- Verified traveler (2/5): - Un absoluto desastre las fotos no enseñan lo que verdaderamente es La escalera sucia vieja y en obras con posibilidad de hacerse daño,sin servicio de habitaciones no nos cambiaron las toallas del baño medio rollo de papel higienico para tres personas la persona al cargo aparte de no saber ingles (imprescindible para estar en un hotel) desaparecida y imposible de contactar con ella

- Michael (2/5): Hotel taking money even if you don’t stay there - This hotel did not refund me after multiple calls and emails to the property. I had to report to Hotels.com sue to error on booking screen . I was told the room is not available for the 4 days I needed it, yet they still took my money . Will inform my bank about Fraudulent transaction once I get home.
