• Kathla (8/5): Happy with room sad about staff - The bed was soft and the room was clean I wish the staff was not on their personal phone when I came in and they would have actually paid attention to give my partner his room key when he tried to check in.
• Catrice (8/5): Comfortable clean and accessible hotel - The room was really nice. Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and everything was easily accessible. I enjoyed the space. I loved having the mini fridge and microwave in my room, I did not like that I could not completely close the curtains to shut out the sunlight.
• Clark (7/5): - Entrance was nice, and clean. They let me check in early, without waiting around. They locked the main entrance door at 10p. Pool was open for a good amount of time. Give us a write up on final fees to review before check out. Our room had a linging stinky smell. Breakfast could've had better options.

• Tamika (7/5): The stay actually was great! - The convenance of the food locations were all in walking distance. Several gas stations with a lot of good selection. Not enough parking in the front of the building. The shower floor was filthy dirty and it did not appear that the room was cleaned thoroughly.

• Kathryn (8/5): I enjoyed my stay and will return the next time I have a trip to Columbus. - The facility met my expectations, was close to what I needed and provided delicious breakfast options. It was all good.

• Matthew (4/5): Terrible stay near the airport; wonderful view of the planes. - The area was pleasant and was nice seeing airplanes take off. Everything else. The staff was mostly rude and unengaged. Hard to reach and hardly helpful. We had mold in our shower and our friends had to install the shower curtain for their room, which also had mold on it.

• Lawrentz (6/5): fair , not relaxing - When we arrived Friday night at 9pm the power was out, and remained out till Saturday appox 1pm, during this time there was NO hot water, no phone service etc. I can handle the dark, just need hot water and additional safety lighting backed up by generator power etc. The staff did the absolute best they could. some unruly neighbors that staff tried to handle however, the response was seriously delayed Breakfast could use some improvement

The electricity went out Friday around 3pm I ended up checking out the next morning around noon and the electricity was still out. My birthday was Friday 13 it was ruined. Communication and compassion for guest was not met at all.

• Chelse (4/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - AC was cold The room was filthy, shower curtain had mud on it there was someone else’s hair on the shower wall and mud on the wall that wiped off with a splash of water. The couch had crumbs on it when we got there. There was some red sauce or something on the wall by the couch and on the curtain by the AC unit. There was a whole dirty hand print on the wall by a bench chair and the cut out was filthy dirty that separated the couch from the beds.. the room was absolutely disgusting and not worth the price for the weekend.. felt more like camping in someone else’s filth. Very upsetting

Eggs and sausage were refrigerator cold 50 minutes after breakfast began. Tables were filthy as was the food area. Staff sat in room just beside the food area and did nothing to clean.

It was rather off putting bc we thought it was non-smoking. The noise of the ppl walking above is was rather loud. The walls must be paper thin, they knocked on the wall but the TV was on 20. Weird.

• Corey (1/5): - Nothing at all The room never got cleaned the towels and face clothes never get changed the toilet tissue never got re-stocked the room lights didn't work the heat didn't work the refrigerator is too small the bathtub drain was broken the bed was lumpy and squeaky the TV was in a terrible location in the room which made it hard to see and change the channels and don't even get me started on changing the channels they definitely need a better cable system the elevator was being worked on without giving the customers any notice so we had to take the steps and mind you from the 3rd floor and we're handicapped the breakfast was horrible and don't get me started on the coffee when you book online it says nothing about a $250 deposit fee you find that out at the hotel when you arrive over all this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in traveling and I definitely don't recommend this hotel unless this is all you can afford terrible with a capital T.
