Mirko (7/5): Mas cosas buenas q malas. - Me gustó el tamaño de la cabaña, la calefacción excelente, los utensilios del hogar variados, agua caliente, cama comoda… 1- Parece q no fumigan, me encontré con 4 arañas del rincón sin mucho esfuerzo… lo mas triste es q una de ellas la encontré entre las sabanas… espero mejoren eso… 2- una gotera en el baño.

Danica (8/5): - Cabanas were very nice, the garden was absolutely beautiful, there was peace and quiet, just what we were looking for. We had a lot of space, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The staff was very nice, they prepared us wood for the fireplace everyday. Our cabana was a little bit older, we did not mind because it was part of the whole atmosphere of the place, but just a recommendation that some furniture would need some attention, it was a bit damaged and rusty. Also the common areas looked like they are not cleaned or used very often at least while we were there.

Ofrece instalaciones como por ejemplo cancha de tenis, voley etc. Y no tiene los insumos para utilizarlas. Esta abandonada en cuanto a la limpieza. En nuestra cabaña sillas sucias y rotas. Sillón roto. Yacuzzu sucio (lleno de pelos). Telas arañas. Etc. Ins verdadera lástima. Le falta amor al lugar Y antes de ingresar me preguntaron a qie hora estimaba llegar y cuandolo hicimos nos hicieron esperar1 hora porque estaban limpiando. Detalles que restan..

GloriaRV (10/5): Cabañas deslumbrantes cerca de la ciudad. - Las cabañas son un sueño de lo lindas y acogedoras que son, y el entorno natural lleno de súper árboles y aves libres alrededor nos dejaron una de las mejores estadías en Pucón. La atención cálida y amable nos dejó una inolvidable experiencia en ese lugar. No tenemos observaciones.

Gabriela Andrea (6/5): Había ido hace años y era mucho mejor. Se nota falta de mantención del lugar - Las cabañas son bonitas, la calefacción funciona perfecto. El espacio adecuado también. Falta mantención de algunas cosas, se tapa la tina, se filtra el agua en un baño, porta toallas y otras cosas similares están sueltas y se desarman. No había vasos, solo copas y algunas trizadas, Faltaba limpieza, almohadas sin funda en una de las camas. Hay muy pocos enchufes.

El (10/5): awesome - Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

Office staff very friendly, quick to solve any problem - Very spacious, lots of shade from the large trees throughout the property! Grounds are groomed very good. Lots of flowers everywhere. Televisions and WiFi are fantastic! Entire area is huge! many cabanas spaced out providing lots of privacy from one another! Could maybe use a little bit more lighting on the paths.
