Last year I managed to get a 300 Euro voucher and Hotel assured me that I can go and stay any time I want. Booked and agreed with Hotel employee for 4 days early August . Upon arrival and after having to drag our luggage over up that stairs - luck of a ramp for assisting customers - hotelier advised that we had booked for July and not for August leading to Hotel loss of money... Hotel insisted that they called me several times to ask why I didn't show up and tried to convince me that I'm ignorant and insisted that after a while ago all mobile phone delete call history 🙄 .... Who thinks that somebody would have booked for July , never show up and come one month ago at 19:00 with all that heat and ask for a room ... I'm sorry to say that this behavior is not what I was expecting after all these years 😞

• Frédéric (8/5): Super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis - Bei dem Preis kann man eigentlich nicht meckern. Klar wäre eine Auffrischung nötig, das ganze ist altgebacken. Aber Location optimal, selbst wenn griechische Live-Musik vom Restaurant in der Nebengasse zu hören ist. Sehr nettes Personal und das ganze einfach sehr günstig, bequeme Betten. Parken konnte ich 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
• ajinkyad2021 (10/5): Great value! - Stayed at this property for a week. Great central location, basically on the beach. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities - a great value for money! The owner and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Pleasant experience all around. Recommended!
• 504iros (10/5): Nice stay - Stayed there with my boyfriend for 4 days as a surprise for our anniversary. Hotel was as expected. Comfortable new matresses. Very close to the beach and in the centre of the city. Parking may be an issue but that is the case for Loutraki overall. Will go again next time.

• geosklias (10/5): One of the best spots in the city - We’ve stayed for a week and we were pleased with the room service and all of the assistance through the front desk. The room was shining and freshly renovated. Nice view on the city square,not so loud and a taxi station right by the exit. Friendly staff and well organised breakfast. Highly recommend!

• issyengy (2/5): Not a 3 star hotel - This hotel is not what it appears at first glance. Photos can be very misleading. This hotel is very rundown and certainly not a 3 stars hotel. Very old fashion decor, but clean throughout . Very noisy at night. Not a place I would revisit

• 956ediv (8/5): Great location - Spent a week here and found it quite pleasant. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and accomodating when asked for extras like sheets and pillows. The rooms whilst simple have a TV, a clean bed and a most importantly are clean. The bathroom could use a connector to place the shower hose on to have a shower allowing free use of both hands but no big deal. Breakfast was as expected typically European with cheeses, processed meats, cereal, coffee, pastries, boiled eggs tomato, cucumber and yoghurt. Was great to be able to take breakfast outside on one of the tables and sit relaxed watching the water and the world go by. Like others have said this is not a 5* Hotel but for the price and the location you will get a old style clean Hotel with a better than average breakfast with staff that are helpful allowing you to have a relaxed stay in this beautiful location about 50m from the water, with bars and restaurants at your doorstep and 100 miles from any care.
• MilicaK_13 (10/5): Great for it's price - Actually, much better than I expected from reading reviews here. Everything is clean (except the mirror and balcony door, but not that big of a deal), cleaning lady comes every day. Rooms are not that big (rooms with two beds are big enough, but rooms with more beds are the same size as the two bedded ones). Bathroom is clean, spatious enough. Location is 10+, great! There is no private parking, but you don't have to pay for the public parking, so it's okay. Staff is good.

• Aristeidis (10/5): Great value for money with all the basic - Great place in a small summer village, 80 km outside of Athens. The hotel provides all the basic for a 3 star hotel, with breakfast for simple taste. Great value for money as you can not expect much more from a family 3* star hotel in a small town.

• DevonJasper (6/5): Nicely positioned hotel in centre of Loutraki - This hotel has a nice building and location, bedrooms are fair but it lets itself down because there does not seem to be enough care. We constantly had to ask for more hot water, having specified a room with a bath it was almost impossible to use it. The breakfast was meagre and on the second morning we went out and brought back a selection of fruit etc to make the breakfast taste better. Disappointing

• Curtis E (8/5): Nice surprise of a place, nice surprise of a town - Good mid range hotel right in downtown of a nice resort city. Just off the beach and just off the main drag, stores and restaurants within a few feet. easy to walk everywhere and easy to get everything we want. Streets crowded so parking is a challenge. Had to lift the suitcases up steps. Mid range place, not luxury, but we didn’t care!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, super cadre à deux pas de la mer, chambre correcte pour un trois étoiles, seul gros bémol le frigo vraiment très bruyant, pas évident de s endormir avec ça (peut être que c était juste le nôtre qui fonctionnait mal), petit déjeuner un peu minimaliste. En résumé, selon nous c'est un bon hôtel de passage pour une ou deux nuits.
• Synetos (2/5): TERRIBLE. SURLY STAFF. - We pulled up to this hotel after a long drive and were ignored for about ten minutes while the surly woman at the desk was on a personal phone call. When we finally got a room my wife took a bath. When she tried draining the tub the entire bathroom flooded. When I went downstairs the surly woman at the desk told me that there was no on available to help us and she came upstairs HERSELF with a bucket and mop. As my wife was simultaneously trying to dry her hair the electricity went out on the entire floor. We told her we wanted another room and we were, after much pleading, given a smaller room with two twin beds instead of the queen suite we had originally booked. When we said we wanted compensation for the cheaper room, she told us that it was OUR CHOICE to leave the original room – the flooded one with no power! Our choice?! What nerve! At any rate this hotel should not be at the top of anyone’s list when they stay at Loutraki!
• patrizia32 (6/5): Bizarre - We arrived and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the ‘receptionist’ had a long and animated phone call. At no time did she acknowledge us. We finally interrupted her and she showed us to our room. It had been a long hot dusty day of visiting the sites and I wanted a cool bath and a nap. Imagine my dismay when I pulled the plug and the room filled up with about 2 inches of water. The ‘receptionist’ brought up a mop and kind of intimated that it was my fault. I wanted a different room, she said I would have to pay as it was my choice to switch... not the fact there was still 2 inches of water everywhere. Really... in such a dreary area the management needs to up the game. Disappointing.
• eyalgold2007 (10/5): NICE HOTEL NICE PEOPLE good location - liked the sea view and its only 50 meters from the beach the reception lady and men are very nice and helfull its value for money the only thing i think would need to take of is the wifi i would recommend this hotel for sure
