• Terry (9/5): Wonderful stay - Great location! Parking is available on the street close to the apartment. Andrea was the perfect host giving us a tour of all the rooms we could occupy and our private room with bath. European breakfast prepared for the time you select. Andrea is an informative host willing to share his lifelong knowledge of the area. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. We found the best way to survive is to have a late lunch before 3:00 pm. We usually ordered enough for a snack at 5 pm with a glass of wine. Enjoy your stay!

• Cornelia (9/5): Schöne Zimmer in sehr guter Lage - Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht, es war sehr angenehm. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich im Sommer. Super Lage, mitten in der Innenstadt. Sehr großzügige Zimmer, sehr schöne Einrichtung. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sahen einladend aus, wir haben sie aber nicht benutzt. Von der Straße her war es nachts recht laut. Das Frühstück war für uns weniger passend: Ich würde Wert auf einen ausgezeichneten Cappuccino (Siebträger-Maschine), frisches Brot bzw. frische Backwaren vom Bäcker legen - ich habe aber auch Verständnis dafür, dass der Inhaber kostengünstige Lösungen sucht.

Andréa est une très belle personne qui nous a non seulement bien conseillé sur les visites mais surtout nous a aidé pour solutionner nos problemes de voiture, ce qui était hors prestation hôteliere ! Encore un grand merci les ruelles d'Oristano sont étroites et de grosses pierres rendent la circulation compliquée.
• Sebastian (9/5): Ein charmantes, zentral gelegenes Gästehaus mit historischem Ambiente und modernen Annehmlichkeiten – ideal für einen Ku - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral im historischen Stadtkern von Oristano – perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Charme des über 500 Jahre alten Hauses, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail modernisiert wurde und dennoch seinen historischen Flair bewahrt. Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts war der Wasserdruck etwas schwach, was offenbar auf einen Stromausfall in der Stadt zurückzuführen war. Das Problem wurde jedoch schnell behoben.

Located in a historical area, the building gives the feeling of having been transported back in time. • David (8/5): Prima plek om te verblijven met een uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding - De kamer is in een oud pand met historie in de binnenstad, erg leuk. De beheerder Andrea is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren kan (gratis) in de buurt van de locatie, maar dan moet je niet met een al te grote auto zijn. De straatjes ernaartoe zijn namelijk heel smal. Iets verder weg, is een openbare (betaalde) parkeerplaats en die is helemaal prima. Voor een verblijf in Oristano aan te bevelen, zeker gezien de prijs. Het is een oud pand en dit vraagt toch wel wat extra schoonmaak en onderhoud. Hier en daar doen toch spinnen hun dagelijkse werk en dat zie je op bepaalde plekken. Verder werkte de airco in onze kamer niet zo goed.

Tuin was gesloten en onze luxekamer was buiten de muskieten, stoffig en gedateerd. Toilet voorziening werkte niet optimaal. Bijna geen daglicht, een raam dat vrij hoog zat waar weinig licht door kwam. Foto’s op Booking.com zagen er beter uit. Ontbijt gewoon lekker buiten doen.

Han kunde ge väldigt bra tips kring området, både att göra och att äta. Vi bodde i Oristano och gjorde dagsutflykter i området, till Bosa och Alghero bl.a. kan varmt rekommendera det här boendet om ni reser till Oristano!

• David (10/5): Wonderful B&B and a great host. - This was a most wonderful stay. It is an interesting old building with many quirky features. Andreas showed us round and offered us an alternative room or the one we had booked. We preferred the alternative one and his advice that the wifi was better in it. Indeed, the wifi was very good and I could easily pick up Radio Caroline's internet broadcasts. The room was very quiet and had a huge bathroom. There is a lovely lounge overlooking the Piazza Eleonra d'Arborea. Andreas made us excellent breakfast each of the three mornings bringing in lovely fresh croissants and home made bread. We had concerns about parking but on all three days (arriving about 4pm each time) we managed to get a free parking spot in the adjacent square of Piazza Pietro Martini (making sure we parked next to the white kerb stones; white is free). We visited the back garden and enjoyed a glass of wine on one of the warmer late afternoons. If you like cats, there are many roaming about the garden!
