- Jürgen (10/5): Schöner Erholungsurlaub - Ich war jetzt zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Meine Erwartungen wurden wieder absolut erfüllt. Für mich war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut gut.Die Lage direkt am ruhigeren Strandabschnitt Man Thai Beach mit vielen einheimischen Besuchern ist für mich klasse gewesen. Dort ist auch eine Art Beach Club, aber nicht mit so dauerhaft lauter Musik wie in den Strandabschnitten. Kleiner Nachteil, Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme gibt es dort keine, da das Hotel sber nut durch die Uferstraße getrennt liegt gar kein Problem. Zur Zeit wird neben dem Hotel ( Richtung Lady Buddha ) ein ca. 5 stöckiges Haus gebaut ( Rohbau so gut wie fertig ), die Lärmbelästigung hielt dich für mich in Grenzen. Dss lag aber vlt auch an der Lage meines Zimmers in der 12.Etage in die andere Richtung. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat wie immer eine ausreichende Abwechslung und Qualität geboten ( asiatisch/europäisch ). Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist schon etwas älter und könnte sicherlich mal erneuert werden, bei dem Preis aber absolut ok. Es fehlte nichts Wesentliches.

The hotel’s location near the beach, the friendly and approachable staff, and the - Seashore Hotel & Apartment is ideally located near the beach. The staff are lovely, friendly, and very approachable, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are well-sized, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is included and offers a wide variety of options. What we did not like about the property was the bathroom layout. The toilet is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain, which offers very little privacy. Additionally, water leaked through the shower door, causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet, and we had to clean and mop it ourselves.

I was traveling with my two kids of 2 year old and they couldn't provide me steam rice ever during my stay. Even when I paid for buffet breakfast for both my kids and they ate nothing we asked for two bowls of rice just rice in the room they denied. I have stayed in multiple hotels in my multiple countries and I have never ever seen such behaviour. I understand may be the staff of the restaurant didn't had the liberty to go beyond what's ordered or take permission from their authority but this made the stay and my vacation horrible. If you could not solve simple request like plain steam rice for small kids of 2 years old you should not be in hospitality business and this is absolutely inhuman in fact. I repeat staff were very polite and all other staff from reception to security were very helpful too but the restaurant make me give you a negative rating and if the management is reading this you better think about it. Also another issue which is sensitive is that the view from the balcony is blocked by a major part in the center by a flag( no disrespect to the flag,I love the country and all due respect) but it should be placed somewhere on the upper part so that the view for which people pay money is not blocked.

There wasn’t much privacy when it came to the shower and toilet, as they were only separated by glass, which felt quite inconvenient. At check-out, we had to wait while someone inspected the room to make sure nothing had been taken or used, which felt a bit uncomfortable. We were leaving early at 4am and were provided with a takeaway “breakfast” of plain bread, an egg, and a piece of fruit — it was appreciated, but it could definitely be improved.

- Eco (7/5): Gutes Hotel für ein/zwei Nächte. - Die Lage ist etwas vom Geschehen entfernt, für uns war das gut. Man könnte auch einen Roller oder ein Fahrrad mieten. Wir spazierten am Meer entlang Richtung Geschehen, das ist wunderschön. Es gibt coole Restaurants am Meer mit Musik. Beim Pool sieht man Meilenweit, ein toller Ausblick! Wir hatten Stadtblick, war auch schön. Wir waren im oberen Bereich, es war ruhig. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Rezeptionistin war nicht so freundlich und wirkte desinteressiert. Das andere Personal war freundlich. Die Badetücher fehlten und wurden erst später gegen 14:00 nachgereicht. Im Gang roch es manchmal feucht ( moderig), aber das ist ein Problem das durch die Hitze entstand und schwer zu beseitigen sein wird.

I booked this hotel last year 2025 bearing in mind.. I emailed them by booking.com & I emailed them directly Asking for a high floor room after i booked.. I got No response or reply. I booked i stopped 18th Apr - 21st apr = 3 nights. There never had the decency to inform me or email me about construction work etc next door, which i think is something to do with seashore them selfs by me talking to a work man. On check inn there told me about construction work & have a sign on there desk!! I work on a building site 5days a week at home. Am a self-employed builder / brick layer by trade! My stay ear was not peaceful at all! Come on hoilday etc to have a break from building work! All the high floor rooms was fully booked But bearing in mind I asked i emailed 5 months prior to booking, on check inn i got sorry sir sorry sir All high floor rooms are fully booked & there put me on the 4th floor but I asked way way in advance! So room i got was level & smack next door to the construction work / work at the level that there was working on that was taking place. Every day 6.30am / 7am till 5pm was Absolute noise. Sound of compressed jack hammers breaking concrete up, Grinding, Cutting steel / rebar, Drilling holes with SDS drills. Banging. The cement mixer as seen better days & the bearing needs replacing in the drum as it made a wright racket and was on All day spinning. General workers in general ad no respect at all because for me there was making unnecessarily noise. It did my head in & i did not sleep good at all due to them the workers & the bed & the bed there are the Worsted I have slept in in Vietnam. Similar to sleeping on the floor. What didn't I like. Everything about it got me android and the way I was treated! I couldn't wait to check out. & construction / building work next door really really got to me. Every single day noise of sds drills, Grinding, cutting, banging etc etc I wanted to throw them all of the building deep down and put all there tools in the sea and cut the wire of the mixer to be honest. But Vietnamese police would have probably locked me up & charged me. If I war ear plugs if would have not limited the noise.
