- Rawin (9/5): - The room is spacious and very comfortable. The food. Very limited in-room service menu. I ordered prawn fried rice which I would say that the taste was somewhat below par. They could have done better as a catering team of a hotel like this.

- Timothy (10/5): very satisfied - The great check in experience was made possible by the very efficient Mr Pear. He noted that I was a regular customer who always booked the premier king Corner Plus room and I was a One Harmony member. He duly upgraded my party and me to allow us access to the Executive Lounge on the 21st floor which was an excellent place to enjoy privacy and the view. it was a nice thought and went a long way to secure my continued support. The only thing missing in the Hotel is a nice cozy sports bar that should be tucked away in some corner.
- Nabil (9/5): Very good. - Quiet, polite, clean typical Japanese Very bland, nothing too fancy. For instance the pool could have fountains or a waterfall or different sections but it’s just a rectangle. Gym is not a serious one. Very small with a couple machines.

- philippe (9/5): Bon choix - Facile d’accès. Hôtel récent très bien entretenu. Chambre vaste, d’angle, étage supérieur. Belle vue , excellente insonorisation. Accueil très pro, sourire garanti. Belle salle de bains, WC séparés. Très bon petit déjeuner. Une dizaine de restaurants dans le même bâtiment ( Japonais, Chinois, Coréens etc…) Il est prudent de réserver. Piscine de bonne dimension, on aimerait plus de verdure et de parasols.

- Lisa (9/5): Modern, comfortable luxury hotel close to BTS - Lovely hotel, good facilities, room very modern & well equipped. Lovely view of Bangkok. Bed was extremely comfortable. Japanese toilet! Staff were helpful & friendly. Location was right next to the BTS so good for transport. Good restaurant options nearby We tried the breakfast one day & it was ok but not amazing, in our opinion not worth the ££, although there was a large selection of food.

- Jessica (9/5): Beautiful stay in a great location in Bangkok - Beautiful hotel with lovely interior, super clean. Location wise is super handy, and there's a shortcut to go straight to the BTS Issues with the bath drowning, and then tried for early check-in, front counter tried to charge us for a full day even though we were 30 minutes out from paying the half day price. Just a bit sneaky in that aspect...

- Peter (10/5): Best hotel in Bangkok - Meget, meget pænt og rent hotel og med virkeligt sødt personale. Udsigten fra hjørneværelset var fantasien. Vi har boet flere steder i Bangkok, men dette er ubetinget det bedste. Stedet ligger rigtig godt og i kort afstand til SkyTrain. Personalet fulgte os endda derhen og hjalp os med at købe billetter. Det er virkelig et dejligt hotel og her skal vi helt sikkert bo igen næste gang vi er i Bangkok. Intet, alt var godt!

- XIUQING (9/5): - Amenities are good, service is excellent! The toilet door should have a rubber stopper so that it won't bang loudly when we close the toilet doors. Pillows should be harder, or have choices of pillows. Room should have 2 chairs so it will be easier when we have in-room dining.

The pool area was also very nice and the location is excellent. There wasn't really anything that stood out that we didn't like. This is a solid option for a good place to stay in Thonglor.

The staff were attentive, including Pong from concierge, and Farm on reception who provided exceptional assistance. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Would definitely stay again.
- Culture07560308752 (4/5): Not terrible but significant room for improvement - Definitely not a five star experience. Not terrible, but lacking in a variety of ways. Most crucially, at least for me, the promised “coffee service” is instant coffee, there is no other coffee in the rooms. I was informed the only way to get actual coffee in the room is to order room service. Also only two small water bottles provided, so one small one each if there are two persons in the room. Finally, you can hear noise from Thong Lor and Sukhumvit in the rooms. Otherwise not bad but overall sort of a low end five star by Bangkok standards.

- Su (9/5): Comfortable and delightful stay :) - The clean and well maintained room was much appreciated. The staff is well trained and grounds well kept. It is located very near BTS, and surrounding area has good food choices. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as the selection was great and of good quality. The pool is of decent size for laps and the surroundings very relaxing. We are very happy with our stay there. Glad we had 3 nights there. Will definitely stay there again. Keep up the good work, Nikko hotel team! Not one thing.
