• Sean (5/5): Average place for too much money - look elsewhere - Nice room layout. The A/C was good. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. Water in the lobby, ice machine on the floor. Breakfast is served until 0930. We were there at 0900. No spoons left, they had to get plastic spoons after we requested a spoon. The pancakes were cold and hard. Overall the breakfast was quite disappointing. Perhaps if we had gotten there earlier, it would have been fine, but that was not our experience. The price for this hotel was very, very expensive, and for that money, we should have had a much nicer stay. We have stayed in Old Market multiple times, which was better.

• David (10/5): - Clean, modern and comfortable room. The location is perfect for going to a show at the Slow Down or the CHI Health Center. They have a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby area. The fitness room was well equipt. Paying for parking however that is getting more common everywhere, especially in cities.

High price due to event, Small restaurant closed early after I waited 15 min in line because they were too busy. Limited seating and not able to handle a crowd. Bar was out of wine. Outlet in room not working. Room door key stopped working. Maintenance fixed the door. They forgot wake up call.

Paid breakfast (that other hotels offer for free) and it was ice cold, not good, and expensive. Paid parking, it's your own lot, not sure why a guest should pay to park there. They paid to stay with you.

• Scott (6/5): Make sure you establishment is staffed so customers are happy - The vocation is great for either downtown Omaha or the airport They only have one person working at the bar. She was forced to cook and serve drinks. You would sit there for 45 minutes at times with an empty drink and nobody to help her.

• Callista (6/5): Beautiful, modern hotel in great location. - Modern and in a great location making walking to events easy. Some things in our room weren’t working, the floor was sticky, the shower was dirty, and the elevator smelled like weed.
• Israel (3/5): - It was over priced for what it had to offer. Breakfast was not included and online said it was. The prices for the balcony and pool view are different but the rooms are exactly the same. I paid $70 more than what was suppose to be online. There’s no such thing as onsite parking because they make you paid a parking fee and online it doesn’t say there’s going to be an extra charge for parking. Hot water takes forever to come out of the shower

They also appeared to be pubic hairs also, there was absolutely no water pressure and the water proceeded to trickle out of the shower head.

• Kari (2/5): So disappointed - The staff was the nicest part of the hotel. I rented a room to visit my friend who is currently going through cancer treatment. I’ve never been to Omaha so I could only go off of the prettiest pictures on the site. I was so excited to visit a hotel that I would normally see in Scottsdale. When I arrived, it was very far from it. The photos had to be from another location. The interior is very dated and not the beautiful modern dining experience I was expecting from the pictures online. It was the same as any other breakfast buffet style hotel. My bed had hair on the sheets once I pulled back the bedding. I got a two bed room so my friend could stay the night if she wanted so I just thought I’ll try the other bed but there was hair on that one too. The bathtub had rust and sludge around the handles. There was an empty box of tissues with one crumpled on top to give the illusion it was filled and the entire body soap was empty. Lastly the room was set to heat at 75 so I had to wait a few hours before it was cooled down. There was just no care put into the room whatsoever and I was so disappointed considering it was my first solo trip and I had been looking at hotels for weeks. There were two ladies I interacted with and they were very nice. The one I spoke to in particular when I was checking out was so sympathetic and kind to me. I didn’t say anything to them sooner bc the trip was all about my friend and being present for her. I didn’t have the bandwidth to worry about it.

• James (8/5): - The room layout and design are well done. Good lighting from window and nice downtown feel. Staffing is limited, no room service although the bartender did offer to run up a dinner order. They allow pets so waking up to a barking dog that was left in its room was a negative. The front staff did contact the owner and it stopped quickly. I did ask for a late checkout which was acknowledged but not passed off to maid staff, so hence the knocking before departure. Overall a good stay and would do so again.

• Steve (6/5): Decent Staff dirty Hotel - The check-in process was substandard. They offered no water no extras for their guest rooms were a bit pricey for what you get. I brought it to the attention of the front desk personnel and advise her that the rooms were dirty. The sofas had stains and she said that’s just what it is. They’re working on getting it cleaned. I had hair on my bed. I’m not sure how they have a 9.0 rating, but the staff were decent enough. At least they acknowledge your presence but way over price for what you get.

• Allison (10/5): The experience that I needed to get back to what I love about traveling - I appreciate the attentiveness to comfort and experience from the staff. I have not booked a hotel for a trip for a while, and was very pleased with this choice for stay. Walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and leisure days for history of downtown. Close enough to walk/drive/bike to the next destination. Also, something new to my experience: trash & recycle bins in the room. Some definite gold stars & brownie points for this! All in all, I highly recommend. Honestly, there were no faults in my book. I didn’t get to use all of the amenities involved (pool) but I was too busy seeing everything else around!

Breakfast was very delicious, but make sure to add the breakfast to your booking for extra savings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing i could “complain” on was the pool. It was extremely cold. My kids were looking forward to swimming after being the the car for 450 miles, only being able to stand the chill of the water for 5 minutes. I even got in and only lasted 3 minutes before my teeth were chattering.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The furniture in my hotel room was old, worn and dirty. The shower was for someone with disabilities and didn’t have a regular shower curtain or shower head. Water flooded the floor because of the thin curtain. The carpet throughout the hotel was badly stained and the walls in the bathroom were damaged. I felt dirty staying there and contemplated moving to another hotel but didn’t want to lose my money. You could hear everything that was happening in the hallways and rooms above me. Long story short, the hotel doesn’t seem like it’s being maintained at all which is concerning for a variety of reasons.

• Sean (9/5): Great hotel, some slight decline - Convenient location with good highway access and close to Old Market area. Friendly, helpful staff. Above average gym and pool stays open late. Comfortable rooms. I've been staying here a couple times a year for 5 or 6 years now and I really like this hotel, but there are some concerning signs. They've started charging for parking which they never did before ($15/night), the shuttle to and from the Old Market area is gone, some of the little extras in the gym (towels, exercise mats) aren't there anymore. Nothing major, just small things getting a little worse. Hope this isn't a trend that continues.
• lorin (4/5): - I booked two nights friday and saturday. We got in friday at 8pm. We were told they saw our booking but no longer had a room available. There was no kindness, apology or further explanation. No attempt to make it right, nothing. They turned away two yound women alone at night with no wjere else to go. We came back the next night and there was no accommodation, not even free parking, a free snack.. anything and still no smile, no hello, no friendliness whatsoever. Insanely disappointing.

I would not pay $17 for this buffet but it was ok as it was part of my hotel room price. Staff was great. Shuttle worked great. Rooms were clean and large. I like the touch of texting if I need something. But it did not work as the item I requested was never brought. But if it works, I think it is a nice touch. Coffee at breakfast was bad. There could be more selection of good items at this buffet.
• Silvia (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación y las camas El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones (por más que solicitamos que nos realizaran limpieza diaria no hubo manera de que lo hicieran), ni café ponían si uno no lo pedía y pedía !! la atención del Personal en el front desk fue mala ( pedimos el favor de imprimir una hoja para el viaje de regreso y con una mala actitud) de verdad que nada que ver con la atención que brindaba el hotel en NY. Adicional escribí para esta y otra reserva que me dijeran si nos podían recoger en el aeropuerto y nunca hubo una respuesta. Escribí en español e inglés y nada!!!
