- Ozshen (5/5): Pleasant - The location was great. Great pool and the room was ok. The food choice was not only limited with minimal on the menu. What was also served was not what was on offer and what you would expect. Food was definatly a big let down. Breakfast we waited for over an hour for 2 fried eggs which we repeatedly had to remind staff who didnt real seem to bothered. It defiantly let down the expectations of a Hilton. I now inderstand why the cost and the star ratting is so low.

Das Frühstück. Sehr viel Luft nach oben. Speisesaal unpersönlich.Kantine mässig. Zu viel Asiatisches Essen.

L’hôtel est grand avec une belle piscine au dernier étage ainsi qu’un restaurant en roof top très bon et prix correct. Je recommande l’hôtel que ce soit pour un court ou long séjour. Metro à proximité. Le personnel très sympa et disponible à tout moment. Le nettoyage au niveau de la salle de bain n’était pas très top, des cheveux présents sur les murs mais sinon rien à dire sur tout le reste ainsi que dans l’hôtel en lui même.

Bathroom sink water not going and it take very long time. 3. bathroom flash not working most of the time 4. in room tv no use. We cannot use the tv as we are foreigner we will use youtube and Netflix. Here is just normal tv no users for that.

- Lemanczyk (8/5): Nice, clean, affordable stay near downtown KL - Excellent room...a bit small (single) but comfortable, clean and quiet. Very nice roof-top pool with panoramic views toward KLCC and the downtown area. Very good value for money. Not the hotel's fault, but the location, sandwiched between the Malay Kampung Baru and the less than salubrious Chow Kit is far from ideal. The Monorail is 300 m away, but doesn't really connect well with other public transport services. Lack of decent restaurants or food courts in the area, but at least if you're really hungry you can buy a cow's head in the night market up along Jalan Raja Alang!

- Sunny (8/5): Chilling out - The location of the hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy The room assigned probably near the elevator shaft ( room 710). Could here the lift going up and dwn and the noise made it irritating.. bathroom lights were rather dim. Only 2 dwn lights. There was probably a power surge during my stay as the lights kept flickering. Breakfast was ok.. . the braised peanuts for porridge was already sour. Please do not hve a hsekeeping staff going around sweeping the floor during breakfast when guests are seated at their tables. The staff was practically sweeping the floor in between the tables when guests were eating. He did it next to mine .. the cover of the porridge fell into the pot of porridge and the kitchen staff doing the replenishment didnt notice it.. Porridge was excellent and so was the masala tea .2 thumbs up.

Gefallen hat definitely das Bett , Sehr gute hochqualitative Matratze und sehr gute Qualitaets- Bettwaesche. Sehr sauber und duftend. Per WhatsApp bekommt man alles, was man braucht vom Housekeeping. DAs Zimmer war etwas zu klein , Koffer ! Furchtbarer Fruestuecksraum Abfertigung, Fruestueck eine Kathastrophe, Keinerlei Qualitaet.

AVOID! - Nothing at all - the location is not great - the staff were unhelpful - we had to call for services and repeat the call 5 times in order to get something done The photos advertised vs what we got in our room is very different. The bathroom as small and dirty. The shower curtain was useless - everyday our bathroom was flooded as the shower water wasn’t contained at all! Inconvenience to the max!

- Jozsef C (9/5): - Good location, close to Chow Kit LRT station, there are plenty of eating places, shops and markets in the area, some malls are 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. We walked home from the Petronas Towers one day, and it took about 20-25 minutes. The staff were very nice, friendly, helpful, and approachable throughout our stay. Clean, spacious room with a large bathroom. The neighbourhood seemed to be a little bit rough, but we never had any problems, even during a late evening return to the hotel.
