- Masanori (10/5): コミニュケーションギャップと当方の確認不足があった物の快適だった - 朝食は美味しかった 最初二人で一部屋を予約し、後で一人追加のため、エクストラベッドを入れて三人で泊まれるか、確認しデラクスダブルに変更すると可能という返事。それで予約すると確認メールが来て、二人部屋を二部屋予約とあった。三人で一部屋と返し、追加ベッドが入ると回答された。現地に行くと、追加ベッドを入れた三人部屋と二人部屋一つになっていた。 コミニュケーションギャップと当方の確認が悪かったためとも思うが、変更の手続きの際もう少し丁寧に対応してほしかった。これはホテルというよりBooking>comの問題だと思う。

- Marie (8/5): I would recommend it, but will find another place next time I am in town. - Loved the location, the bathroom and shower, and the Zebra restaurant downstairs. The staff was also very super friendly. The bed wasn’t our favorite. It was on the firmer side and I prefer shorter sheets.
