Josh (8/5): It was a beautiful place, clean and we would definitely recommend. - It was beautiful and very clean! I had an issue with the parking pass due to it was not sent until right before our stay and I had already been in Florida for a week so I had no way of printing it. I messaged about this through the booking chat and I got no response that day nor still after the stay. I was lucky and found some on a drawer in the kitchen.
Pete (6/5): Don't think I would consider using complex for a future visit , will look for another option - Unit was nice, couch was very comfortable, layout of unit, the unit had beach towels master bed is a bit to high, would've been nice if there were beach chairs/umbrella available. Host wasn't aware of what type coffee machine there was. Wife asked if it used K cups and host said yes. Bought K Cups and of course it didn't so went out to get ground coffee. Know this isn't the unit directly but was extremely disappointed with the inability of the facility manager to get the pool operational. Only available on the last day of our stay. My wife isn't a beach person and was looking forward to spending her time at the pool. What a waste. What also irked us was the lack of honest communication about when the pool would be fixed. tomorrow, tomorrow, always said tomorrow Definitely don't recommend your onsite facility manager.
