- 由季子 (6/5): ロケーション重視 - 目的地に近い 廊下が雰囲気あってよかった ダイニング椅子の下にポテトチップが落ちていた。 2階のエアコンのリモコンの反応が悪かった。 1階の居間の照明が暗くて雑誌が読めなかった。 テレビのBSが見られるとよかった。
- NATHALIE (2/5): - Nous avons eu froid et impossible de régler le chauffage dans la pièce du bas. Nous avons dû utilisé le petit chauffage de la salle de bain,du coup celle ci sentait l’humidité . Nous n’avons pas aimé le manque de flexibilité du propriétaire .pour le dernier jour, nous lui avions demandé s’il était possible de laisser nos bagages dans l’entrée en extérieur ,cela ne gênait personne , et serions venu les récupérer vers 16h17h .la réponse est non. Du coup il a fallu trouver un luggage store et cela nous a pris 1h30, et ensuite revenir à la maison pour récupérer les vélos loués. Pas cool!!! J’ai 3 guest house en France et suis beaucoup plus au service de mes clients.

The moment I stepped into this beautifully renovated Kyoto townhouse, I was struck by how seamlessly it blends traditional charm with modern comforts. The 'box stairs' and antique furnishings were such a unique touch, giving the interior an authentic and nostalgic feel. What I loved most was the privacy. Since the entire townhouse is rented out to just one group per day, it truly felt like having my own little home in Kyoto. The quiet neighborhood near the Kyoto Imperial Palace added to the peaceful vibe, yet it was so convenient to hop on public transportation and explore the city. Every detail of Tsuyukusa-an reflects thoughtfulness, from the tasteful décor to the modern amenities that made my stay so comfortable. It was the perfect balance of tradition and convenience. If you're looking for an authentic Kyoto experience with all the comforts of home, I highly recommend Tsuyukusa-an. It’s a place where you can immerse yourself in Kyoto’s history while enjoying the ease of modern living. Truly a gem! N/A

- Philipp (10/5): Exceptional - really beautiful house, nicely designed. comfortable and good bathroom also for washing a baby. location is very nice, close to many restaurants, cafes, studios, public transport and the park. Wei was very helpful and friendly and let us stay a few hours extra on the day of departure due to the baby. we can definitely recommend the place and would certainly stay there again. the sliding doors in front of the kitchen are a bit unpractical.
