Also close to Bond St and Oxford Street so good food options and even opportunity for a quick last bit of shopping!

Ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni così come ottimi posti per fare colazione. Letti comodi e bagno nuovo. Le porte sono tutte antincendio e scomode se bisogna spostare valige, bambini e passeggino.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Friendly staff, easy to find, well placed in terms of a quiet side street but near quite a busy area. - Amazing location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk away from Hyde Park and then onto Buckingham Palace. Staff were friendly and chatty. With the room you get 10% off the pizza. And it’s right next to an amazing brunch restaurant called Drunch. Great room, clean facilities and quiet at night which I wasn’t expecting. No fridge to keep our water/snacks but not really an issue as there were so many shops nearby to stock up from.

There is no breakfast option, you have to walk a short distance to find a cafe. There was only hand liquid soap in the dispensers at the sink and in the shower.

The bed was comfortable too and the gentleman at the desk very friendly The hotel is slightly outdated but it's not a problem, it adds to the charm

L'eau chaude n'a aucun mal à parvenir dans le lavabo, mais ce n'est pas le cas dans la douche dès qu'on lève le pommeau de douche, l'eau chaude ne circule plus. Pas de clim. Le système pour allumer/éteindre les lumières incompréhensible. L'espace pour les toilettes entre le mur et la douche est trop étroit.

For the lower end of the budget for the location I was expecting worse but was very pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and clean bathroom. • Steve (7/5): OK for the price - It's obviously not a fancy place - there's no lift, and the stair carpet was pretty threadbare. But the room was clean, the beds were pretty comfortable and the shower was fine. The window blind let in a lot of light - by 5:30 in the morning (in late April) the room was barely darkened at all.

• James (4/5): No sleep whatsoever, not a great place to stay! - It was in a good location for where I was visiting. The carpet hasn’t seen a hoover in a while, it’s full of hair and bit, the window blinds don’t fully cover the windows so street and building lights shine through the gaps keeping you awake, the mattresses and pillows are very cheap and uncomfortable.

• Karen (7/5): Ideally situated - Hotel was perfectly situated, close to Oxford Street and Bond Street station in an upmarket area. Had 5 full sized single beds and a double, nicely spaced out in a long room, which enabled us to be under one roof, yet with our own space. Liked how the toilet was separate from the shower/bathroom. Liked the floor standing fan, as the room was quite warm. Staff were very quick at answering any queries we had on the run up to stay, and the gentlemen on the reception when we booked in was lovely and super helpful. Areas of the room were a little tired. Bedside table was broken, glass shelf in bathroom was loose, toilet had dark stain in the bottom of bowl, hand basin in the loo had push down plug missing, making it look a little unsightly. Nice idea having kettle and teabags etc, but could really have done with some sort of stirrer or spoon to stir in the dried milk.

There was renovation works all night for 4am until dawn. It woke me up. There was no hot shower. The door security latch does not work. It was very cold. My head was towards the window and the curtains did not stop the cold air. I had a very miserable night.

Value for money is unmatched at this location The furniture and overall “state” of the room isn’t great, looks a bit worn and old already. Looks more like a independent guest house than a hotel

We felt safe, and the area around us was quiet. We can only highly recommend it. The property, the room, the bedding, and the bathroom were all clean. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have no complaints.
