Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and spacious apartment - A very clean, spacious and well-equiped apartment which is close to the airport. A plentiful breakfast was provided too.

Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Awful hotel. Avoid at all costs. My flight was delayed and they refused to keep reception open even 10 minutes beyond the midnight closing time. I understand that it stated the closing time of reception on hotels.com but i would hope a decent hotel would show some flexibility. They also refused to reimburse me. This left me frantically searching for somewhere else to stay and cost me significantly more. Dreadful start to a honeymoon. Avoid like the plague.

Andrew (10/5): Thanks Guiseppe - Giuseppe the owner was absolutely brilliant. Our flight was delayed and hire company tried their usual tricks!... Anyway Guiseepe stayed an hour after expected arrival and gave us a warm greeting. He showed us around a spotlessly clean apartment, large bathroom, comfy beds and shared kitchen where breakfast was the next morning. Giuseppe said we could help yourself to coffee and snacks. Highly recommended for a reliable stay.
Verified traveler (10/5): - Check in was a bit difficult as no one is on site and it is a gated property. Recommend contacting the owner before hand with your ETA so he can meet you with the keys. Otherwise, very good property.

Jorge Gustavo (8/5): B&B bien comunicado, y en buena zona - En general buen hotel, lo mejor de todo fueron las atenciones de Valentina quien fue muy atenta y Giuseppe aunque no lo conocimos siempre contestó mis mensajes de Whatsapp, sin embargo, tengo que decir que solicité servicio de taxi hacia el aeropuerto el día de nuestra partida y aunque Giuseppe, el encargado del lugar, confirmó; el taxi nunca llegó y tuvimos que tomar un servicio alterno de emergencia (talvez el taxista quedó mal y no ue culpa de Giuseppe). El hotel está convenientemente cerca de un centro comercial de 24 horas y de la estación de trenes Ciampino.
Gayle (8/5): - The owner spoke English but the lady who checked is in did not. But she was very nice and helped me understand what she was saying. The only problem was that we had set up days in advance for the shuttle service to pick us up at the airport. When we had to be rerouted and got there later than expected even though we kept in touch with him he would not come and left us to find our own way.

Adam (10/5): Great room, brilliant host and nice breakfast - Brilliant room in a location perfect for the airport. We had a very early flight so public transport was not possible, but our host called a taxi for us and we got to the airport in good time. There was a fantastic pub 10 minutes away too which made it a very nice evening.
SIlviu (8/5): Good choice for one nightsleep on Ur way to Rome - Good location, close to Ciampino train station, just 15minutes by bus away from Rome Ciampino airport. Giuseppe was very kind and attentive. Italian style breakfast with coffee maker, microwave and other appliances available. Room was simple, but with access to a private bathroom, still a little too cold.

Daniela (10/5): Consigliato - Siamo rimasti solo una notte, per via di un volo all'alba da Ciampino, a cui è vicinissimo. Oltre alla comodità dell'ubicazione, abbiamo trovato un proprietario gentilissimo e un appartamento pulitissimo ed ordinato. Tutto nuovo, inclusi i comodi materassi.
