dishes. They didn't have enough seats, dishes etc. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We were lucky we got parking because the spot we got was 1 hour during the day but ok for overnight parking. They tried to give us a late checkout but that didn't work because we would have gotten a ticket from our lack of ability to park after 9am.

(2/5): Horrible experience - I didn’t even get to stay at this location.. when I arrived someone was in the location that i booked so therefor it was booked by the both of us so i spoke to the owner and he sent me to a different location and when i got there he wasn’t giving me the correct code to check in. When i went in the ac wasn’t working so it was super hot mind you theres a heat wave going on i was also with 3 adults and a BABY. I then called him because there was no hot water no ac and there now was a leak in the roof.. i then told him to refund me my money because I wasn’t going to stay there and he refused and only gave me 200 dollars when I paid almost 600 for one night at this place..
- Haydn (2/5): - It was horrible, place was a disaster and unclean. Beds slept in and also trash full and toilet was full too. I demand a refund.
