Staff - were very attentive and friendly Room - comfort in room was variable. Double room bed was very uncomfortable but the single room beds were good. Bathroom - very cold. Had to leave the door open for the heater in the room to warm it up!

- Kathy (7/5): Decent, clean hotel. - The hotel was very basic, but clean and conveniently located close to the train station and the Ise Katagami Museum, which I was visiting. There was also an Ise Katagami gift shop just across the street from the hotel, which was a nice surprise! It seemed a little expensive for just the basic amenities.

- HISAMI (4/5): 設備は古いです。 - 毛布と、爪切りを借りれました。 身体が冷えていたので、バスタブにお湯を張ってはいったらバスタブの床のコーナーとかがヌルヌルしていて気持ち悪かったです。また、壁に備え付けのシャンプーとかの容器がシャンプーなどが出るところが汚れていました。両替などフロントでしなくてはならないのを、できればチェックインの時にご案内してもらえたらいいのに、と思いました。オートロックでないのもちょっと驚きました。全体的に設備は古いです。お風呂のカランも混合栓では無いのでお湯の温度調整が難しかったです。

- alan (10/5): Far exceeding toyoko chain in value for money, quality of food, service of staff and the room size - Everything about this hotel was far beyond our expectations. the price was far below the toyoko inn prices yet the accommodation was much better the dinner and breakfast were exceptional for a hotel chain. not buffet, but a choice of sets which were very well cooked and served we will use the Greens Hotel chain as a first choice in future travel to Japan It was NOT a problem to us but the hotel had scaffolding outside the windows which we joked about the workers seeing into the room. 10.00am to 5.00pm so no problem, just a strange view
