- Jonathan May (8/5): Weekend away. - Staff very helpful, good location, clean room. Restaurant had a poor choice of food on the menu.
- Jones (9/5): Great value for money - Loved the swimming pool for the kids and the cabaret was great!
- Bill (6/5): -
- Wong (7/5): - It's on a great location. Easy to find overnight on street parking. Beds bathroom are modern enough. Very dated. But this is a feature of a lot of hotels in Llandudno. WiFi signal didn't reach inside my room and not much phone signal, but apart from a bit of inconvenience, it was no problem.
- Rebecca (9/5): Great mini break in ideal location - The view was amazing from the room we stayed on 2nd floor Little bit of a smell coming from plumbing but came amd went away
- Karen (8/5): - Excellent location, good clean room Breakfast wasn't the best.
- Joseph (10/5): -
- Richard (7/5): Great value hotel in lovely location - Location Small pool could be turned into jacuzzi.
- Julia (5/5): Okayish - The location is perfect, and the access times to the pool are great. The few staff we did interact with were pleasant. Unfortunately, this time here, the beds were so uncomfortable in the small family room that it made it near impossible to sleep, which ruined the weekend away as we were all exhausted. Also, the crisps & nuts for sale on the bar were a good week out of date. The water pressure in the shower is very weak.

- Susan (8/5): Very helpful staff when I arrived with a change of plan. - The breakfast was great and plentiful. No bath rail for the mature visitor.
- Julie (10/5): Staff were friendly and very welcoming bed was lovely and comfortable. Swimming pool was lovely clean . Breakfast was sp - Central to everything Nothing not to like .
- Neil (5/5): - Car park as disabled person were expected to climb šŖ fire escape to enter premises.preveously access was carpark level. Also breakfast food poor cold. And coach parties very noisy all the time Evening meals good

- sandra (8/5): Very good over all stay, great food, comfortable and helpful staff. - Excellent breakfast and a good selection to choose from, my room was a good size for a single, with a comfy bed and my room was made up each day with replenished tea, coffee, milk etc. the location is on the seafront a very short walk to the town & the pier. There was no entertainment on a Sunday evening but the sister hotel had entertainment so you could go there if you wanted for the evening.
- Chris (10/5): Lovely staff nice breakfast nice location -
- Nikki (8/5): Fabulous location friendly helpful staff , great pool and good food excellent value for money - Great size room , comfortable clean beds , fantastic location, seafront views, great swimming pool
Very kind helpful staff, nightly entertainment, itās our second time staying would definitely stay again with family
Easy parking good facilities in hotels and food was great . Furniture in room was dated and tired , bathroom was old and worn but clean ,
There was a pungent smell from corridor toilets , I mentioned this at reception it was acknowledged to be checked, there was nothing major we would stay again great value for money .
- Darrell (9/5): Amazing stay - Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and out was very quick.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and so tasty.
Pool was heated and warm. They even gave you towels to use rather than needing your own.
Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
Location was spot on. Close to the pier and to town.
Had a sea view which was an added bonus. Very hard to think of anything negative. If i had to be really picky, the water pressure to the shower was quite low but like i say, its nit picking and wasnt really an issue.
- Gaynor (10/5): The staff at the hotel are wonderful, they work very hard & canāt do enough for you. The breakfast team are so atten - Location is fantastic, right on the front & a few minutes stroll to pier or shop & cafeās. The hotel from outside looks clean & it is inside too. The hotel can be accessed by a ramp & there are lifts, they have ground floor rooms if you have mobility problems. The dining room is large, well presented layout. The hotel has a bar that is reasonably priced & have entertainment on at the weekend. An extra bonus is a lovely small pool that is available to guests. Nothing had a perfect couple of days.
- Pennington (10/5): - Everything was lovely and warm friendly staff Nothing really couldn't falt it

- peter (10/5): -
- Lesley (9/5): Excellent value for money. -
- Kim (8/5): -
- Adina (1/5): The worst hotel ever - The only good thing was the location. The hotel is very outdated, used and abused, dirty small room which when asked for upgrade was told that that is the upgrade...definitely don't recommend...disgusting
Sink in the bedroom, walls dirty, furniture worn off, curtains dirty, moldy bathroom...don't go there
- Neil (9/5): -
- charlie (9/5): - Location and a nice room with a view at a good price
- Enda (8/5): Nice - Great location, clean room and swimming pool It's a bit dated, corridors and rooms are small. Noise easily travels

- Jack (8/5): -
- ian (7/5): - Plenty of choice, dining room bright and large, staff helpful We were too close to servicing food
- Glynn (8/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): No problem with hotel room needed lamps next to the bed as it was either tv light or main ceiling - N/A
- Barbara (9/5): Great location and lovely staff. - Location amazing, sea view on the prom, short walk to shops. All staff in this hotel were friendly and very helpful. All ok.
- John (7/5): Overall good stay - Good Floor one noisy at night above lounge
- Jurijs (10/5): -
- Nasir (9/5): Very good - Every thing nothing
- Ian (8/5): -
- sandra195748 (6/5): Lovely location but!!! - Brilliant location, near pier, beach shops and tramway, room very big and clean, both radiators cold, needed bleeding, asked at reception one done the other left cold, some windows painted shut so couldn't be opened, meals very small and not much choice and although on menu veggie option could be ticked it never said what the veggie option was!, also how can the cost of the same 2 drinks at the bar go up in price from 7.30pm to 8.30pm an hour later??
- Jane (8/5): One night stayb - For the price it was better than we thought the beds were clean and comfy and pillows staff were lovely We stayed one night so there wasnt anything we disliked we will stay again
- Simon (8/5): -
- Janet (9/5): -
- K4569PNmaries (8/5): Lovely stay - I came here on a solo holiday with caledonian travel for 5days location excellent plus I got a sea view hotel was clean did have to change room due to radiator making a noise plus it was directly above entertainment but they had no problem moving me The food was fine and the staff very friendly would definitely return
My only negative thing is I think beds need up grading as you could feel springs in mattress
- Antonia (9/5): -
- Beddow (10/5): -
- paul (10/5): - Staff friendliness
- Keightley (6/5): Not the best - The breakfast was delicious nice and hot cooked very well good choices Shower didn't work the was no pressure it either came out freezing cold or a warm drizzle floor was very creaky and so was the beds
- Elaine (7/5): Very good location for people who only want to use as a base to sleep . - Brilliant location. We didnāt like the washbasin located in the bedroom itself we had to wash hands by using the bath tap after using the toilet
I have never seen such a small tight bathroom
- Vijayan (8/5): - Nice rooms and facilities.
The pool was awesome
Perfect location
- Julie (9/5): -
- Cavannagh (8/5): Friendly staff very helpful throughout stay - All Nothing
- Sarwar Khan (1/5): very bad, no facilities nothing even staff very poor. in the picture room was very big and we arrived at hotel the room - front of sea view very bad, no facilities nothing even staff very poor. in the picture room was very big and we arrived at hotel the room was totally change which was shown in the picture. When i asked to staff (receptionist) she told me very bad manner there is no any guarantee to provide the room which shown in the picture.
really disappointed with room for 2 personal /couple very bad no choice please dont spoil your romantic tour
- I9355JEdeniseg (10/5): Great hotel - Lovely hotel, great location on the sea front, close to shops , prom ect. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly. Bingo was a bit slow and the entertainment was fabulous apart from one night when a man and wife duo were singing and playing guitars, the man was ok but the woman couldn't sing, I went to my room. Swimming pool is a ok size but the changing room/ showers are poor, nowhere to sit to get dried considering most guests are elderly and have mobility issues.
All in all the hotel was good and its my 4th time there and iv booked to go again in July.
- fretwell (8/5): Turned out a nice place to stay - We read the reviews before going..alot said the same ...bad food and expensive bar ...how ever it turned out the bar was way cheaper than some local pubs.....and although we only had breakfast with the it was very nice with no complaints from us š Our room needed a bit of a tidy up in the bathroom
- curryisforlife (8/5): Excellent value, clean, good service, prime spot on the prom. - Don't take any notice of the bad reviews. I've stayed in literally hundreds of hotels all over the UK (with work) and abroad and trust me, this place is fine for what you're paying. It's not The Ritz nor does it pretend to be. It's clean, nice staff, fair bar prices (the two bar men are super efficient, by the way). Breakfast was good (buffet) evening meal was ok on the one evening we ate there (we ate out the other 3 nights, not because there was anything wrong but we like to eat at different restaurants). I can't believe some of the moans from some other reviewers, 'Floor boards creak' one said! It's a Victorian building, what do you expect? Bath room is a bit on the small side but unless you're a big un you'll manage. The basin is in the bedroom, not a problem. Some reviewers whinge about that too! Get over yourself, it's a sink, in a bedroom, hardly the end of the world. Entertainment on every night we were there in the lounge was good. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
- Beryl (8/5): -
- Kerry (5/5): Payed for the sea view, would not recommend - The positives, great location, pool very good for rainy weather. Hotel website needs updating. It advertised parking for 16 vehicles, however, on finding it and parking in a bay was told by receptionist that guests are not allowed to park there as it is for hotel staff. Had to move car and park on the front £5.50 per day.
Bedroom was a family room large enough but scruffy with wallpaper peeling off the corners of the walls and dirty carpet. Needed a good clean. The bedside light was not fitted to the wall properly and was hanging off.
The bathroom was tiny and had the most foul smell, mouldy and eggy. We did not complain as we were only there for 2 nights.
- Margaret (8/5): -
- Paul (9/5): - Swimming pool great staff friendly WiFi disappointing
- Catherine (8/5): - Customer orientated staff.
Location.
Cleanliness of all areas. Evening meals were mediocre.
Not much choice. Geared towards catering for large parties not individual travellers.
- hilarybL6158GD (8/5): Great location, Great value, some niggles, but would stay again. - Visited on a half-board coach holiday, and stayed 4 nights: location could not be bettered in Llandudno. We had an attic room: (no 311) : Unusual layout because of it being a Victorian building. A tiny, recently re-tiled bathroom, with a VERY deep bath. The water was scalding HOT, dangerous for a child or very elderly person, and the dated TAPS too, when hot water was run. Reported that the bathroom extractor was not working and the bath plug didnt have a chain. A short chain was fitted the same day, and maintenance advised an electrician needed to attend for the fan. The hand basin was in the bedroom and was fine until the evening when we struggled to get ANY cold water pressure. The room appeared to have been painted quite recently but there were recent "grubby". marks in places. Bed was comfortable but I found the metal divan base "links" sharp when going to bathroom. The maid visited each day, remaking the bed and wiping down the bathroom and other surfaces. Only cleanliness disappointment was that chocolate wrappers were left on the main staircase for several days. On reporting this to the domestic manager she said "sorry, but we are so busy we don't have time to vacuum"... This response made me wonder if they had time to vacuum during guest changeover????
Only noise disturbance was from the adjacent room where several children were NOT sleeping. Bought earplugs the next day!!!!
Swimming pool was warm, and had good changing facilities.
Overall, we felt the hotel was really good value: Plenty of variety at breakfast: Cereals, yogurt and fruit, the cooked buffet, hot and tasty with warm plates. A choice of 3 main meals, and generous desserts at dinner. Thanks to all the dining room staff who were efficient, friendly and helpful. Other guests spoke highly of the bingo and evening entertainment, but we were too tired to partake!
- Deborah (10/5): Great value - Excellent value for money and good location
- Jessica (10/5): Perfect location. Lovely clean rooms the hotel exceeded my expectations - The staff are so friendly the hotel is very clean the room was just what i needed for me and my baby. I rang before hand for a travel cot and it was in my room when i arrived at no extra charge. The location is perfect. Central to everything. Facing the beach. I would 100% stay here again and have some meals included in my stay as the food smelled amazing when walking through the hotel. I also took my baby to the swimming pool. It was very warm clean and not busy at all. Cant wait to come back in the summer. Thankyou chatsworth house hotel for a lovely last minute break away. And thankyou to the staff for being so helpful to me. Planned to stay for one night ended up staying for 2 as its so peaceful Its not something i didnt like. It was just something i felt should be mentioned moving forward to make life easier for people travelling with babys. that there should be a play pen in the changing rooms of the swimming pool as i struggled getting myself dressed whilst trying to keep my baby safe. They took my advice on board. It would not put me off from staying here again though.

- Ball (7/5): - The pool was great and the entertainment. Staff were also great as we asked to move rooms and moved us straight away. The facilities are very basic, no extras in the room such as ironing board or fan. No decorations or comforts.
The dinner was also not good, very dry chicken potatoes and veg. No offer of any more gravy and no highchairs for young children
We had to move rooms as there was a smell of drains in bathroom and we couldnt open our window, second room we got had a double bed that sagged at the sides it had collapsed slightly
- Jodie (7/5): -
- Nasreen (7/5): Perfect choice for us as our 4 year old absolutely loved the pool. We had a really comfortable sleep as the beds were gr - Excellent location, and the fact that it had a pool. Great value for money. Rooms, carpets, sofa, curtains, all look dated and the sofa chair was actually full of stains.
- Mohammad (2/5): Poor hygiene, bad customer service and poor management. - The departure The female receptionist is very Islamophobic and not abiding with our religious facets and traditions. She continuously disturbed our serene leisure time in the swimming pool by telling our friends and children to āātake off our shirtsāā. With little regret, I had an unpleasant stay with horrific hygiene (for example the floor was covered in murky sticky substances). The pool lacked any sort of practical use as we were told towels and shampoos were widely accessible within the changing rooms but none of those expectations were met at all. We were locked out of our rooms multiple times and had to renew our cards. Room service locked us out of the room despite our check out time being a hour later than it was supposed to be.
- Dan (1/5): Wouldnāt stay again - Good location Given someone elseās dirty room. Room was cold and needed a heater. Cold water completely off the second night, toilet wouldnāt fill up, had to be given another room for toilet and bathroom. Spoke to 3 staff, 2 of which gave details to the manager. No one contacted me
- Clark (10/5): Excellent - The food was excellent location great room clean beds comfy staff helpful and friendly would recommend this hotel to family and friends
- Michal (5/5): Luzna guma - Bar dÅugo otwarty fajna impreza wieczorem Åóżka i zapach w toalecie tragedja
- Harriet (6/5): Comfortable stay in a lovely location - Overalls this hotel was good for us for a ome night stay with our family which enabled us to have a night in Llandudno. The view in the family room was lovely of the pier, the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, great location. The pool was lovely There were a few things that could do with attention the televsions didn't work in the rooms, there was a broken kettle in one room and a broken chair in another room. The wifi didn't work properly in the twin room. Wouldn't stop us staying again just some minor tweaks.
- Gee (9/5): -
- Jennifer (8/5): - Nice room recently renovated clean Could do with better pillows. Downstairs looks a bit dated.
