The AC was not working even though we didn't need it for our stay since it was cold, the heater was not working as well but it was already May, maybe that's why The stay was a bit overpriced, but since everything else was very good, we didn't mind that much

No coffee machine in the room, even though it said it would be. There was a coffee pot (Italian type), but I did not try it.

También hay una parada de bus justo saliendo del hotel, linea 21, que pasa continuamente. En los alrededores hay buenos restaurantes y bares muy madrileños, no es zona de tanto turismo, lo que se agradece después de todo el dia ja,ja Las habitaciones silenciosas, limpias y cómodas.

Room is comfortable. Bed and linen are from excellent quality. Extremely clean. Location is great - 5 minutes from El Corte Inglês and from Metro Argüelles. Pillows are too high.
