Verder konden we ‘s avonds nog genieten van een (zelf gekocht) biertje aan de stijger waar wel stoelen waren voorzien. Het lag op een steenweg, niet veel te beleven. ‘s nachts was er ook een voortduren luid lawaai waardoor ik moeilijk kon slapen. Het leek iets van aan het gebouw te zijn.

- YOLANDA (4/5): - cuándo llegamos, no había luz, supuestamente era en toda la zona como es posible que no tengan una planta propia para la Luz ahí con un calor tremendo y sin aire acondicionado, no tienen restaurante para comer, dice que tienen desayuno incluido y no tienen restaurante para comer la verdad, me pareció mal, lo que era yo cancelarlo, irme a ver otro lugar no es recomendable

- Tania de los Angeles (2/5): Pésimo servicio - Pésimo servicio,no me querían hacer válida mi noche ya que yo la pagué por medio de la página y salía pagada ,hasta que nos resolvieron pésimas instalaciones, nada que ver con las fotos que ponen en su página y para colmo no te ponen fotos de los cuartos, comparado al precio que se paga súper cara esta sobrevaluado,en lo personal no lo recomiendo parece un hostal de mala muerte,como q si lo estuvieran cerrando más bien,el aire acondicionado no servia,las camas no son cómodas en general perdí mi dinero xq tenía dos noches de reserva y solo me hospedé 1

- Brenda (6/5): bonito para alojase un dia - El lugar es bonito ya que esta a la orilla de bacalar, pero no es para niños ya que el agua es hondo. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero le falta mas limpieza ya que la que nos asignaron tenia mucho olor a humedad y las almohadas olían como a orín por lo mismo que tiene mucha humedad.

- Sandra (10/5): - Todo muy bien, solo que las fotos no están actualizadas, por lo tanto me fui con la imagen que tenía restaurante y por remodelación en este momento no cuentan con ello. Solo eso que si deberías actualizar un poco las imágenes. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, tiene una vista preciosa a la laguna.
- Carmel (1/5): Don't stay here - The room was full of mould. It stank and was so disguisting. I asked to order a taxi as I had an early flight and they told me it would be no problem. Only to be told at 5am to stand out on the road in the dark to try flag one down, while there was no cars on the road but as a solo female traveller was so dangerous . This was a horrific experience and not worth the stress or health risk in the room. Terrible

- Tracy (10/5): - We loved this hotel! In fact, we loved it so much that we changed our plans and came back for a couple of days at the end of our trip. The rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. The pier on the lake was heavenly. The staff was so nice, too. The only drawback was the ice machine wasn't working, but on our second stay it appeared they had a replacement ready to install.

Pague por expedia al hotel un depósito del 50 y luego el restante se cobraba rl dia del checkin . El hotel dice que no lo hizo. Tuve que pagar en efectivo porque su terminal casualmente no servia, pedi factura para apartar mi pago, me prometió la recepcionista llegaba sl día siguiente. Cosa que haya hoy no sucede. Me expidieron después de una discusión con Hilario (turno mañana) de 20 min un papelito a mano de que pague en efectivo... La verdad deja mucho que desear y hay muchas mejores opciones....

Few staffs can understand /speak English. +close to the lake. +Good security, I can see cameras on the corridors and dock areas. ——-Disadvantage ———— -Advertisement does not match the reality. -The room did not even have a quilt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!you need to ask and they may give you that. -NO Hairdryers . -Breakfast is too simple: everyone get only limited amount of fruit and too pan cakes...that’s it.(fruits may NOT be available and you may end up with only 3 pancakes.) the restaurant only provide one option for order: Spanish egg for $75; EVERYTHING on the menu is OUT OF ORDER! -The hotel has very limited cleanliness. -The AC needs to be fixed. VERY LOUD AND DIRTY -they provided us a broken coffee machine(on order). The room does not have a coffee machine. -the shampoo provided is kind of hard to use. -does not provide enough bathroom equipment. -room door is VERY hard to operate.they use traditional key door. -give us a small towel only,,,,,, -bathroom is simple. -room is wet. -although it is close to the lake, it does not have comfortable enough equipments for us to see the lake. -no gift store for us. overall, we did not have the experience that we have expected. They still have room to improve. It does worth how much it costs.
- Martha (4/5): - Se publicita que todas las habitaciones tienen vista a la Laguna lo cual no está cierto, el hotel tiene muchísimo ruido por la carretera que está a escasos 50 metros de distancia de las habitaciones, me toco habitación prácticamente el la puerta del hotel y todo el ruido de huéspedes y estacionamiento se escucha, no había servicio de restaurante el día que llegue y no hay ningún restaurante a lado, si no tienes auto es imposible trasladarte, la verdad no volvería

- wordsandmore (4/5): Room for improvement - Nice hotel, generally nice staff. Too expensive for what they offer. In the rooms nowhere to hang your clothes, breakfast very basic. The coffee isn't worth bothering. General upgrading all over would be advisable. We borrowed (free) towels for a boat trip and were charged for cleaning afterwards, not all of us, strangely enough. Wouldn't go there again, even if it's got direct access to the lagoon.
- LucyRiver (2/5): Worst hotel ever!! - This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 3 week trip along the coast. The other four we had stayed in which were the same price were clean, interesting and helpful staff. The girl on reception barely could muster a hello. The property had not been cleaned properly and our shower most definetely had not and there was a mass of hairs collected around the shower from previous guests. It was the only place we darent eat the breakfast. Also, I received a text the day before we arrived saying there was not enough money in my credit card to pay for a 3 day booking which there definetely was!! Other guests we spoke to also received the same text - very strange!! That was all the girl at reception managed to say to me on arrival - strange that my credit card worked that day. Definetely do not stay in.

- Juan Jose (8/5): Bonito pero debe mejorar... - El hotel tiene la ventaja de que esta al lado del lago y se puede nadar, el problema es que habíamos solicitado parqueadero y allá no se respeta el lugar, y adicional nos dieron una habitación llena de humedad en el ambiente y no la podían cambiar porque el hotel estaba lleno. Nos dieron desayuno el cual estuvo bien, creo que tuvieron buena intención, pero deben mejorar el tema de la humedad, adicional no tienen nevera para enfriar bebidas, cosa que es importante en la península de Yucatan por el calor que hace. Es buen lugar para hospedarse, seguramente las habitaciones suites deben ser mejores. Gracias.
