The property is beautifully maintained with a calm and luxurious atmosphere right by the beach on ECR. The spa experience was especially relaxing and rejuvenating.The food quality and breakfast spread were also impressive with plenty of delicious options. The walking path to beach is lovely, the beach is quiet, safe and clean. We were very disappointed by the food options and quality. We expected more from a 5-star international brand like Sheraton/Marriott. The dishes were catered for local clientele. They had very limited continental selection, and that too were made not up to the standard. For example, caesar salad we ordered was more like a vegetable salad, had very few greens, cheese quality was very mediocre, their baked beans had excessive chilly which is not expected. Salad bar for breakfast did not have a dressing, when asked a staff member pointed to chopped vegetables (he did not know what salad dressing means). Overall, it is catered for locals only, there is no consideration for international guests or those who prefer continental food. We stayed for one night, had 3 meals there (lunch, dinner, breakfast), did not find any meal satisfactory or nurturing. The pool is beautiful, however most other guests entered the pool in their t-shirts, shorts/pants, salwar, etc. It seemed very unhygienic when we saw people coming in wearing what they wore for breakfast.

It has very clean and superb beach side access. Big size pool with dedicated play area for kids. All restaurants and bars are great. The service was great with the staff going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable warm hospitality and outstanding support throughout. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. We could see the beautiful sunrise as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable experience! Amongst the best 5 star resorts.

Inspite of requesting the hotel staff for a solution, there was no response from the hotel staff / management. In conclusion , very disappointing and waste of our money.

Rooms and Bathrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable to sleep and the linen is neat. The only thing disappointing was one corner which needed cleaning and was promptly done when pointed out and restroom commode had aged.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was absolutely excellent. The front office team welcomed us with smiling faces, clearly explained about the room details and in-house activities and also helped us with a beautiful sea-view room. A special mention to Yemti from the front office she was truly exceptional. She guided us patiently, helped with all our queries, and wherever she saw us, she make sure we were comfortable. She always checked in, arranged whatever we needed on priority, and genuinely made us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thanks as well to the restaurant staff. We had lunch and breakfast at The Reef Restaurant, and every dish was delicious. We also enjoyed a candlelight dinner at C Salt Restaurant the menu was chef-curated, the food tasted amazing, and the ambience and hospitality were outstanding. In fact, the hospitality across the entire resort was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and created many beautiful memories. We truly look forward to visiting again. Everything during our candlelight dinner was perfect in terms of food, ambience, and service. However, the only area for improvement would be privacy. There were a few people around our table, which slightly affected the candlelight dinner experience. After informing the restaurant manager, the area was cleared immediately, and the concern was handled well. This is the only point the resort could take care of to make the experience even better.
Sunny (6/5): It was good. - The property is beautiful. The walk to the beach was good. Morning breakfast was good. I had a bad experience and I really appreciate the staff calling and checking on me. We were supposedly gjven an upgrade and from a garden view room we got a bigger room facing the road. The room was not sound proof we could hear vehicle sounds and early in the morning there was some speaker or mic that was being tested. And in the balcony, rain water was flowing everywhere and very slippery. The tiles in the bathroom was very slippery. I slipped and fell on the tub and came back with a bruise on my knee and rib.
