behzad (7/5): - I reserved the room for four adults, and the booking advertisement stated that the room was suitable for four people. However, in reality, the bed and mattress were only comfortable for two people. The sleeping arrangement for the other two guests was not acceptable. The sofa bed/convertible bed was in poor condition, and the mattress springs were extremely uncomfortable. As a result, two people had to sleep on the floor. Given this experience, I do not think the price was reasonable for a room advertised for four adults. I would appreciate your review of this issue and consideration of an appropriate adjustment or refund.

Was acting very strange. He was hiding In the woods with a young boy . We started walking that way and he jumps out his car and told us we couldn't go that way . So we leave the area an sit some where else. Then after he speeds out the woods he drives around the resort and comes back to us an tell us we could go that way now. It was a very strange encounter with him .

j0annbills (10/5): HAPPY WITH ALL... - My man, my 23 yr old grandson, and I LOVED this place. We were very happy with our 2 BR, 2BA space with nice balcony, fully furnished kitchen, and fully stocked bathrooms...we had everything we needed and then some. My grandson drove his Mustang there for the Ponies In The Smokies event. We attended last year, as well. It was a blast, and having a clean, quiet, and well stocked place to stay just added to the whole fantastic experience!! We will definitely stay here again.
Crystal (8/5): I would stay there again, it was on a beautiful area. - Te area was very convenient to all of the attractions, shopping and restaurants and the pools. The resort was wonderful. The carpet needed to be replaced and mattress a little softer but overall it was a great place to stay.

Amanda (1/5): This resort did not meet the expectations for cleanliness and I would not recommend. - The staff were friendly. My family checked in to this resort and checked out almost immediately after. The room was absolutely filthy and appeared it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Every room in the unit was filled with both dead and live bugs. EVERY ROOM. There were bugs in both beds, the dressers, and the refrigerator. Additionally, there was a large unknown stain on one of the beds, both on top of the bedding and in the sheets when we pulled it back. Lastly, there was a street light right outside our unit that was strobing the entire time and could be seen in the unit with the blinds closed. Long story short, it was not a great experience and I would not recommend.

Slp031977 (10/5): Relaxing Mountain Vacation - The resort is in a great location with all the area has to offer nearby including the Island, Ober Gatlinburg, restaurants, entertainment and Cades Cove. The grocery store was only about a mile and a half away. Beautiful mountain views including sunrise and sunset can be easily viewed from the property. The staff at the resort are friendly and attentive.
Joel (8/5): The stay was great the way the reservation through Hilton was not so great. - I’m an owner and I could not book using my points due to availability but I could book through Booking .com and get a room. When I checked in the resort still had rooms available but would not allow me to use my points.

Alice (8/5): I would happily stay at this property again. - The location of this resort was great, about a 10/15 minute drive to any of the locations we wanted to go around Pigeon Forge. The duplex suites were very spacious! Having a full kitchen, king size beds, and multiple bathrooms were a plus! Having the fireplace was an added bonus since we were traveling during quite cold weather! The place was clean and my family felt safe while staying here. The furniture was a bit outdated, the recliner could use a repair or replacement. In my opinion, the beds were quite hard. You might sleep okay if you are tired enough, I was able to take a nice nap on the couch. If the beds had been more comfortable I would have had a next to perfect stay.

Courtney (3/5): Would not stay here again - The location Upon arrival our key card did not work to enter the room. I contacted the office and the front desk said they would have to wait for maintenance. So we had a late check-in . Then over text we had a conversation which was less than accommodating. In the room itself the jet tub did not work and was missing one of the controls. The beds were hard. The extra sheet provided was stained. The couch and the chair appeared to be out of the 80s, weathered and worn.

Lori (3/5): Disappointed - No shower curtain in the 2nd bath, looked like black mold on wall above master shower, we got stuck in the elevator two times. Elevator in Building 3 went out twice and we were stuck in it for about 10 minutes. Went black, no lights. Called on emergency phone inside it and it rang and rang with no answer. Pushed the alarm… no one responded. It eventually came back on and we got out. I reported it to “ Ashley” at the front desk and she stated she would have maintenance check it out. The next day it happened again when we were leaving. I went down to office and personally reported it and she stated that she had “ left a sticky note for maintenance about the issue.” She had no clue if it had been addressed.

The room could be updated, the carpet was a bit ragged and old and the tv although not used much was pretty small. We asked for more towels it would have been nice being there a week that they could have picked up our used towels also. We never used pools but did use one hot tub which was nice.

The one thing that we did not like is that the folks in the suite next to us were smokers so we could leave our door screen open. We missed some of the wonderful fresh air.

Melinda (10/5): - Great setting and location - right around the corner from all of Pigeon Forge's attractions. Staff was great. We had to call maintenance due to a leak in the kitchen, and they were responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Larry (9/5): - The suite was clean. The view was great from the balcony. The gas fireplace was a nice touch. We had two minor maintenance issues when we arrived but maintenance was there quickly and soon resolved. Very good communication from their staff, making sure all was good. Bed was very comfortable. We grilled steaks on the gas grills which we really enjoyed. The recliner was uncomfortable. But that was a minor. No grilling tools available.

Ricky (8/5): Jeep invasion 2025 - The place was pretty nice. Had all of the stuff we needed. Location wasn’t the best and $200 that I didn’t know I had to pay for a deposit would’ve been nice to know overall had a good time. Just wish the location was in a better place.
Cindy (8/5): We would definitely stay here again; it was roomy, comfortable and the mountain view was lovely. - We were in town for the Jeep Invasion and decided we wanted a place off the strip. The location was great; it was very close to everything but also felt like it was miles away. There was a grocery store right at the traffic light to the road you take up to the resort; this was great because you could get whatever you need and avoid the traffic gridlock that happens during the Jeep Invasion. The room was in need of updating and the bedroom window was cracked.

Timothy (10/5): Great location with a view. - Room was spacious, clean, and felt like home. Great view of tje mountains. The staff are very friendly. However i did not care for the timeshare sales pitch while just trying to check in. I will stay here again. Great location.
Jeff (9/5): Nice place if you’re looking for a quiet place off the parkway. - It was quiet and the price was reasonable. The room was nice but I liked the one in building 2 we stayed in last year better. The road getting to the resort was narrow and in the rain it was hard to tell if you were in you lane or not.

sakima tyree (6/5): Serene and convenient not as comfortable though. - The grounds are well kept. Very beautiful and quiet. The townhouse however could use some upgrades. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. My mom slept on the sofa after the first night. (We were there for 3 nights.) The setup was wonderful, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This is a true gem tucked away however extremely convenient. This property could truly increase their presence with pressure washing, paint, and updated curtains and fixtures. It doesnt have to be so modern that it takes away from the mountain feel, however a refresh would definitely bring in more patrons. Please consider the comfort of the mattresses.

Marilyn (10/5): - Second stay at this resort. We loved the renovated room. Very nice and comfortable. Pool area was great both inside and outside. Very clean everywhere. Resort is in good location - close to everything, but out of the busy crowd of the main area.
LAURA (8/5): - I chose this unit because it accommodated 6 people. Most of the hotels would make me rent 2 hotel rooms and not have a kitchen or kitchenette. The free parking, full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit as well as the pool was great. It was close proximity to Dollywood and the strip but the neighborhoods driving on the winding roads were a little scary and not a fan of driving by a landfill drop. The unit was worn. Carpeting terribly worn and floors/baseboards dirty by washer/drier unit and showers. They did provide a good ice maker, toaster, coffee pot and some amenities to get started. Despite the peeling paint on the balcony, I enjoyed being out there watching the kids swim. Good communication was a plus. Overall I’d have to say the stay was decent for a family. Kids loved the pool to cool off in.
