Guest Reviews
- LesContessa (10/5): Our First and definitely not our last visit on this place! - I was looking for a great place to celebrate my sister's advance birthday celebration and I stumbled upon this place. It was amazingly cheaper than I expected and was in a perfect beach location.
We took the bus from Dau to Olongapo and took the jeepney to Barretto. This beach hotel was along the highway. We were both backpackers so no big deal. If its your first time, make sure to withdraw your cash while in Olongapo since there were no close ATMs at this beach hotel.
Check in was smooth. We were sent to our rooms with very cordial staff and we toured the site. Two bedrooms was great. No bathtub and window on this room but its all good. You have to pay more if you take the balcony room.
The pool was next to the beach so it was a perfect setting when you want to switch where you want to swim. There was a notice at lobby about the presence of jellyfish at the beach so just be aware about that. The beach was not too clean since its shared by all but the water is fine.
The food was good. We also had free breakfast when we booked the room so that was a good deal too.
We checked out early at 11am the next day since we did not want to rush with all the other guests on the regular 12pm check out.
The staff was really good from the front desks to the servers. They were all very accommodating and willing to help us. They are the reason why I might come back in the future. This hotel really did a great job keeping great staff.
Thank you so much to this hotel for the wonderful stay. This was an advance birthday getaway for my sister and she loved it.
I hope to be back again in the future with her or maybe with some friends.
Cheers Icove!
- juliusc840 (2/5): Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended - I stayed at I Cove Hotel in Barreto, Olongapo for a week, and I honestly regret booking this place. If you’re thinking of staying here for just a night, maybe you’ll get by — but for anything longer, avoid it. There are far better options in Olongapo or beach resorts in Zambales like Anawangin.
The issues were nonstop:
1. The room looked old and worn out — walls badly need repainting and general maintenance is clearly being ignored.
2. No drinking water provided in the room, no water dispensers either. We had to keep asking for water like it was a luxury.
3. No electric kettle. Want coffee? Go buy one at the bar — even budget hostels offer more.
4. Room hygiene was terrible. I found a cockroach crawling in my room. That alone says a lot.
5. The beach was filthy — full of trash. It felt neglected and uncared for.
6. The Wi-Fi was terrible — extremely slow and unreliable. You can’t even load basic apps or send messages without frustration.
Honestly, it seems like the management has no idea what hospitality means. There was no effort to make guests feel comfortable. I would never stay here again, and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. You deserve better for your money.
- Randy (6/5): - Beach access was good but I did not like their restriction on outside beer and snacks.
- Victor (8/5): - This is a relatively new property that seems to be maintained well. There were some issues with internet service but this is the Philippines.
- Lalaine (10/5): - The hotel is good. Breakfast is good. It's right at the beachfront.
- 677lens (2/5): Icove beach hotel disappointment - I have given one star only because I couldn't put zero.
This hotel is way overpriced, it is in need of some serious refurbishment, rooms are very tired and dirty, things broken or missing. If your holiday requirements include any of the following, you should do yourself a favour and avoid icove. Hot water (shower and sink) a sink that actually drains away. A clean room (not clean on entry. Or cleaned during following 10 days) Toilet rolls can only be got via a visit to reception, never replaced by service staff. Servicing of the room was not done once during our 10 day stay. Like a coffee when you wake up? No coffee/ tea facilities in rooms here.
Don't be swayed by the lure of the complimentary breakfast, trust me, you will gladly pay to eat elsewhere.
The majority of the staff seem to have a couldn't care less attitude.
The only good thing going for icove is it's location, sadly that really doesn't make up for overpriced tariffs, tired and dirty rooms and very poor overall service
There are other options...... Explore them, I certainly shall next time.
- Adrian (2/5): - This Hotel is in need of major refurbishment, everything is tired, dirty missing or broken. If you require any of the following look elsewhere. Hot water, toilet rolls, clean bedding, clean towels, make coffee in your room, or even friendly helpful service. Very few of the staff fit this bill. Don't be swayed by the complimentary breakfast, trust me, you will be eating elsewhere. In summary Poor service, overpriced, tired and dirty.
- Seth (6/5): A little dated - The hotel has a great location, looks great from the road, nice pool, direct access to the beach.
Was told no outside food or delivery. Restaurant seemed like it was closed.
Room was okay size. Walls could use some fresh paint, and mattress definitely needs to be replaced. Woke up with sore back and neck.
- NathanLuminario (4/5): Not worth the price - The place and its facilities is small, old, and not well kept. Room has good ac but small because most of the space went to the balcony area.
Beach is not clean so its not good for swimming or even picture taking.
We stayed in their sea view room for 4 persons. However free breakfast is only for two persons which doesnt make sense since we paid for a room for 4. Free bottled water and toiletries are also good for two persons only.
Breakfast menu is very limited, tapsilog was the only available breakfast meal for the 2 pax who dont have free breakfast and costs around 300 php. Other food/meals in the menu seem overpriced as well.
- Marty (4/5): Could be great, but... - Check in was smooth. Got to the room and it looked great at first. Went into the bathroom and the toilet was leaking onto the floor. Nice puddle had formed. Informed the front desk and they had someone come mop it up with towels in the morning. Never addressed the cause and spent the next 35 hours with a growing pool of water in the CR.
The shower didnt drain either. Standing water for two days in the shower. Problem never addressed. Whole bathroom with standing water from wall to wall is a big problem. They were indifferent. Huge red flag.
Went to the restaurant and ordered a coffee in the morning. Got the smallest cup of coffee ive ever been served, which cost around 150 pesos, maybe more. Friends came to have breakfast with me. The "free breakfast' i paid for didnt work because i dont eat meat, so i ordered a veggie omelet. No discount whatsover, no 'hey we can give you 10 percent off" , (usually some type of empathy is shown) which would have been better than absolutely nothing. By this time the accumulation of their indifferences is starting to add up and Im getting frustrated. Never was i offered any type of discount or different accommodations, full price was needed for everything, and their lack of concern is a new bar ive seen set. Ive traveled to thousands of hotels and ive never seen such a cash grab on the coffee/breakfast and the lack of concern on the water issues with the plumbing.
The pool and patio is beautiful, but not worth the other headaches.
- Aaron (6/5): Great hotel poor service. - The hotel itself is great located on the beach and near the local night district. However, there fees and services are outrageous. I was charged 200 peso for morning coffee and when asked for transport to the bus terminal I was quoted 500 peso. On a metered taxi the cost is around 180-200. I understand a small connivence charge but over 100% mark up is not reasonable.
- Granville (6/5): - Bed very comfortable shower ok room size comfortable. What makes this hotel average is 50 percent of food I wanted to order of there menu wasn’t available and drink options even less,it’s a shame we spent more time eating in the hotel next to it
- Ytalott (2/5): Sexually harassed by male iCove staff, and not addressed by Manager. Unsafe especially for girls -- Avoid! - iCove Beach Hotel is where male room attendants can sexually harass female guests and get away with it. It has been weeks after the incident, but iCove's management, who never seemed to be at the premises during our stay, still hasn't addressed the issue.
Upon entering the hotel room, the refrigerator that was included in the booking we paid for wasn't there. A medical condition made the fridge a necessity for us, so we requested it. After back-and-forths with their receptionist and attendant who seemed hesistant to provide it, two male hotel staffs finally went to our room to deliver a refrigerator unit.
My husband stayed in our room to accommodate the delivery. I happened to be at the corner of a stairway between 1st and 2nd floor, when I saw the 2 male iCove staff approaching, carrying the fridge.
As they passed me, I heard one of them say "Sarap!" (Means delicious in English, and is commonly used in this country as a sexual remark) And followed it with "Sarap ng hagdan" (Means that the stairway is delicious).
After a moment, I realized that it was a malicious remark aimed towards me. But I wasn't sure yet and wanted to observe the male iCove staff's behavior. I quietly followed them into our room, trying to gauge his reaction. I noticed that he kept on looking back at me.
I remained quiet as I watched the two men go back down the stairs after delivering the refrigerator into our room. The one who was silent the whole time never looked back at me for the whole duration that I was following them, but the other one who made a sexual remark as he passed me, held a steady gaze at me even as he went down the stairs!
It felt very uncomfortable, but that staring game allowed me to confirm that he was not innocent.
I told my husband the details of my encounter with the perverted iCove staff, and and then we reported it through the receptionist and asked to confront him.
The receptionist was female and seemed upset upon hearing about the sexual harassment that I have experienced from her fellow iCove staff. She apologized, handed me a pen and paper, and suggested that I write a letter to the management because as they were not in the premises.
As I wrote the letter to formally complain about the sexual offender who is employed by iCove, the offender showed up, along with several other hotel staff in the reception room.
The offender asked us why we wanted to talk to him. After I narrated the incident in everyone's presence, Roger said "Sorry po kung akala niyo na kayo ang tinutukoy namin. May iba po kaming pinag-uusapan noong nadaanan ka namin." (Means: Sorry if you thought that we were talking about you. We were talking about something else when we passed by you.) It found it strange for Roger to use "kami" (means "we") when he was the only one who was talking during the sexual harassment incident.
I played along as he feined innocence and asked him, "So bakit ka nagsabi ng 'sarap' pagdaan nyo sakin, sabay bawi at ginawa mong 'sarap ng hagdan'?" (Means: So why did you say 'delicious' earlier, and then covered it up with 'the stairway is delicious'?)
I was expecting him to make a lame but hard-to-debunk excuse such as "pinag-uusapan lang na masarap po yung ulam namin kanina" but no, The offender was a fish caught through its own mouth because of his next excuse for the sexual harassment: "Ma'am, iba po yung sinasabihan namin na masarap, hindi po kayo." (English: "Ma'am, we were talking about someone else; it's wasn't about you.")
So there you have it, he was making sexual remarks about "someone" as he passed me. Regardless of who it was aimed at, it was extremely uncomfortable as a female, alone in the corner of a stairway, to hear a male hotel staff talk make sexual remarks as he passed by.
I told him "Kahit hindi ako ang pinag-uusapan niyo, hindi ka dapat bastos." To which he couldn't respond anymore. He just stared at me, dumbfounded.
The receptionist said that the manager will talk to me on the next day.
Then came the next day, we were too uncomfortable to have breakfast in the hotel's restaurant in fear that The offender may retaliate with his friends in the kitchen, after being humiliated about his dirty deeds in front of his co-workers. After all, not many people in my country confront harassers like I do, so after the unexpected public confrontation, he must be really upset.
To our dismay, on our way to eat breakfast outside of the hotel, we came across the sexual offender, attending to his housekeeping duties as if nothing happened! There was no one at the reception area so we ate breakfast outside first, despite already having paid for the hotel's breakfast.
We found a different receptionist at the lobby when we came back to the hotel. According to her, the manager is still not in the hotel premises as they were attending an event. She assured us that manager will contact me via phone call soon as they are free. And now it's been weeks after the incident, and still not a single word from iCove Beach Hotel.
For me, the stay at iCove Beach Hotel was traumatizing. Imagine being sexually harassed by a staff who is expected to treat guests with at least an ounce of courtesy. And imagine being sexually harassed by a room attendant, who may access your bedroom and do nasty things... As if that's not bad enough, there was never a manager on-site to address the issue!
Our entire stay was filled with fear on my part, always watching my back, in case The offender tries something funny as payback for being humiliated. Humiliation is not a grave enough sanction when it comes to sexual harassment. There should have been a due process implemented by the manager, such as suspension from work. But the problem is that there doesn't seem to be anyone managing iCove Beach Hotel.
I would also like to point out that in terms of cleanliness and atmosphere, the room itself was not very good. Aside from initially lacking the refrigerator that we paid for, the bed sheet had a small hole, and there were many red ants crawling on our stuff.
And regarding the atmosphere, the male staff manning the bar during our stay seemed grumpy and it made ordering a scary process. There's also the uncomfortable feeling that the sexual offender is a room attendant there, who was working as usual in the premises on the day after we reported him, as if nothing happened.
Spend your money on a hotel that will make feel comfortable and safe, especially girls! Such a place is definitely not iCove.
- Colin (2/5): - Was put into a room when we first arrived which was outdated and the basin tap barely attached to the basin.
They changed rooms when we asked.
Would not stay again.
Breakfast included was horrible, two dried wafer thin pieces of Ham, about 3” square.one egg and one half piece of toast.
- GrandTour31236219617 (2/5): Lackluster facilities compounded by sexual harassment from staff! - We came here expecting a fairly standard resort stay. It was a minor frustration at first that we had to request bath mats, the room was filled with ants and other insects, and there was no refrigerator provided at first despite it being one of the listed inclusions.
While we appreciate the quick response, we were shocked when one of the staff who brought up the refrigerator performed verbal sexual harassment towards one of our female guests. We couldn't stand for this sort of behavior in public, let alone an established resort, so we reported it immediately to the front staff.
The next day, we were told that action will be done by management but we still saw the harasser around the premises, working like nothing happened. This made us uncomfortable the entire stay and caused us to decide to skip the breakfast and use of any other facilities. Even until checkout, no response was given by management so we just quietly left.
Very thankful to the front desk staff for handling the matter professionally and helping us write an official complaint, but the lack of any response by management even 2 weeks later left a very bad taste in our mouth. Definitely not recommended, especially for travelling women.
- Rudy (4/5): - Very loud until around 2pm. Broken faucet in bathroom but usable. TV didn’t work. Expected more for the money we paid.
- Jeremiah (4/5): - Rooms need some maintenance. Old, musty smell from aircon. Fixtures are rusting in bathrooms. Overall was ok, just a little disappointed from my last visit. Staff is still friendly.
- jacqueline (8/5): - Nice hotel which leads straight onto beach. Rooms clean but toiletries a bit sparce. Hoel did refresh on request
- tracyraphaelf (10/5): Summer2023 - Clean, coozy and a good place to relax. The food is good, pool is clean and they have friendly staff, planning to go back and have another long vacation this 2024. The place is located along the highway and very accessible to food and spas. If anyone of toy wanted to have a good and relaxing moment visit icove.
- Olga (6/5): - The view was great .but limited things to bring inside the rooms . No cooked food allowed inside. No electric kettle inside the room .
The staff service is good and very accommodating.
- george (4/5): - The positives about this property were: nice pool and hot tub; excellent view and right on the beach; half the staff we dealt with were cordial and welcoming. The negatives were: the other half of the staff we dealt with seemed like it was a chore to interact with us; our room was a "Deluxe", but would be standard at most other hotels; it was ok, but the walls were marked-up need to be repainted; the bed was only a double and slanted toward our heads (my girlfriend and I slept with our heads at the foot of the bed); there is no refrigerator; there was a light in the ceiling that would not shut off, which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast that comes with your room reservation is average. My overall impression was that this was a really nice hotel when it opened 9 or 10 years ago, but owenership/management has implemented cost cutting measures that have allowed it to "slip" a little. Not a horrible experience, but I would not stay here again. We toured a few other hotels that are nicer and give you more for your money.
- malasacoffeem (4/5): Very poor not what I expected for the price - The stafyare caring (as they should be in hospitality)
It's the lack of amenities this hotel doesn't have.
Free breakfast of order a meal... There's no restaurant, just a room with table/chairs. You have to "try" and get the staff attention or visit the small bar and order.
No-one tells you where to go for the food.
You have to ask to turn on the water jets on the pool.
They are not trained in applying chlorine to the pool (geez my eyes burnt)
The lights in the room (well they're there but low wattage spots and in our room 4 not working
Maintenance could also do with a kicking
And no guard to call a trike/taxi or organise the car parking outside.
Very disappointed for such a high priced hotel
- joergl412 (4/5): Geck before you stay - A nice boutipue hotel small but smelly!! After big dissappointing before this place we had a high expetation! But been quick panelized again! The room a very small, and with almost 3500 per night overprized! No kettle, no ref, no hot water, very bad internet, and a very welcome early in the morning staff by 6am which was very noisy! After 7pm was the mysic switch on, noisy continue! At the terraze you getting anoid from local vendors over lobster, fish, pasalubongs and more things you does not need!
At the end i had enough! Noise level fare to high! We paid for 4 nights after 1 night we get informed we will not receive anything back!!! Very unprofessionel handling of complains
Pool water is green many tiles are damaged and wood is rotten
- bluetteberna (8/5): Nice leisure stay - This is a 3-star rated hotel and I expected no more than a 3-star hotel. It doesn't have the usual bathroom amenities...bath soap, shampoo or conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. It's a bit on the pricey rate but the place is safe and compact. The staff is very accommodating from the reception to the dining staff.
Parking is a challenge as they have limitted rooms.
- sheryl1220 (10/5): Beautiful place to stay - It was a quiet resort. Good place to relax. We tried water activities like banana boat and the inflatable obstacle course, it was so much fun. Staff are friendly too. Food is good. Things to improve though are the rooms. There are a lot of black ants in our shower room. We don't know why. Good thing we are outside most of the day. Also the toilets in pool area are always smelly. But overall, I'd still say we had a pleasant stay. 🙂👍
- Robert (8/5): Exceeding our expectations - We were very impressed with this hotel.
It exceeded our expectations.
Small things matter though
1. No hand towels
2. No hairdryer
3. No tea and coffee facilities
4. Very limited shampoo (1 between 2 people staying
- Paul (4/5): - The property was clean and the front desk staff were polite.
The outside area besides the pool had loud music playing, only 3 loungers within the actual pool as visible within the photo. The remaining seating was wire with no cushions so very uncomfortable after 10 minutes, I was expecting at lease a relaxing poolside location that would enable you to lounge by.
- mistasmith (6/5): Not suitable for international tourists - Right on the beach. Rooms are ok only and there were no towels or toiletries when we checked in. Breakfast is crap, not palatable unless you're into basic local food. Car park is a nightmare and if you don't park in the front they are forever phoning you to move your car. Toilet overflowed and whilst they sent someone to fix it, they left with the floor still all wet. Local standard only but not many options in this area which aren't complete crap.
- mavelfinolan (10/5): Girls just want to have sun! ☀️ - We really had fun for our day tour experience here in this place, all of the staff was accommodating and the day tour fee was reasonable. Rest assured will go back here again for us to stay away from the city (that is so busy)
Fee was 500php and 300php consumable at the pool bar. It means you pay only 200php for their amenities and beach-front area. Thank you so much for the experience, see you soon 🤍☀️
- Daniel (6/5): - Check in was fine. The food was pretty good! The staff wasn’t rude, but they certainly were not very hospitable. The WiFi was very spotty and kept going in and out. The beach was so dirty. The worst part was check out. They are a cash only hotel. They do not accept credit cards and this is NOT POSTED anywhere. I had to walk all over town in the pouring rain to try and find an ATM. When I did, it was out of cash. I ended up having to wire myself cash and go to a western Union pickup station. Was a nightmare.
- spenelope20 (10/5): Short stay - Had a short stay in Subic and stayed in iCove Hotel. The location is great for it is along the highway and it is near other stores if you want to try other dishes or to tour more around the area. Nice beach and pool area.
- VENUS (6/5): - beach was dirty. Noisy. Bad customer service. Bathroom was gross. Won't go back to this place again
- Jay (8/5): - Kids loved the pool
- Jay (10/5): - Great place from the pool to the free breakfast. Always look for opportunities to stay at the iCove!!!
- russ (10/5): - Location and serve was excellent
- Ronald (10/5): - All around great experience would stay again, employees were helpful made us feel welcomed
- 667marki (6/5): Food is great but the area not much anymore - Third time Its a bit disappointing that they did not maintain this resort properly. The pool got lot of brocken tile edges and a bit dirty
Its degrading every year i might as well find a new resort to hang out
I keep coming since i like the chef food.
- Carlo Eduardo (10/5): - Nice
- Catallena (4/5): Disappointment meets another disappointment - Location wise, it’s the perfect spot since it’s near many local stores, so finding something to eat will be easy. Parking space sucks! They said they have ample parking space, but it’s a parking space you wouldn’t wish to be the last to park or else you will be hassled. We were in the midst of our lunch at least a mile away from the hotel when we received a call asking to go back at the premise to move the car since per space got 3 rows each, and if you’re on the last to second, prepare to be hassled. The room was a scam. Upon booking, we have been informed that we’ll be given a room with veranda, but then came the reservation and all we hear from them is sorry. We also requested for extra toiletries since they provided just for 2 when the booking made was for 4, and yet… none is given, so eff it, we have to go to local store. For its price, this is a scam. Never again! Nevertheless, the experience was fun, but service is lacking.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Newly furbished. Sea front. Staff are very accomodating. Beside a dive shop. However, the beach part area of the property was not being cleaned. They should make the initiative to develop, maintain, clean their most important asset, the beach. Curfew currently is at 10pm :(
- CASTravelerBuds (2/5): Unclean, unhealthy and super dirty hotel! - We visited yesterday (July 24, 2021), see attached photo for the proof!
Overprice room rate and foods! This hotel should only categorize as 2 star hotel!
No boiler or stove as you see on their website or main photo. Infrequent cleaning or changing of pillowcases and smell of the room is super terrible.
TV Remote and aircon is not working, stair and floor is very slippery no one is cleaning.
- Robert (8/5): - Basic room (no hairdryer, water heater etc) but comfortable enough. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.
- Hosanna (8/5): - Does not have a lot of food choices.
- Ron Aldwin (8/5): 4.5/5 - AC aint that good in our room. Took a while before it got cold, but overall experience was great. Kudos to the staff! Super friendly
Toilet overflowed and whilst they sent someone to fix the left with the floor still all wet. Local standard only but not many options in this area which aren't complete crap.
- Marie Pearl Lei (8/5): - The property was affordable and it looked classy but a lot of things are no longer well maintained and they leave their broken items and laundry in the hallways
- Ann (10/5): - Place is nice and secured
Food is excellent
It followed aitf protocol
Safe to stay
- MarieMMPR (10/5): Cozy and Great Value for Money - Last weekend was my second visit to Subic with girl friends in a month. And to have stayed at iCove Beach Hotel for a second time (when there were other options) spoke volumes about how pleased we were the first time around. Nothing had changed: the rooms we stayed in were still generally clean, WiFi was reliable, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the breakfast choices were all delicious (yes, we tried practically everything!) It's a small boutique hotel that offers great value for money and a clean, safe place to stay after a full day of activities like running, shopping, dining out, or exploring Subic and the rest of Olongapo, or Bataan. What this hotel lacks in facilities, amenities, and pristine, white-sand beach, it makes up pretty well in other areas that matter to me and my girl friends who love quick weekend get-aways.
- arianevelez (10/5): Great Accommodation with very hospitable staff - The place is very affordable with beach front view. The rooms are clean and are very well maintained. All of the staffs were very accommodating too. They only have a few amenities though but since we stayed there just overnight, it was still very worth it. My friends and I really had a great stay. And I am definitely going back.
- Marvin (10/5): - Place is nice. Staffs are accommodating
- Karen (10/5): - Good we’ll go back
- Ian (6/5): Underwhelming for the price - iCove wasn't bad, but for the money I expected more.
Room: be wary of booking the cheapest room type, as they're windowless, which is OK in a budget hotel but not for a resort. Definitely recommend upgrading to the next room type. Hotel doesn't allow any outside food or drinks in the hotel and to that end doesn't provide a refrigerator, which is ridiculous for that price. Bed is very comfortable and whole room is clean and modern, very close to pictures. Minimum of toiletries provided, warm and powerfall rainfall shower. Wifi was down across the entire hotel when I stayed but connection to network was a decent strength.
Staff: check-in guy couldn't be less interested but some staff offered greetings and were friendly enough.
Food: free breakfast was pleasant, nice to sit by the pool area and eat.
Hotel: Pool was attractive, nice place to relax although i felt they didn't make enough of the bar area. There is a happy hour (3-6pm or 3-7pm).
Overall it's not bad, but a bit soulless. If they did a promo on the deluxe rooms I might go back, but I'm not going to rush...
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice location staff very nice but reception staff not very helpful
- Verified traveler (8/5): - No complementary coffee inside our room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - pool looked great ,no windows in room wouldn't stay again
- Roger (10/5): - stayed shortly after opening a few years ago so decided to check it out again and wasn't disappointed. Has been maintained well and friendly staff. Seems to stay booked regularly. Will stay again when in the neighborhood.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved our stay there staff was great! There was a group of men there though who party heavy and was noisy late at night
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Food is very good
- Jarle (8/5): Nice holiday - We had a nice stay. The hotel was OK. The rooms are fine for two persons but too small for an extra bed. The area is nice with several attractions and good restaurants. My daughter (8) was very fond of the inflatable island.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I think all keycards can access all rooms? Somebody opened our room while we're inside 😡
- C. Richard (10/5): Perfect for Sunbathers! - (+)Soft sand underwater/no rocks. Super clean pool with FINEST sunbathing chairs (sits in 2 inches of water)ever. Room was large, bed soft, many cable choices, wifi an 8 of 19 stars. Great reception desk, guards do wonders parking. Night bartender and breakfast chef are tops of thier craft! (-)Not pleased with kids running the halls at 6am. But besides that nuisance I'd use iCove again for sure #bodyguard.inc
- ChojiYago (10/5): - Nice ambiance. Good food. Very comfortable and relaxing place.
- Konrad (10/5): Solid place. Great service. - The reception staff was welcoming. Mario at the bar looked after all my needs and made me feel at home. He was the real all star here.
Upon entering my room, my safety deposit box didn’t work. A staff member quickly came up remedy the situation.
The property itself could use some renovations, however, my room and especially bathroom were top notch.
The surrounding areas have a multitude of bars, restaurants and seafood establishments. Was able to have a quality meal late at night.
I would recommend this place for families and solo travellers alike.
The area was quiet when I was there. Could have easily spent another night or two enjoying the surrounding area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - the food great and staff friendly indeed. I suggest if you want a balcony or view pay the extra money. the standard rooms are very affordable but
small and no view. although quite clean
- Anthony (10/5): Escape from manila - Great value for money right on the beach. Super clean room safety box includes a pool and breakfast.
- Gordon (10/5): Wonderful hotel with fantastic views - My wife and her mother stayed here while visiting family in the area. They were so pleased they booked additional nights on the second leg of their trip.
- MIng (10/5): Great little hideaway - The rooms have no windows unless you pay extra. But you get used to it. Overall I liked it. Very modern and clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Most of the staff are very accommodating except the woman on the front desk. The food is excellent! We will certainly come back!
- Jackie (10/5): Fantastically FUN-tastic - Amazingly good and enjoyable
