• Sarah (9/5): - La casa è vicinissima al centro di Oristano, con il parcheggio davanti casa. Comodo per raggiungere le spiaggie della zona. Andrea molto gentile, nonostante inizialmente non avesse disponibilità ci ha comunque accontentati con il letto matrimoniale!

• Justin (8/5): - Très bien situé, stationnement gratuit, hôte très gentil qui n’hésite pas à donner des conseils. Logement fonctionnel. Les murs sont très fins on entendait les voisins notamment ceux du dessus, et dès que quelqu’un montait les escaliers, ça nous réveillait. Il manquait quelques équipements pour la cuisine.

There was only equipment for preparing espresso. So, we just used paper filters & boiled water in a pot, added ground coffee, then poured it into a mug because we wanted “normal” coffee ;-)

Oeffentlichen Parkplatz zu finden, koennte schwierig werden. Keine Rezeption, telefonische Absprache der Ankunftszeit sinnvoll, um Wartezeit zu vermeiden. Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten alles prima.

New lift to floor. Very quiet and 7 mins walk right to the centre with breakfast and lunch just round the corner. The welcome and the really good condition of this accommodation was oustanding. We had no trouble parking free locally - on both days right outside the door. However ,first thing in morning and at night it fills up. and you might have to opt for a paid option in high season., which is within 10 metres. Wifi good. All good

• Valentina (9/5): Ottima esperienza - La struttura è centrale, comoda e pulita. È un palazzo su 3 livelli dove è presente un montacarichi per portare su le valigie e non solo. Ben curata negli ambienti. La stanza ben arredata, spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario. Letto comodissimo, abbiamo dormito veramente bene. Personale gentile e disponibile.

• CLAUDIA (10/5): - Ottima posizione, in 10 minuti a piedi sei nel centro di Oristano. Il monolocale Lilla ha una parte esterna molto grande. Il resto tutto ok. Anche valter super disponibile. Consigliatissimo Forse manca un tavolo o una mensola dove poter appoggiare delle cose.

Chaleureux accueil d' Andrea qui parle très bien français .Il nous a proposé le studio avec la terrasse c'était un plus pour les 4 jours. Merci encore pour sa réactivité et ses conseils.
