- Kenneth (10/5): Perfect stay - I liked everything. It is a very charming place to stay and though our host was not there his father was. We had good conversations and he was extremely helpful and caring. A very nice gentleman and good guesthouse accommodation Liked everything
- Oleksandr (10/5): - Very nice place. Very good ovner

- Talgat (8/5): - Nice hosts. Clean bedsheets. Lots of space. I came with a bicycle and I was able to store it right outside of the room. One of the beds was broken in the middle. The toilet is outside. Be ready to use a big plastic scoop to flush and because of that no one does it. The water doesn't go down the drain properly, there is always a puddle of water on the floor. The furniture and all the appliances seem to be very dated.
- Luc et Armelle (8/5): Installation rustique - Petit bungalow au milieu de la végétation
L'accueil Lit très dur
- Thomas (8/5): - Nice owners, good price Bed was a bit hard, small room

- Ta (9/5): Superb - Friendly and helpful owner of the guesthouse. None.
- Mark (9/5): Mr. Charin is a 5 star host. He will ensure that your stay is memorable. - I like the family best. Mr. Charin is a special, friendly, and knowledgeable man. The homestay common areas are like a garden. Location is good. The historical park and museum are close. I would return, without hesitation. I would be more careful about examining my room, but this is not a fault of the management.
- Ireneusz (10/5): Exceptional - Very good and a lot of handmade craft items, room are clean owner is very friendly
- Brian (10/5): Great value, charming little cabins, kind and helpful owners - Very charming cabins. The owner and his family are very helpful——even helped me practice Thai. Good value for sure
- Werner (7/5): Good -
- Curtis (9/5): Superb - The generosity and hospitality of the owners is the best part of this guessthouse, also that it is family run, full of beautiful old furniture, and nicely constructed out of wood. My mattress had seen better days, our room could use a coat of paint.
- Jonathon (10/5): We felt very comfortable and relaxed. - Their property was amazing and very beautiful. Host said they have been running it for 25+ years. There was definitely a family vibe that made you feel welcomed. I hope everyone can stay here!! The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave.
- Usiara (8/5): Good for a short stay. - Friendly host, comfortable bed and clean surrounding. Free drinks like coffee and tea, simple toast with jam and hot water available. A bit far from the center. Need to walk about 20 minutes to the nearest 7-Eleven store.
Shared toilets could do with frequent cleaning as the floor stays flooded after a bath due to the floor sloping away from the hole which in turn invites lots of mosquitoes.
- Ravi (10/5): fabulous par excellence - amazing hospitality beautiful breakfast and camping trip. speak good English I could not find anything to dislike though I tried to think of something.
- Roy (8/5): Very good -
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The property is decorated really nice and fun, it’s a very special place! The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The owners are amazing and make you feel like home. You can order breakfast there or walk/cycle into town. I had a great time and will be back one day for sure.
- Globetrotter118 (10/5): Incredible budget Guesthouse. - Is this Thailand's coolest budget accommodation? A jungle lodge in a backyard right in town. No luxury, but old style basic but cozy small rooms in various wooden huts.(Concrete walls inside the hut, so waterproof and bug proof). My hut had an aircon, private bathroom with hot shower and a nice sitting area right outside. The WiFi is excellent, and the friendly owner speaks English and is very travellers oriented and can fill you out with all the information you need. They do breakfast, and at other times, cold drinks are for sale. There is a microwave, so I bought food at 7 eleven so I could spend the evenings in the incredible outdoor common areas. They are a MUST SEE. The decorations, the wooden furniture, the creativity. It's taken them a lifetime to create this. When the lights come on in the evening, it's another WOOW! It was a long walk from the bus station to get there, but it was totally worth it. I would go as far as saying it's worth stopping in Khamphaeng Phet even if you are 'templed out', just to stay here, and by the way, there are so many more to free things to see around in the town and the immediate countryside, than just the temple enclosures. Bicycles and motorbikes are for rent here as well. It was nothing I didn't like.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place, the owner is really friendly and will help you for any good visits suggestions.
- Lorenzo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (9/5): Love it - Unique guesthouse with a welcoming family atmosphere. Feels like home. The best budget option in KPP by far. With a bicycle that they offer it is easy to explore the historical park and the river and night market. Close to Big C. The lovely folk here can help you with anything you may need
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere, loved the nature aspect.
- Linda (9/5): Superb -
- Lennon (7/5): Good -
- Robin (7/5): Enjoyable for a night or two - A quirky little place with unique charm. Every wall and floor tile must have a story that I would like to know. Not boutique , but if you wanna know how early days of Thailand travel were this is the place. The best location for being in the center of town that is both peaceful and at a modest cost. I will stay again.
- Olivia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place to stay!
You can rent bikes or scooter and have an easy look around the town or places around.
Charin was really nice and helpful during our stay :-) thanks a lot!
- Poopy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Poopy (10/5): 3 J Guesthouse - What a lovely place with its own unique charm and character! Everything was great and the host was very helpful and friendly.
- Eddie (7/5): Good - bike room breakfast
- Declan (7/5): Good -
- Gordon (9/5): Superb - Very friendly atmosphere with Host helpful. Good laid back feel to the place. Transport needed to Historic areas. Limited things to do in area.
- Roman (10/5): Exceptional - A true oasis of calm: clean and well managed guesthouse perfect for a brief visit to the Kamphaeng Phet Historical Park. The smell of food from a nearby kitchen inside my bedroom. The relatively long walking distance to eateries in town.
- Carducci (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place. Thanks to the owner for the support. The Family is very friendly.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Owner and his family are cool.
Had bikes for rent.

- Sharon (8/5): Loved Three J and Kamphaeng Phet. I want to come back soon! - Quirky, interesting decor, super helpful and friendly owner. Felt very at home. Mosquitoes in the communal areas
- Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - Atmosphere, customer service, family environment. I like everything.
- Jorge (8/5): Good guesthouse in Kamphaeng Phet - Excellent quality/price ratio. Small room but clean and with the main things you need for a good short stay. Kind and knowledgeable owner who can help you arranging what to do in the city and around. Not many good eateries in the area and little public transport in the city so you may need to walk a bit to/from the place you fancy for dinner.
- Guillermo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (9/5): Three J's a nice find in Kamphaeng Phet - Three J's is a very homey guesthouse...
Although not downtown, it is much more convenient than I at first imagined... cafes and restaurants nearby (just around the corner), two malls within walking distance, each with a nice food court (in case the restaurants nearby Three J's didn't have what you had in mind).
And the owner, and his son, are very friendly, a wealth of info, and happy to arrange transport (call a tuktuk? no probelm!) or whatever for getting around.. and to the Kamphaeng Phet Historical Park. (They also have a homestay "farm" in the countryside if that is more to your liking!)
As for the town, although I came for the Historical Park, and knew about little else, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of nice temples (including not just Thai emples, but also 3 colourful Chinese temples as well) and other things to see and do in town.
- Elliot (8/5): Very good - Host was lovely. Very cool accomodation No other guests when we were there so lacking an atmosphere
- Vanco (9/5): Superb - Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Got a free breakfast even not being included in the price.
Secure carpark.
Beautifull wooden furniture
- Kittidet (8/5): Very good -
- Emil (9/5): Superb -
- Maxime (8/5): Very good - Super friendly and welcoming staff The room and the beds are not comfy but we came to visit so it's ok for one or 2 nights
- Parunya (7/5): Good -
- Kannadit (9/5): Superb -
- Tan (9/5): Superb -
- Herbert (5/5): Ok for just one night! - The location is ok, if you want to walk to the market, you walk about 20 minutes! For the temples you need a car or other means of transport, the garden is nicely arranged, we also talked with the owner longer in the evening, which was very pleasant! Okay, it is a simple accommodation. In general, the ideas for the design of the garden and the bungalows are nice, nevertheless, everything somewhat needs a make-over, especially the room itself had a very handicraft character, also we were a little surprised by the price for breakfast, which was disproportionately expensive compared even to a resort, so better think carefully beforehand!
Unfortunately, we had the worst mattresses of our four-week stay in Thailand!
- Leia (9/5): Superb -
- Suon (9/5): Superb -
- Thanaphon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aleksander (10/5): Mr.Charin's guesthouse is a piece of art - I'm loving Charins approach to the guesthouse. It's more like his living creation, an artwork, constantly evolving, and we are very special exhibition visitors, that are welcomed to take part in this very special performance called life in a guesthouse, to stay within for a night or more. Definitely coming again if I'm near Kamphaeng Phet, and recommend everyone too!
- Mathias (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geoff (8/5): a nice friendly place to stay with great amenities (bike hire , motorbike hire. etc.) - motorbike hire and pushbike hire were a great surprise. used the bike around the centre of town and took the motorbike on short excursions around town. staff were great and informative, not only about Kampaeng Phet but on other towns I should visit i was very happy
- Aleksandr (8/5): Very good - Very lovely place. Friendly personal. Very warm and cute surround.
- Alex (10/5): Great stay - Friendly host he helped with everything. His place is full of plants and very interesting.
- Fietser (9/5): Another great stay - Been before would stay again. Nice place. Rooms are big I like fans better than AC so works well for me. Has great info about local area and areas beyond.. another good stay Only thing is is a bit out of main area, but then all the hotels are .. but still easy to get places
- Szilvia (9/5): A nice stay with a friendly and nice owner - The owner of the guesthouse was very friendly and informative which we loved. The place is a bit quirky but still have a homey feeling - my 5 yrs old daughter loved the garden, was running around and up and down when we have arrived, there was so much to see there. There are nice sitting areas in the garden to relax, read, talk, draw, chat or eat/ drink and so much more to see. You can find the vast majority of the cultural/ decorative elements of Thailand in the garden and the rooms :) Also, there are bananas on trays at the sitting areas in the garden from which the guests have been offered to help themself - as those are from the owner's farm - which is a nice gesture and they were yummy (my daughter ate a lot of them and she is having a fussy eater age). We asked and paid for a basic room with bathroom and we have got it. The centre is approx 700 metres away, cca 10 minutes walk. There is an authentic food market near the river in the evenings, and there are 2 more markets where one can have breakfast/ lunch if staying in town, restaurants and all kinds of shops are also in town - but you can receive information on pretty much anything at the guesthouse. It was a nice and pleasant stay, we would stay here again.
- Yvonne (7/5): Good - Excellent place in a town but without public transportation, which sucks, excuse the expression! Rented a bicycle which was perfect to get around. Lot of sights around the area, with transportation . Place itself and owners are great. No public transportation 🥴
- Anton (8/5): Very good - Chill vibe, great people -
