• Matthew (10/5): - Lovely room, absolutely massive. Location was great, right next to Dotonbori and the shopping district. Especially for the price it was such a surprise. An issue we had with other hotels was rubbish bins, this hotel had ample bins for us to throw stuff away. Staff were so attentive, so lovely and even just allowed an early check-in without any charge. Would highly, highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back in Osaka would stay here everytime.
• Luke (10/5): - We stayed in the room that could accommodate six even though there was only four of us. There was plenty of space which we appreciated. Good value for the price. The AC took a while to figure out since you had to use the remote and to make sure to point at the unit or it won't work. Also good to have the washing machine included.

• Mijeong (10/5): - It was close to Dotonbori, and we traveled to Kyoto by Limon Bus, which was convenient. The hotel was nice, but the shower head was low, which was a bit uncomfortable. We had a great trip.

• jasmine (8/5): - This property is close by Dotonbori about 7 minutes walk and Namba Station very convenient. But I don’t recommend to walk alone after midnight. Street quite dark not many people walking around that area. The hotel itself is nice and cozy. The hotel staff after 11pm until 11 am.

Il a 3 lits confortables et les draps sont impeccable. Les sdb et toilettes sont séparées et le comble de tout est une terrasse au 5em ! Magnifique et exceptionnel au Japon.

It was very strong. Negatives: pillows were too firm, no dryer but no real good drying area, lack of security, only 1 key to access the room.

• Hilda Yolanda Hermosillo (10/5): - Es un hotel económico y sencillo que cumple con todo lo necesario para una estancia austera pero cómoda. El acceso es autónomo, hay que seguir las indicaciones de entrada, no hay personas en recepción fuera de horario. Nuestra habitación tenía tres camas, dos individuales y una matrimonial pequeña, baño y regadera separados, relativamente espaciosa y contaba con amenidades básicas. El hotel se encuentra en un edificio pequeño cerca de dos estaciones de metro y a diez minutos del cartel Glico de Dotombori, aunque la zona muy tranquila, así que se descansa bien. Un punto a aclarar es que se hace el aseo todos los días, pero es necesario dejar la llave en la caja de seguridad y colocar el letrero en la puerta, si no se cumple con las instrucciones, no lo hacen. Las reviews que dicen que no se asea, seguramente no siguieron las indicaciones.

• Renea (8/5): Good for families - We were traveling with a group of 5 (2 kids, 3 adults) which was harder to find accommodations for. Sakuragawa Riverside Hotel was able to fit us comfortably in one room with space to spread out. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the river.

• かよこ (10/5): - 家族旅行で2泊しました。 京セラドーム、ユニバ、道頓堀ブラブラの拠点としましたが、京セラドームへも道頓堀・なんばへも歩いて行ける便利な立地です。ユニバへも乗り換え一回で非常にアクセス良かったです！ 室内も広々、お風呂場と洗面台、トイレはそれぞれ独立していて大人数でも使いやすいです。 滞在中もタオル交換やお掃除もしていただきとても気持ちよく過ごせました。 洗濯機と洗剤があり、滞在中洗濯できたのがありがたかったです！ 大阪に行く機会がまたあればぜひ次回も利用したいです。

• Edwin (8/5): Good, Accessible Accommodation - The room was really good. Accessibility is excellent - 5 minute walk to JR Namba station and 15 minute walk to Dotonbori. The only thing was the engire duration of our stay, there's always the stomping sound and footsteps from possibly the room upstairs. Being a light sleeper, it kept me up most nights.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent place - Great location, walking distance to Dotonburi and nice view. The apartments are a bit old inside but not bad. No dryer in the washing machine is painful in winter where clothes take ages to dry.

Hotel is walking distance to Dontori and a many restaurants. It is also walking distance to the bus terminal where you can buy same day airport ticket to Kansai international airport.

• YUKA (10/5): - 今回は最初に予約したホテルの都合でキャンセルとなり、急な予約となり少し不安もありましたが、結果的に桜川リバーサイドホテルでの宿泊で良かったです。外観とフロントの小ささにちょっと大丈夫かなと思いましたが、フロント対応時間外でも電話対応していただいたホテルの方はとても親切で安心感がありました。中も広々としてキレイで設備も整っていました。 口コミに下水臭かったとありましたがそんなことは全くありませんでした。近くにコンビニもありましたし、繁華街も徒歩圏内でとても便利でした。また機会がありましたら利用させていただきます。
• Jennifer (10/5): - The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to Dotonburi and Namba. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Sakuragawa subway is about 250m away, with easy access to Shin-Osaka via Namba. The room was very big by Japanese standards, and well equipped with a full size fridge and microwave.
• Elizabeth (8/5): - Great location, walking distance to Dotonburi. Big, comfortable room suitable for a family of 4. Clean and tidy. Only a couple of suggestions - was great that there was a microwave and kettle in the room, however there were no coffee mugs so had to make coffee in the glasses provided. Also we had a problem and needed to contact reception out of their hours, however the number provided was not even in service. We checked the phone number and this was the number on all of the websites however it didn't work. We ended up having to wait at reception until someone turned up. The hotel definitely need a contact number that actually works in case of emergencies.
• Michelle (8/5): - Convenient location not too close to Dontonbori but walkable to reach. Subway station less than 5mins away and the eatery there are good. The best burger joint 2mins away, which you must try! Clean and spacious rooms.

• Ken (8/5): - This was our second stay here, This is mainly an unstaffed facility with irregular service hours which suited us fine but may be inconvenient to others. A great, roomy and comfortable location away from the bustle of Namba Dotonburi, Lots of charming local cafes and bars. 5 min walk from JR Namba.
• Ken (8/5): - More like an apartment/dormitory rental than a hotel. Our unit had washing machine, microwave, 5-6 beds and a pleasant sitting area with great view of Dottonburi river. Mainly unstaffed with irregular service hours so even baggage storage might be inconvenient. But if you can work around that, a great place to stay - close to but quieter and much more relaxed than Namba central.
• TIMOTHY (8/5): - This hotel operates more like an Airbnb where there is no "front desk" and no interaction with hotel staff or concierge. The instructions for key pickup were very clear. The downside is that there is no support during off-business hours, so if you need towels at night for example, there is no support. Easy walk to Dontonburi and train stations were positives. Good space in the room and fast internet too.
