- Anders (9/5): Great stay! - Very nice rooms on the water. There are alternative rooms that are not on the water. If you enjoy sitting on your balcony enjouying closeness to the water. Choose the raft rooms. But know that they float so there will be movement in the room. Especially if a boat passes by. There is also a nice pool. Restaurant serves delicious food.

- Jane (8/5): - The resort is beautiful and tucked away down by the river. It was very quiet, and floating on a raft let us sleep through the night. The room itself could use some improvements in decorations and the bathroom needs a makeover. However, it is a room floating on the river so the experience was most enjoyable. Unfortunately, the television was not working which was a disappointment. The dinner was ok but chef needs to understand that a cheese burger cooked medium should not have raw meat in the middle. The breakfast was good but limited to short menu. The staff was wonderful and deserve a thumbs up for their attentiveness. Thank you.

- David (10/5): Lovely resort in a beautiful setting. - Lovely resort in a beautiful setting. The suites exceeded expectations and were extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We dined at the restaurant each evening and the food and service were good.

We stayed in one of the pool deluxe rooms and it was a lot of fun for everyone. This resort is couple as well as kid friendly. The raft ride was also a lot of fun. The resturant was good and breakfast was really worth the money. We will go back for sure!

- Jack (9/5): Excellent resort - The food at the restaurant was very tasty, the swimming pool was nice, the staff were very pleasant, the breakfast considering it was included in the price was good. Being able to sit and dip your feet in the river was lovely, the location was each to get to, the rooms were perfect. The only issue we had, which is common in these reviews is hearing the generator on the opposite side of the river however, I accept the resort can't do much about this.

- Angela (9/5): Luxury stay on the river. Highly recommended. - The spa bath on the patio was probably the most decadent experience I've ever had! A bubble sachet was provided every day. The room had the best selection of free snacks that I've ever seen. Luckily, I don't like plain Pringles otherwise I would have had a pack every day. The location on the river was ideal for me, providing a break from city life. It's perfect for a peaceful, relaxing break. It is not somewhere to go if you are looking for a lively time meeting lots of new people. Despite living in Thailand, I'm not a fan of Thai food. The American breakfast was adequate, which is on a par with every one I've eaten in Thailand. There is a limited Western menu including a cheeseburger, which was smothered in a thick, tasty bbq sauce which was too spicy for my taste, so I was unable to eat the whole thing. It was nicely presented and seemed good quality though. I must stress that this was my personal preference, there wasn't actually anything wrong with the food. There is a good range of Thai meals available, breakfast had about 4 Thai choices cooked to order, and the buffet section of breakfast varied according to how many customers were eating, with salad on busy days and on the quietest day I was brought an individual serving of fruit which was far more than I would have taken had it been available on the buffet section.

- Benson (10/5): Miss the excellent stay the moment you check out! - Excellent stay. Tuck away in the greenaries and by River Kwai makes this an idyllic location to rest and truly relax. You will need a car to get here though and its worth it! There are not much food place in the vicinity but thats no concern as the hotel food is tasty. The hotel offer some paid activities tours too like rafting or national park visit. I enjoyed everthing about this hotel, and think its best to book the room which has direct access to the river. You can swim in it although the staff would safeguard themselves and advise you not to do it. Only slight drawback is that the portable water provided in the room is limited to what is given. However, snacks in the room are free of charge. I miss the place already.

- Nicole (1/5): Bad - Cleanless inside the hotel and nice garden. Very bad hotel. we had booked 2 rooms. 1 raft room and 1 deluxe villa with swimming pool. The raft room is very small and poorly decorated. the shower is a mockery. light switches are located at the entrance. no bedside lamp. so find your bed in the dark. the luxury villa is just as spartan furnished. 1 desk chair. the rest you can only sit on the bed. The bed is like a concrete block. there are no bedside tables, so nothing to set your alarm clock or drink on. The pool is not much bigger than a bathtub. we asked for another room because of problems with the air conditioning, but these people are so tough. nothing possible, not even with the intervention of booking.com. in front of the room is very dirty. The breakfast itself is ok. but the drinks are very bad. you can wake up an elephant with coffee and the tea is just as black. the fruit juice seems like pure syrup. so make your own tea. The staff is friendly, but they don't like to understand Englisch at all

- Sue (8/5): I recommend this for one night only, I stayed 3 which was a bit long. If you have a group and know those beside you then - it was unique and nice to be right on the river. I loved the sound of the River at night my first night was great because no one else in the raft block of 4 rooms. There was a family who had the other 3 rooms, they were loud, they were talking over the patios which have short walls between them so no privacy. I couldn’t even sit outside. It’s too bad there isn’t another spot to sit by the river, I ended up sitting by the pool. The walls are very thin as well and even walking around by neighbors sounded like very heavy feet. And I won’t even get into the screaming child. of course all this, no fault of the hotel, just bad luck. There’s also nowhere to go and nothing else to do to get away

- William (10/5): The Best on the River - From what I saw of all the raft hotels on the river this one was by far the best! The hot tub out on the deck did not disappoint. This was the first Thai owned hotel that understood hot water in a hot tub is actually important. Well done! The pool at night with the lights was a nice touch too. The raft trip down the river was good too.

- Rebecca (10/5): - Incredible resort! We stayed in the deluxe room which were very beautiful and luxurious. The hotel is in a beautiful isolated location which is what we wanted, and very unique to be floating on the river. The included breakfast was good. Overall, I would hugely recommend this resort and would definitely go back. The only recommendation I would make is that guests have their own transport to get there as it is isolated. We rented a car so it was fine, but if you have to rely on taxis you would struggle to get into and out of this resort.
