Desiree (4/5): just okay thank u for late check out at 2pm - the room is just okay clean and descent when they clean the room the next day, no refill of water is given, the soap is only one for 2 nights and 3 days stay and the tissue not enough… no water heater or coffee inside the room

Tatev (8/5): Not bad. - In was in the centre of the city, near the metro. All cafes and restarunats are either turkish or arabian, it is difficult to find georgian food nearby. The bathroom was clean but there was something that need to be cleaned again when we arrived, I asked the reception about it and they say that cleaning staff will be in hotel in the next morning.

Feels a little like being in a prison with very strict rules - you have to sign a special paper that you will now smoke in the room and when checking out you have to wait so somebody goes and checks your room. Also the breakfast is very basic, only instant coffee. Also the receptionist didn’t know much about the parking even though it is the hotel’s parking.

Volkhiandr (8/5): Very good - Clean and quiet rooms, tasty breakfast, nice location. If you want to bathe in hot water, you should first wait 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up, otherwise it's cold. There was also a puddle of water next to the bath every time we took a bath due to the problem with the pipes, I guess. Not the worst experience for sure, but a 4-star hotel could have been a little bit better.
Anna (7/5): Overall, the price was reasonable. - We stayed for just one night. This hotel is close to Marjanishvili metro station and David Agmashenebeli avenue (really pretty) and within walking distance of Rustaveli avenue, so it was easy to reach the city center. Great location! It was clean and the staff was friendly and ready to help since we had some issues with the room facilities. The main problem was with the water. It was cold. The staff said we had to wait from 5 to 10 min for it to get warmer. And it warmed up eventually, but we couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. When we came back to the hotel at night there was a huge puddle on the bathroom floor out of nowhere. We left early so we couldn't try their breakfast, but there was 24 hours McDonald's Express around the corner :-)

Riyaz (5/5): Passable - Location is good, near to Metro and Multi cuisine Restaurants. Room Service is worst, they will clean the room only when you ask otherwise it remains as it for day! I requested for a Blanket for the night due to harsh weather, it was delivered next day to me. Staff was not polite at all except for Nini - she was very helpful. Person at reception when called in the evening for a blanket says all the staff for room service has gone and nobody else can give the Blanket. Breakfast in the morning does not have many options and the hotel is little over priced for the service being delivered. May not go again to this hotel.

Osheev (4/5): Disappointing - Good breakfast Good personal Window problem, because it didn't keep noise and cold wind from street. In other room was same problem Wi-fi problem: sometimes is slow. I don't load a video from YouTube. There are reasons why I lived here only one night.

In the evening the water was turned off until morning. The Internet is slow for video conferencing. Arrived at the hotel after a sleepless flight, so I did not have the strength to refuse the hotel.

みっちゃん (8/5): - シングルルームでしたが　バスタブが大きくて良かったです。何か問題があると　スタッフは　すぐに駆けつけてくれました。ＵＳＢコンセントの差し込みが　部屋の電話機本体に　付いているのは初めてでした。コの字型のホテルで　全部の部屋に窓はあるのですが　２階の部屋のせいか　１階のバーの話し声とタバコの臭いが　深夜まで続いた。
