Jens (5/5): Wer auf Baustellenlärm steht ist hier genau richtig. - Das Personal und das kleine Örtchen Völs Wir erhielten 3 Tage vor Anreise eine Mail das, dass Hotel in einem Eck des Hauses eine Baustelle hat. Vor Ort erwies sich dies als Großbaustelle , mit Baustellenlärm ab 7 Uhr, das bedeutet, ein Ausschlafen und ruhiges Frühstück war nie möglich. Das angebriesene Fitnessstudio wurde wegen der Baustelle geräumt. Eine Flasche Rotwein (31€) und hochwertigere Zimmer wurde uns darauf hin geschenkt. Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Tina (8/5): Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis im schönen Völs - Wir hatten die Suite mit Whirlpool, Sauna, Wasserbett und Sonnenliege mit Baldachin. Das war wirklich ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis und der Blick auf den Schlern unbezahlbar. Das Badezimmer hat eine schöne große ebenerdige Dusche. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns gute Tipps zum Wandern und Einkaufen gegeben. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und gleich ums Eck ist praktischerweise ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Völs ist ein schöner Ort mit historischen Ortskern und vielen verschiedenen Lokale, so dass man sehr gut essen gehen kann. Außerdem ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und zur Seiser Alm. Das Haus ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (abgewetzte Hocker in der Hotelbar, veraltetes Mobiliar, verwitterter Holzboden auf dem Balkon, Tür von der Minibar im Zimmer fast defekt, Fön überhitzt schnell etc.) Die Sauna lässt sich leider nicht regulieren und hat eine Temperatur von 90 Grad. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber in der Preisklasse hätten wir uns mehr Auswahl und eine noch bessere Qualität erwartet. Bei unserer Ankunft war ein großer feuchter Fleck vor der Balkontür und als wir einmal nachmittags von unserer Wanderung zurück kamen, stand die Tür unseres Zimmers - keine Ahnung, wie lange schon - weit offen. Das waren kleine Unannehmlichkeiten, aber da hätten wir uns über eine kleine Entschädigung z.B. ein Glas Prosecco oder einen Kaffee aufs Haus gefreut.

Ralf v. F. (10/5): Wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen! - Es war traumhaftschön und der Aufenthalt hat all unsere Erwartungen übererfüllt! Bereits zur Anreise fühlten wir uns angekommen und aller bestens betreut. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Zimmer mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Täglich genossen wir ein vorzügliches Frühstück und wurden schon am Morgen liebevoll umsorgt. Jeden Tag genossen wir die Wellness- Abteilung. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die fantastischen Massagen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und man kann bereits von hier sehr interessante Wanderungen starten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses tolle Hotel wieder aufsuchen und bedanken unds herzlichst bei der Famile Rieder!

Marianne (10/5): Dejligt og roligt hotel. - Virkelig dejligt hotel. Blev opgraderet til en juniorsuite, da vi ankom. Sødt og tilstedeværende personale. Dejlige faciliteter i spa/sauna/pool området. Flot morgenmads buffet med mulighed for at bestille varme retter. Rigtig lækkert mad på restauranten. Hver morgen var der lavet en folder til gæsterne i forhold til vejr, anbefalinger samt dagens ord. Hyggeligt. Det ville være dejligt, hvis sauna området var åbent til længere end kl. 20.

Probably won’t return - Lovely spa and pools Nice furniture overall Unfortunately the cleaner opened our room’s door while we were in it, she didn’t apologised and closed the door behind her. We had a problem with the shower too, it was licking everywhere and we had to dry the whole floor. In my opinion our stay wasn’t worth the money we spent. Very simple breakfast accompanied by poor staff service..

Giulia (10/5): Fabulous - Welcoming staff, amazing location, wonderful facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with a beautiful view. The toilet had both shower and bath. Fabulous breakfast with premium products. Swimming pool temperature was a little cold.
