• Asif (10/5): Comfortable room, friendly staff - I had a great stay. The room is comfortable with a great bed and hot shower. WiFi worked very well in my room. The staff are friendly and helpful (they also speak English). I was able to leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out. The location is nice, 3-4 mins walking from the main square and famous basilica, and 10-12 mins from the port. The breakfast was ok, but can be improved. Not many options.

• Putallaz (10/5): Je recommande à 100% - Hyper confortable, propre, silencieux, petit-déjeuner très bon, personnel accueillant. Gros plus pour le chauffage dans les chambres ! Et l'eau chaude dans la douche ! Rien, il est un poil plus éloigné du centre que d'autres établissements, mais c'est ce qui permet d'être au calme. Et on rejoint le centre en 5 minutes dans tous les cas.
• Dorien (7/5): Goed voor kortverblijf - Comfortabele, grote bedden. Sonia was heel vriendelijk, we mochten onze spullen laten staan toen we naar Isla del Sol gingen voor 2 dagen. De badkamer is ideaal; net groot genoeg, warm water… Onze kamer was best ver waardoor we echt amper wifi hadden, in de lobby was de wifi wel goed dus dit was denk ik enkel door de ligging van de kamer. Ik zag bij het ontbijt dat er iemand van het personeel aan de spatel likte waarmee de eitjes worden klaargemaakt, sindsdien dus geen eitjes meer voor mij. Als we het raam van onze kamer opende, hadden we constant een uitlaatgeur van auto’s in de kamer dus van frisse lucht was weinig sprake… er passeren veel auto’s/vrachtwagens langs een zijde van het hotel.

Хороший завтрак для этой стоимости. Горячий душ! Оплата только наличной - это не страшно, но радо предупреждать на этапе заселения, тогда все будет ок
• Carola (7/5): Weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, mit Heizung - Hier habe ich gebucht wegen der Heizung, die auch tatsächlich abends um sechs angeht. Bis ins Zentrum muss man schon etwas laufen. Nicht ganz so prickelnd in der Höhe. Frühstück ist okay. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett, ich habe einen zweiten Kaffee erhalten. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet (Wandbemalungen) Ich hatte extra mehr bezahlt für ein größeres Zimmer. Habe dann aber doch ein relativ Kleines erhalten. Um das Bett herum war kaum Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten haben auch gefehlt.

La ubicación es lejos del puerto y del terminal de bus. A la noche al rededor es oscuro apesar de sentir seguro. Cerca a unas 2 cuadras hay una iglesia y algunas bodeguitas. Cuarto muy pequeño pero para una noche está bien.

Eles cobram a diária levando em consideração o câmbio paralelo para bolivianos e não no câmbio comercial, penso que eles poderiam deixar isso claro desde o início aos hóspedes para não haver surpresas como aconteceu comigo.

Wir hatten in bar nur Bolivianos dabei, sie wollten aber USD. Mit BOB hätten wir nur zu einem schlechten Kurs bezahlen können. Schliesslich konnten wir über Paypal zahlen.
• Stefan (8/5): - Great hostel for the price you pay and with super friendly staff! Spacey room, breakfast is good. If you book this, don’t miss doing the La Horca del Inca” hike. It starts just right behind the hostel (2mins, check on google). Bring 10 BOB entry fee per person. The hike is fun, adventurous and the view from the top marvelous. The sunset is particularly nice! The room is not very soundproof. If this is an issue, maybe the wrong place.

Então reserve umas moedas para usar o táxi para sair para comer ou dar uma volta na cidade. Pq em virtude da altitude não consegui ir para a praça e voltar caminhando

• Sérgio Tadeu (10/5): - Esse hotel é excelente,em tds os aspectos, estou viajando a mais de um mês e não esperava encontrar um hotel tão bom assim aqui em Copacabana na Bolívia, de tds os hotéis que fiquei (foram muitos no Peru e este aqui na Bolívia) esse hotel tem o melhor café da manhã, funcionários muito educados e prestativos em td ( desde de explicar caminho para lugares turísticos até chamar um táxi prontamente na hora que precisei, recomendo o hotel Sônia pra tds que vierem em Copacabana na Bolívia tranquilamente.

I could leave my luggage the next day whilst on Isla del Sol. Breakfast was fresh and filling. - no curtain / glass panel in shower so whole bathroom got wet! - as others have mentioned the conversion rate between dollars and bolivianos make it more expensive than expecting

Ogrzewanie dostepne na zyczenie, ale trzeba sie o nie wykłócać :( Sniadanie skromne, ale ok. Mozna zostawic plecak, albo przeczekac w recepcji. Wifi ok. Oczywiscie ich lokalny przelicznik.... 120 Bs za noc to zdecydowanie za duzo i zdecydowanie wiecej niz na booking (wynegocjowalam 100 Bs). Poprosilam o przenosne ogrzewanie, dziewczyna na recepcji powiedziala, ze przyniesie. Czekalam ponad godzine... Musialam sie o nie wyklocac u pana pracujacego. Pokoj od strony ulicy glosny slychac samochody wieczorem i rano. Jeden jedyny dostepny kontakt w pokoju. Drzwi do pokoju sa z szyba, wiec swiatlo zapalone na korytarzu wpada do pokoju. Ciezko zalonic tez kompletnie kotary w oknie. Super nowy tv nie dziala. Brak lampki nocnej. Check out o 10.30am to dosyc wczesnie. Troche daleko od centrum i od jeziora, ale blisko do Bazyliki.

Olvidaron poner papel higiénico en el baño!... detalle menor por que casi siempre lo tenemos como parte del equipaje... pero bueno un pequeño error se pasa por algo.

• Cristina (7/5): Ok würde aber nicht mehr wiederkommen - - es war sehr günstig und Frühstück war inkludiert - die Mitarbeiter waren nett - Handtuch wurde gestellt - Frühstück wurde serviert und war von der Menge sehr spärlich - das Hotel ist viel zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt - Zahlung in USD oder zu einem viel zu hohen BOB Kurs (die anderen Bewertungen bezüglich dieser Thematik kann ich nur zustimmen). Ich hatte zum Glück USD dabei, deshalb funktionierte die Bezahlung problemlos.

• Laura (6/5): - - gute Lage - gutes Frühstück - konnten auch unser Gepäck nach Check-out lagern und am Vortag schon früher einchecken - hellhörig, unser Zimmer war an der Straße - konnten nur in US Dollar zahlen, mit Kreditkarte ging nicht, und uns wurde ein sehr hoher Wechselkurs verrechnet, als wir mit Bolivianos zahlten (20 US-$ zu 240 BOB). Auf Nachfrage wieso dies so viel war, sagte man uns, dass ja Kommission enthalten sei, nach einiger Diskussion erhielten wir dann 40 BOB zurück. Zur Info 20 US-$ sind ca. 140 BOB, also wurde hier ein sehr hoher Wechselkurs verlangt, trotz vermeintlicher „Kommission“ an booking.com (die ja nicht von den Kunden selbst gezahlt wird, sondern vom Unternehmen!!)

• Kathleen (9/5): Nice staff, comfortable accommodations - The staff is really nice. The room was a good size. The breakfast was good: eggs, toast, fruit and cereal. Quiet. Its a little far from town, a 12 minute walk. One morning the shower wasn’t hot, I guess too many people were using it.
