Clare (10/5): Went out to watch the Europa league final so stay was short. Perfect location, hotel and result !! - Great location for Taksim square and all the bars / restaurants. Welcomed in by the staff who were friendly. Residence was clean and tidy, our room was a good size with kitchen facilities and bathroom. Would use this place again NA

Понравилось местоположение, очень удобный матрас,удобная кухня,персонал очень отзывчивый.У сына поднялась температура,поздно вечером,у нас с собой не было термометра,сотрудник отеля,сходил за термометром в другой отель и даже предложил жаропонижающее,но лекарство у меня с собой было.Огромное им спасибо за отзывчивость. Чистота не очень в номере,но я привыкла к этому в Стамбуле.Вода в душе не уходила в слив,я купалась на пластиковой подставке сына для унитаза,чтоб не стоять в этом озере.И ещё не было антимоскитных сеток на окнах,было душно,но как только открывали окно залетали мухи

Alena (10/5): Спасибо Вам за прекрасное время, еще вернемся. - За эту цену ожидали точно не этого, прекрасный персонал, который хорошо говорит на Английском. Приехали в 9 утра, спросили возможно ли ранее заселение, проверили номер был свободен и нам разрешили заселиться. Номера чистые, уютные, улица тихая, так что спать будете прекрасно. Учитывайте, что будет необходимо спускаться вниз от таксима по горке, и подниматься обратно (но с чемоданами мы просто вызвали такси до метро за 200 лир). Стоит заменить шланг и лейку в душе, они подтекали.

FARES (2/5): Chambre sale - Chambre très sale, avec énormément de poussière. Pendant cinq nuits, le ménage n’a jamais été fait. Nous quittions la chambre chaque matin vers 9h, donc il y avait largement le temps de le faire. Chaque soir nous le signalions à la réception, qui promettait que ce serait fait le lendemain, mais rien n’a jamais été fait. Vraiment honteux pour un hôtel. The room was very dirty, with a lot of dust. During five nights, the room was never cleaned. We left the room every morning around 9 a.m., so there was plenty of time to clean it. Every evening we told the reception, and they promised it would be done the next day, but nothing was ever done. Really shameful for a hotel.

Anna (7/5): - Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека, возможность включить кондиционер на обогрев, большая площадь номера, с отдельной спальней и большой гостиной, а также диваном, креслами и обеденным столом со стульями - ощущалось уютно как дома. Хотелось бы иметь средство для мытья посуды и губку раз уж есть кухня - приходилось мыть руками и мылом. Мы жили в номере в подвальном помещении - часто бились головой о низкий потолок на кухне, было прохладно. Так же было бы здорово если бы предоставляли зубную пасту. Не заметили чтобы хоть раз убирались за 5 ночей нашего пребывания. Даже мусор не выносили. А также заметила грязный след от обуви на "потолке" в душевой. Потолок в душевой, к слову, тоже был очень низкий и мой партнер ростом 1.90 мылся согнувшись. Вместо 3 маленьких урн было бы здорово поставить одну большую - габаритный мусор вроде контейнера от еды не влезал ни в одну из них. Также посуда при заезде не выглядела чистой - где-то была с въевшимися пятнами. Нож следует заменить с крошечного на нож побольше. Кстати, насколько я помню, в описании удобств в номере также заявлены халаты и утюг. Этого у нас не было. В целом неплохо, но все эти нюансы немного расстроили и не дотянули до заявленных 4 звезд.

Tatiana (8/5): 8/10 great apartment but not the best location - The furniture is nice, especially the mattress (veeeeery comfortable)! The room has a style ☺️ as it's a basement room - you can't hear street noises. There's a small kitchen with an electric stove and all the tableware. There's no smell in the room. Bathroom is renovated and looks clean. The owner is very helpful (solved the problem with the shower head very quickly and gave us an extra blanket). There's a heated floor in the bathroom, it's comfortable. There are two types of pillows for each person (a soft one and a stiff one). You should understand that it's a basement room so no great views heh, but it's fine. Location is convenient - very close to the Taksim square. Transportation is convenient too (metro, busses, trams), very close to Istiklal. We've stayed here for 5 nights and... nobody cleaned our room even once 😳 The stuff changed the towels once (when fixing the shower) and... that's it. Maybe it's because we usually were going out of the room around 1 pm (I mean, too late), but still. Nobody were taking out the trash, and trash bins are very tiny. Even though you can't hear the street noises, you can hear people talking or showering in the nearby rooms, even the notifications of someone's phone 😳 a shelf for the towels in the bathroom is broken, I hope it can be changed. These apartments are in the area where there are some poor ppl and pr******tes. It is quite safe here anyway, but you should be ready.

Georges (7/5): Nice staff despite all the negatives and accessible to taksim and main areas to see. - Close to taksim and metro Steep hill to walk to and from the main road, it can be a loud street during the night, can hear other people staying within the building, soap finished within the 4th day, I asked for it to be changed and didn’t get it replaced the remainder of the time I was there (2 weeks). Needed to clean the benches and bathroom once we arrived as it was still dirty.
