- Philip (7/5): Charming place, helpful staff. - Outdoor entrance was enchanting, much like Sapa itself. The room was spacious and the facilities were working as intended. Our point of contact was available for our enquiries and was helpful in small requests like storing our luggage outside of check in time. It would've been better to have been greeted by someone on first visit. Managed to check in with our contact relaying us the directions. It was raining a few hours prior to check-in, and a bit of water was flowing out the bathroom when we checked in. A lot of stairs to climb up, would be difficult for eldery/disabled.

Literie propre Pas trop bruyant car légèrement en retrait de la rue malgré un accès pas forcément facile nombreux escaliers Absence d'eau chaude pendant les deux jours. Salle de bain non nettoyée à notre arrivée personnel gentil quand on le trouve !!!!!

Accueil 24/24 , ou ?je suis arrivé a 6h30 personnes, endroit désert, heureusement il m'ont quand meme répondu très vite par message.en parlant de message heureusement qu'ils répondent car très difficile de trouver qlq'1 .payement par carte ,là encore impossible, cela est pourtant mentionné (heureusement que j'avais un peu de liquide).une fois dans la chambre "Surprise ou est le lit king-seiz" lit standard 120cm dur comme du bois.pas de serviette ,produit d'entretien juste de quoi ce laver pour 1 douche, par ce que le nettoyage cotidien comme mentionné, oublié. 4 jours zéro ménage ,du coup pas d'eau ,pas de produit, pas de papier toilette. Passons au petit déjeuner. Alors c'est simple, j'y avais le droit mais on ne m'a pas expliqué quand ni comment? J'aurais pu certes me renseigner(par message) mais avoir vu 2 fois des rats dans la cuisine ....et pour finir, insonorisation zéro. En bref extrêmement déçu

- Peter (10/5): Super! - Lieve host en erg behulpzaam. Ontbijt was heerlijk. De accomodaties heeft voor ons de privé taxi geregeld naar onze volgende bestemming. Ook de chauffeur van de accommodatie was zeer vriendelijk.
- Karen Maidment (9/5): Great little find for the price, great location! - The location was in central Sapa, next to the lake. Ideal. Be aware that there are 71 steps to climb to get to the hotel. The room offers either hot or cold air, which us great for an AC remote, it was very cold when we were here. The beds were comfortable, we did ask for an extra pillow. For location and price, it is fine. Breakfast is coffee and fried eggs with a baguette. The steps were hard going with heavy cases!

Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar nei dintorni dove mangiare. La camera era grande. Personale molto disponibile, anche su whatsapp risponde subito, abbiamo incontrato solo il padre della proprietaria che è stato davvero carino e gentile !! Il bagno e la stanza erano freddi e umidi, avevamo la pompa di calore ma non funzionava, faceva aria ancora più fredda. Abbiamo fatto presente, non so se poi sia stato sistemato alla fine non abbiamo più provato ad accenderla. Struttura un po’ vecchia quindi le camere non sono molto insonorizzate.

On the other hand, the cleanliness in both the common areas and our room could have been a little more thorough, as we did notice some dust. That said, the overall experience remains very positive, largely thanks to the host’s hospitality and the enviable location.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato buono, anche se abbiamo notato che la locanda mostra un po' la sua età nell'arredamento e nei mobili. Abbiamo anche pensato che la colazione giornaliera potrebbe beneficiare di una maggiore varietà e che la pulizia in alcuni punti potrebbe essere più costante. Pur rappresentando un valore equo, una rinfrescata in queste aree renderebbe la proposta di valore ancora più forte e all'altezza della meravigliosa atmosfera che il proprietario ha creato.

- Rocky (9/5): Convenient Location and Warm Hospitality, but Some Areas for Improvement - The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of Sapa City Center with Sapa Lake just in front of the hotel. The owners are incredibly accommodating and gave us a warm welcome, especially after our original booking fell through. The room is spacious for a couple, and the heater is a lifesaver. The overall ambiance is cozy and inviting, making for a comfortable stay. The stairs can be challenging if you’re traveling with someone who has mobility issues or if you have heavy luggage, though the staff is helpful and willing to assist. The bed could be more comfortable, as it was firmer than we preferred. Breakfast is not buffet-style; in our case, it included two pieces of bread, eggs, a sliced cucumber on the side, and coffee or tea, with jam also offered.

The location is great and the staff were helpful. We had no hot water for hours when we first checked in, and even when it did work you got about 3 minutes of water before it ran out. The room wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there, very thin towels too. We were woken up one morning to very loud music being played for hours by the staff which we found odd. I wouldn’t stay here again

- Raphaël (2/5): The bed was comfortable. Showering was a hell cuz of the lack of warm water. Overall, this aint it - The property is located on a good place. The staff is friendly and is very helpful as well. The room however, when entering it at first I smelled a strong odor. It reminded me of fungi. Then I checked the bathroom and saw that it was full of crevices and the ceiling had it’s fair share of black mold. It isn’t safe for your health have a room like this. I understand maintenance can be a lot of work, I just think that keeping the rooms mold free is just a bare minimum. The mechanical ventilation is also poor. So when showered in the morning, your whole bathroom and bedroom area will still be damp and even moist. The quality of the bathroom, mold situation and the poor humidity control.

- Sathya (8/5): Wonderful location, budget friendly and Cozy room - We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful property in Sa Pa! The location was unbeatable – right in front of the stunning lake and within walking distance to the town center. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our luggage after checkout, which made our day much easier. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely bed equipped with a heater, which was a wonderful surprise given the chilly Sa Pa weather! The property's central location made it easy to explore Sa Pa's attractions, including the nearby Pagoda, Sa Pa station, and lake. What really impressed us, though, was the staff's assistance in renting a two-wheeler at a very competitive price – the best we found in Sa Pa! - We appreciated the efforts to accommodate dietary preferences, but found the vegan options to be somewhat limited. Perhaps considering a few more plant-based choices could enhance the dining experience. - We did find the lack of an elevator to be a bit of a challenge when carrying our luggage to the room
- Dmitrii (10/5): Exceptional - All was excellent. Clean, quiet, cozy, safe. The apartment has everything you need for living: kitchen utensils, a stove, an electric kettle, a fridge. Good wi-fi internet. The hosts are pleasant nice friendly people. Perfect communication and management, fast feedback, we got all help about any request. There were no problems at all with check-in or accommodation. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

- Carol (8/5): Good Sapa center location - Good location, if one would like to be in town center..yet room quiet. Electric mattress heater - much welcomed surprise. Room given felt musty/humid - likely as no sun exposure nor fan. If one has mobility/step concerns…inquire well room options.

- Luana (2/5): Very poor - If you don't mind staying in a dirty room and sleeping with dirty bed sheets than this place is for you! Lucky we didn't get bed bugs! Just a few good points for the cute dogs!
- Reycell (10/5): The location is very convenient, the room is quiet, and the staffs are helpful. - The location is perfect; it’s very close to everything. They also helped us with early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip more comfortable, and they were very responsive to our questions and requests. The shower heater is inconsistent; at one point, it didn’t provide hot water, so we had to shower in cold water, but it was still manageable.

- Karen (9/5): You get what you paid for in this property but overall it is a good one. Still recommend it to my friends. - It is within the center near the lake. The bed sheet smells like old and used already. Maybe because of the gloomy weather not sure why it smells different.
