We were able to get in very easy with the instructions and checkout was smooth with detailed information of what we needed to do. We would stay here again when we go. My only comment and this would probably not be the owners issue is that the fitness area is only open from 6 AM to 8 PM and it made it hard to get to the parks on time when I wanted to workout before I went as we got back too late to do it after. would be nice to get in earlier and a little later.
