The window obviously cannot be open, but in the bathroom the small window can be opened and offers a stunning view. Everything is great. The staff is extra kind and nice.

- KAORU (7/5): 設備不良はよくあるのかな？ - 駅からほど近く、近くにスーパーや飲茶のお店もあり良かったです。スタッフの方も親切でした。 チェックアウト日の朝起きて電気を付けたら、一瞬焦げ臭い匂いと共に部屋の電気、バスルームの電気が複数箇所付かなくなりました。 チェックアウト前に少し外出する際、フロントのスタッフに伝えました。 帰ってくると、部屋の電気が全てつかなくなっており、少し荷造りがしにくかったです。 一人旅の為、設備不良で少し不安になりました。

- Jang (10/5): 만족한 호텔 - 방이 넓고 매우 깨끗함.입구는 좀 창고 같은 느낌이나 한층에 방이 두개고 엘레베이터가 두대있어 매우 편리함. 트램역이 가까워 완차이 전시장까지 트램타면 매우 편리한 위치. 지하철역은 내려서부터 A1출구까지 생각보다 멀다. 출고에서 호텔은 매우 가까움 입구 바닥을 래드카펫을 깔면 좋을 것으로 보이며, 경고문구가 너무 많아 조심스러움. 생수는 한병쯤 주면 좋을 것 같다.

- Michèle (7/5): grosszügige zimmer mit grossen betten, leider sehr ringhörig - es gibt pro stock 4 zimmer, somit kein langes anstehen an den liften. geräumiges zimmer, man hat gut platz und es ist alles sehr sauber. zweckmässige aber gute einrichtung. sehr bequemes und vor allem sehr grosses doppelbett. es war unglaublich ringhörig :( man hörte jedes wort, jedes geräusch, jede klospülung, auch das, was auf dem klo passiert. die schallisolierung gegen die strasse ist gut, innerhalb des hotels leider eine katastrophe.

- Amardeep (7/5): Pleasant hotel two stops from Central - A pleasant stay. It’s not a glamorous place but it was clean and close to the subway. Lady at reception spoke English and was friendly. The subway is close but be aware that once you get in it’s a bit of a long walk to the actual platforms! The hotel lift can take a while to come!

Удобная кровать, хороший душ с сильным напором воды. При следующем посещении Гонконга, обязательно выберу этот отель, т.к. очень хорошее соотношение цены/качества. При заезде надо оставлять депозит 500 гонконгских долларов или 100 USD. Просто имейте это ввиду.

Une bouteille d'eau a l'arrivée n'aurait pas été un luxe. Et un matelas un peu moins dur aussi. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit dej ou de repas possible.
- Šárka (8/5): - Pokoj byl na poměry v Hong Kongu prostorný - samozřejmě vzhledem k tomu, že jsme byli v pokoji tři bylo toho prostoru méně, ale v pokoji jsme mnoho času netrávili, takže to bylo úplně v pohodě. Pokoj byl velmi čistý a úklid probíhal pravidelně, vše bylo v pořádku. Personál velmi ochotný, hovořící anglicky. Zálohu na pokoj je možno uhradit v hotovosti a její vrácení pak proběhne ihned při odjezdu. Poloha hotelu je výborná - metro je kousek, tramvaj za rohem a autobusové spojení je také kousek. Bohužel postele byly tvrdší a třetí lůžko bylo ještě více tvrdé než pevné postele. Nebylo úplně zřetelné, že třetí lůžko bude skládací přistýlka, což bohužel většinou nevěstí nic dobrého - kdyby bylo třetí lůžko pevné jako ostatní, bylo by to přeci jen lepší. Možná jsou tvrdé matrace v této destinaci úplně normální......

Good service from Patrick After staying for 4 nights I wanted to leave my luggage for 3 nights and then come back to the hotel and stay for another 3 nights, but the $100 USD charge to leave 2 suitcases was quite ridiculous. Выходя из гостиницы поворачиваешь на лево, 200 метров прямо и ты около остановки трамвая, на котором удобно добраться до центра. Также с аэропорта удобно добираться на автобусе до гостиницы. Если выйти на набережную , по которой просто здорово прогуляться, и пойти на право , то через 500 метров будет причал, с которого отправляются паромы до Макао, очень удобно добираться пешком, без транспорта. Отзывчивый персонал. Взяли 500 долларов залога, но после выезда отдали без проблем. Относительно небольшой номер. А так это лучшее сочетание цена-качество

- Neira (10/5): Perfect location - The location was perfect, we did almost all of the main sites on foot. The view from the room blew us away. The staff are very polite.

- Saninder (6/5): Decent location but it’s more like a motel than a 4 star hotel. - The hotel is close to public transport and the room was clean. It’s advertised and priced as a 4 star hotel. However, it’s more like a motel. Basic room, small bed and no amenities to speak of as such.

- John (10/5): Clean, quiet stay - Clean, quiet, a few blocks away from sai ying pun metro station and tram stop.
- Wojciech (9/5): - Blisko metra, dobra baza do zwiedzania. Wieczorem spokojnie, w dzień w pobliżu znajdziesz wszystko co potrzebne. Podobnie w samym pokoju, wszystko co potrzebne, czajnik, lodówka, klima, czysta łazienka. Pokój nie był duży ale wystarczający.
- Sakemi (10/5): とてもよかった - ロケーションが良かった。隣にランドリーがあるので、長期滞在でも安心だった。 特になし。バスタブが欲しい方には向きません。

- Chantalp. (9/5): Parfait. Hôtel très bien. - Très bel hôtel Litterie confortable. Accueil sympathique qui donne de bons conseils. On était au 21e donc très calme. Possibilité de laisser les bagages après le check out. Beaucoup de restaurants autour. Arrêt du tram à proximité. Rien. Un petit fauteuil pour s'asseoir ailleurs que sur le lit serait appréciable. Sinon c'est très bien.
