Барове и ресторанти на една минута пеша. Препоръчвам горещо. Поръчаме такси от хотела за летището, чрез персонала и дойде точно навреме директно пред вратата, хубава луксозна лимозина. Благодарим за което. Малко е шумен района, но има добра изолация, като се затворят прозорците. Асансьора се плаща по 0.20 € на всяко качване.

Es wurde sogar das Zimmer gereinigt und neue Handtücher bereitgestellt, obwohl wir nur für zwei Nächte da waren. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher, Tee und Instant Kaffee waren vorrätig.

• Simona (10/5): Cazare ideală pentru o vacanță reușită - Locația este absolut fabuloasă: poți ajunge în majoritatea punctelor de interes turistic pe jos sau cu metroul, stația Toledo fiind amplasată lângă proprietate. Ai o senzație foarte interesantă de nou, modern, dată de bulevardul Via Toledo, pentru ca imediat ce intri pe strada cu pensiunea să simți că ești în Cartierul Spaniol (muralul Maradona e doar la 700 m de cazare). Ai în permanență senzația de siguranță, atât în vecinătatea cazării, cât și la locație. Este totul foarte curat, frumos amenajat (fiecare cameră are o tematică) iar spațiul comun cu recepția și locul pentru servit mic-dejun e foarte cochet. Mic dejunul este îndestulător, destul de variat pentru acest tip de cazare bed and breakfast, iar pe lângă produsele preambalate, dar foarte bune, cu o zi înainte ești întrebat de o preferință de patiserie, proaspătă, ce îți va fi servită la următorul mic dejun. Camera a avut și un balcon tipic napoletan, mic, care îi dădea un farmec aparte, iar strada nu este musai foarte aglomerată. Încă o dată, am apreciat siguranța pe care o oferea, căci am ajuns în Napoli cu niște preconcepții legate de acest aspect. În cameră găsești tot ce ai putea avea nevoie, inclusiv fierbător pentru ceai sau o cafea americano, wifi ul este foarte bun iar curățenia, după cum spuneam, exemplară. Personalul este fabulos, încă din momentul rezervării oferindu-ți diverse informații utile. În momentul cazării primești toate detaliile pentru a avea un sejur cât mai reușit. Doamna Melania este foarte drăguță, atentă, amabilă și de un real ajutor. Zâmbetul și veselia ei sunt molipsitoare.🙂 La următoarea vizită în Napoli, vom alege aceeași cazare.

Ubytovanie na 2.poschodi s fungujúcim vyťahom za 20 centov.Poloha od Metra Linia 1 Toledo sa ľahko nájde cca 100m. Jednoduché raňajky od 8.00 alebo po dohode zober so sebou. Kava výborná. Denne ustelú a vymenia uteráky. Dostatok prikrývok je v skrini. Rychlovarná konvica s čajmi na izbe Pozor ste v centre v živej štvrti plnej reštaurácii, kaviarni ..počítajte so zvyšenou hlučnosťou v noci...jednopostelová izba. Colazione super con l possibilità di scegliere pasticceria fresca ogni mattina, oltre a tutti i confezionati. Caffè dalla macchinetta Faber che per gli intenditori e’ una garanzia. La chicca però è Melania, colei che gestisce la struttura, l’attenzione di questa donna ad ogni minimo Particolare ed esigenza del cliente io, che ho viaggiato tanto, non l’ho mai trovata! E’ stato un piacere soggiornare in questa struttura! Complimenti!!

Ottima pulizia . Disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario e della Sig.ra delle pulizie e addetta alla colazione . Possibilità di lasciare le valigie l’ultimo giorno ( nel nostro caso avevamo il treno alle 17 ) . Dal momento in cui si lascia la camera al mattino, non è poi più possibile usufruire di un bagno prima di affrontare il viaggio ma comunque viene lasciata una chiave di scorta per poter recuperare i propri bagagli, quando si vuole . Colazione con prodotti confezionati e a scelta un dolce /brioches tipico fresco di pasticceria . Per l’ascensore sono necessari 20 cent , cosa comunicata prima del nostro arrivo ma se non si hanno sempre a disposizione non è stato un problema dato che il b&b è al secondo piano .

• Gemini (10/5): - Stayed in the single room with small balcony for one night. Room allocated overlooked a busy side street. You can hear the hustle and bustle noise from the street below when windows are left open and there is absolutely no noise when all windows are closed :-). I'd recommend staying for 1 or 2 night's stay in the room. The property is well situated for local shops, bars, restaurants and very safe for single female travellers. I had a very early morning departure, and, breakfast was made available to me. You will need to insert 20 cents into a box each time you use the communal lift in the property since the property is on a high floor. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

• Hatice (9/5): Great location, good price for the value - The location is great, 2 minutes away from the metro station. Also, it is at the heart of tourist places, so it is convenient to reach out everywhere. Even though the street is boisterous, it is considerably low when the windows are closed. The room and the bathroom were clean. I liked the B&B staff, they are helpful and great! The breakfast was weak though. Except for croissants, food is purchased from a supermarket, nothing special or local, neither healthy choice. It would be nice if they changed the air conditioning filters since there was a mold smell when I turned it on.
• George (9/5): My stay was excellent and very satisfactory. - The cordiality, kindness of the owner and staff together with the clean state in which the room was left everyday. Another good point was the quiet at any time of day, although there were other tenants in nearby rooms. Thirdly, since the staff were from Naples, they gave a lot of suggestins of where can a tourist visit, where they can eat at very good prices and excellent quality. Another big advantage was having a metro station entrance just down the road, so i was very fortunate as I used the underground very often. There was no view from the room (but I knew this from beforehand) and somedays, not everyday, there was some noise from music coming from establishments nearby. I solved this by closing the balcony doors whch have double-glazed glass and this completely filters the noise out.

The hostess was always very friendly and provided a clean and secure stay. Also less than 1 block from a metro stop. There is plenty of amazing food within walking distance and we did two tours that were able to pick us up a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Additionally there are 5 museums that are very close by (mineralogical, paleontological, etc.) that were a short walk away.

• Graham (10/5): Exceptional - BThis was my second visit and glad to see that better signage had been placed on the street outside the hotel. Stephano the owner was on hand when we arrived and it was good to see him again. However his assistant Melania was a very cheerful helpful person who made a real effort to assist guests. The breakfast could have better but the stay was excellent. Rooms were spotless and the lady in charge Malania, was very helpful and had a great personality. Cereal, yoghurt and milk were fine but those packets of cheap Italian biscuits are not a good choice.
• Dejan (10/5): Excellent place and very nicely run!!! - This place was excellent!!! Loved the décor. The host was very nice and the breakfast was amazing!!!! It is located in a nice area, just down the street you have a cobble stone road with shopping and restaurants. Perfect location to stay and where you wont need to use a car. Taxi station right up the road which took us to the airport. One of the best places we have stayed.

• Kristina (3/5): Would not recommend. Not very clean. - The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The sheets were stained and the bath towels were old and frayed. You are not allowed to leave the air conditioner on when you’re not there, so the staff will let themselves into your room to turn it off and open the window (even when it’s very hot outside). It was also quite loud outside the room. We didn’t feel very comfortable here. I would not recommend.
• Marina (7/5): Good - Extremely friendly stuff very clean very well organized beautiful room. The neighborhood was extremely noisy in spite of the double glass windows so it was really difficult to sleep at night in the at least in the front rooms
• William (9/5): Welcoming and comfortable stay in lively Naples - Great location, right in the heart of old Naples. I was impressed with the sound proofing in the room (the screeching motorbikes went on all night but I wasn't disturbed). The room was quite small but had all the essential amenities plus tea/coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge. I was also lucky enough to get a small balcony. Good air temperature control system. Extremely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, facilitating an early check-in and arranging an early morning taxi for me to the airport. The breakfast was extensive. Overall, I thought it was very good value for money. It would be useful to have a glass tumbler in the room to use for drinking water/wine.

• Bianca (9/5): It was a convenient place to stay with great cleanliness - room was clean and staff was wonderful, very helpful. the building itself is old, so it isn’t very well maintained, I had trouble with the front (street) door. Never used the elevator, it apparently charges you €0.20 per ride.
