• Charlotte (8/5): Great location from airport - Easy to access from the hotel. Shuttle bus very prompt on time. Clean and the triple room I had was massive - great for a family it even had a full kitchen (only booked it for myself because that was all that was left to book) . Check in was very slow - just one desk and both visits it was a trainee on the one desk being taught the ropes.

• Roy (10/5): Top verblijf! - Een heerlijk verblijf. We kregen kamers in het Marriott Inn hotel (drie gebouwen naast elkaar). Mooie kamers zoals op de foto’s. Lekker zwembad (niet koud) met stroomsauna en infrarood sauna. Goed avondeten in buffetvorm. Absoluut aan te raden, Uber naar centrum is €25 dus goed alternatief als je goedkoper en luxer alternatief zoekt dan het centrum van Amsterdam.

• Evelinn (7/5): Handig voor vroege vlucht in de buurt van schiphol - Fijne locatie en makkelijk met eten en drinken voor vertrek schiphol Kamer was niet mega schoon en douche vies. Vaker hier geweest deze keer viel echt tegen.

• Kris (9/5): Zeer mooie overnachting - Het hotel was zeer goed gelegen, mooie, ruime en praktisch ingerichte, stille kamer met keuken (vele benodigheden zoals vaatwas, bestek,...), zwembad en fitness top, voldoende parking, zeer vriendelijk personeel, klein winkeltje en mooi buffet restaurant,... Parking betaling verliep zeer langzaam en misschien een klein kritiek puntje (niemand sprak Nederlands maar in de winkels van Amsterdam viel ons dit ook op)...enkel Engels...zeer vriendelijke service maar zeer raar om in Nederland te zijn en geen Nederlands te spreken..;

• Chelsea Chang (10/5): 非常棒的住宿經驗：位置方便之外，住起來也很舒服 - 位置極佳，有機場來回的接駁車(機場-飯店是免費的；飯店-機場一個人5歐元) 房間空間超寬敞，非常舒服 有一台大電視，畫質非常好 員工服務很好，有任何問題都很積極協助處理 一開始進房間的時候發現沐浴乳、洗髮乳、洗手乳等快要用完了，所以有跟櫃台反應請他們補充 然後剛進房間的時間，有看到其中一條被子上有污漬，但反應完畢後員工很快速就幫我們處理好了(包含幫我們鋪沙發床) 窗簾拉不動，有請他們協助 (真的很感謝飯店很有耐心幫我們解決問題)
• Nikol (10/5): definitely would recommend, really confortable stay if you are willing to pay a little extra for transport and to spend - really clean, great accommodation, a lot of space, warm pool and overall very comfy place it was really cold in room and no one could help us with that:( so if you are travelling in colder weathers (rain, wind, less than 15 degrees) - i recommend bringing warm clothes to sleep in. also the location is really far away from literally everything except the airport, for example you need to travel for 1h to get to the city centre. there are bus stops right near the hotel, but they are not counted as the city buses, so you need to pay for them separately from your ticket from GVB (if you are using one). i guess the price is reasonable as for Amsterdam, and for such a comfy place with outstanding staff, but because of the location it is still a bit overpriced

• Heidi (9/5): Prachtig ruim appartement met heerlijk ontbijt - We kregen een prachtig en groot appartement toegewezen. We hebben ook genoten van het uitgebreide ontbijt. Restaurant Mondi was een leuke ervaring. Er is bijna geen Nederlands sprekend personeel. Ook zou een indoor speelplek voor kinderen wenselijk zijn.

• Aamir Majeed (8/5): Modern, spacious rooms with great airport shuttle and Tesla charging — just needs clearer directions - Rooms & facilities: Rooms were great, spacious, and the building/facilities felt relatively new. High quality overall. Parking & charging: Parking was easy to find once we got there. I managed to use the Tesla charger — fast and convenient. Airport shuttle: Ideal and ran on time. Made the airport transfer stress-free. Didn’t use: Swimming pool and sauna, so can’t comment on those. Signage/directions: It’s a big complex and directions weren’t clear. We ended up at two wrong buildings while carrying luggage. During the confusion we had to park in a Tesla bay. Room cleanliness: One room wasn’t properly cleaned — we found items left by previous guests, which wasn’t hygienic. Price: On the expensive side. Clearer directions to the correct building would have made it feel like better value.

• Sandra (5/5): - Cordendon bleek volgeboekt en we kregen locatie aan de overkant, een verblijf voor gehandicapten. Op zich prima maar de ventilatie gaf erg veel herrie. Medewerker gevraagd, die kreeg het wat zachter en ik dacht ik slaap er wel doorheen maar sliep eigenlijk erg slecht van de continue ventilatie herrie.

• Carlijn (6/5): Weinig geslapen door een piepende en krakende slaapbank. - Perfecte locatie voor een vroege vlucht vanaf Schiphol We hadden een 4-persoonskamer. Onze tieners sliepen op de slaapbank, maar die slaapbank heeft ons alle vier de hele (korte nacht) wakker gehouden. Die piepte en kraakte echt enorm.

• Marie (8/5): Celkově jsme byli spokojení, pokoje byly čisté a prostorné, velmi vstřícný personál - Skvělé snídaně Shuttle-bus zpět na letiště stojí 5 eur systémem nákupu jízdenky pomocí QR code, po zaplacení trvá delší dobu, než přijde jízdenka do e-mailu, občas je to úplně nefunkční, na recepci vždy pomohli a vytiskli papírovou jízdenku.

• CGTAJ (7/5): Lekker feestje ondanks de slechte bediening - De kamer is erg mooi. Het is een appartement met een klein keukentje en een royale zitbank voor de tv. De verduisterende gordijnen werkten super. Veel lampjes op de kamer. Parkeren kan buiten het hotel langs de weg met parkeerschijf van 8 tot 20 uur. Daarna is het vrij. Met schijf kun je er 4 uur staan. Ik had in de avond de schijf op 8 uur gezet waardoor ik heerlijk kon uitslapen. Parkeren op het terrein was erg druk en smalle vakken. Het is onduidelijk waar je moet zijn om in te checken. Daar ik momenteel moeilijk loop was het erg lastig om van het ene naar het andere gebouw gestuurd te worden. Het personeel spreekt alleen engels. Wij hadden een feest met veel mensen in de Mondo sky bar. Er waren 300 uitnodigingen verstuurd. Het personeel daar werkte volkomen inefficiënt. Geen goede leiding en afspraken, iedereen deed maar wat. Op een gegeven moment was het bier op en duurde het meer dan een half uur voordat er nieuw bier was. Hierdoor werden er veel cocktails besteld waardoor het tempo van het uitserveren nog langzamer ging. De douche was werkelijk een aanfluiting, ik moest moeite doen om nat te worden! Een collega in een andere kamer had precies hetzelfde euvel.

• Mia (8/5): Good for a short layover - Good choice if you have a layover in Amsterdam and don't really need to go to the city. There was a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel but it was hard to get to the city, the only optimal option option was uber. Lisa on the reception desk was very helpful! Othervise, not much going on around the hotel.

• Bader (9/5): - الفندق جميل تستمع فيه الافطار والاكل الحلال الطاقم المتعاون السينما والمسبح طبعا هذا مش غلطة الفندق هذا الاختيار الشخص اذا كانت سفرتك قصيرة وتريد تستغل الوقت افضل تسكن قريب السنتر لانه المواصلات متعبة تغير وبعض الاحيان زحمة قريب الفندق لا تاخذ بطاقة اليوم الواحد GVB ادفع حسب الاستخدام بالبطاقة افضل يوجد 3 نقاط بالباص قريب الفندق باص 356 يروح هارليم ويوديك نقطة الباصات في نورد باص 194 وباص 195 يروح الى محطة الباصات في نورد او تمشي 15د الى محطة الباصات في نورد وتوديك الى اي مكان استخدم تطبيق GVB علشان تعرف التوقيت الصحيح باص 194 وباص 195 جنب الفندق بس اوقاته متباعدة نقل المطار يوقف من 00:00 الى 04:30 حسب الجدول لازم تسأل عن تتورط مثلنا افضل طريقة ل موضوع المواصلات تروح تمشي الى محطة schipol noord تطلع السنتر بالباص لازم تغير في محطة او تشوف المناسب الرجوع عن طريق القطار الى المطار وتستخدم نقل المطار المجاني ملاحظة النقل من والى المطار عن طريق الفندق مجاني فقط من المطار الى الفندق

• Oksana (9/5): Чудово 👍 - Апартаменти чудові, світлі та просторі. Незважаючи, що це готель, в номері є кавоварка, електрочайник та мікрохвильова. Кілька пакетиків чаю, кави та цукру. Ліжко зручне. Басейн входить в ціну. Якби могли залишитись на довше. Якщо будемо в цій стороні знову, обов'язково оберемо цей готель. Добратись до міста можна спочатку їхнім автобусом до аеропорту, а з аеропорту місцевим транспортом до Амстердаму. Ми були автомобілем, є парковка, платна, за добу заплатили 18 євро. Шкіряний диван був шикарний. Єдиний мінус - не було батареї, був кондиціонер, трішки було свіжо в номері, але це не зіпсувало враження.

• van den Broeke (7/5): Het was prima - Het waren mooie ruime kamers met alle faciliteiten in huis. Een keukentje, fijne douche, genoeg ruimte voor koffers We kwamen aan bij het Urban hotel. Dit bleek een asielzoekerscentrum te zijn. We zijn daarna naar het grote hotel aan de voorkant gelopen en daar bleken we in een ander hotel op hetzelfde terrein te zitten. Ik vond het jammer dat onze kinderen op de slaapbank moesten slapen waardoor wij ‘s avonds niet nog even konden zitten. Op onze eigen kamer konden we geen televisie kijken. Ook vind ik het belachelijk dat als je ergens reserveert, je nog moet betalen (€19!!) voor het parkeren.

• ARTUR (7/5): Place for layover close to airport. - No any question to the hotel and amenities, the only bad thing is mis Hotel listed to have option for late checkout with hourly basis. My next flight was at 9 PM, I gave this information to the hotel in advance, asked about late checkout in advance and multiple times they mentioned that it will be based on availability. During checkin I asked about late checkout(it was ok for me to pay their mentioned per hour rate) they said that late checkout is maximum to 15:00, so only 3 hours. And nobody said that info before so I can book 2 nights instead of 1, and hotel have no other free rooms, so I was need to find a place to rest as my next flight was 14 hours. Please work with the team, who is responsible with providing information and update information on your website also
